Title: Mini-Contest

I was doing some updating of the forums today and realized that there was still one forum that I hadn't given a description! :o So I decided it would be fun to have a little contest and award 50 gold to the member that came up with the best description for use. ^_^
The forum to be described is an ARP forum, in the Mystic Wood, called Fae Hollow. The description must take into consideration the description of the Mystic Wood, since the Hollow is within. The description must be interesting, have some kind of mystery or have something about it that would make traveling there challenging. It must be of decent length, several well-constructed sentences.
I will take into consideration the creativity, spelling, grammar and accuracy within the guidelines above. You may submit up to 2 different descriptions, and the competition will remain open for the next 2 weeks. Make them good ones, and may the best writer win! ^_^

Fae Hollow-
Fae Hollow, though looking very similar to the Mystic Woods, is a constant battle gound. The leprachauns and pixies fight to keep their land, and the imps and satyrs wish to claim the hollow as their territory. If they succeed in taking the hollow, the satyrs and imps can use it as a base for future operations, where they can plan to take more of the Mystic Woods as their own. Adventurers rarely come here. If anything they go around, because in this battle, neither side can take the time to differ a mere traveler from a possible enemy.

Fae Hollow:
Fae Hollow is a generally deceiving place. The light that spills from the hole is so blinding that it cannot be looked at directly, and when trying to pass through, it is impossible. Only those who can use their sixth sense know how to enter. It is different for each person. Inside the hollow is a dark and cavernous place, treacherous to the mind and body. It breaks the line between fantasies and realities. But if one can surmount the tricks the caves hold they will come to find the spring in the deepest part. It is the meetings place of all fairies and pixies, where one can be content and healthful, and all time seems to hold still… But if one may fall too content and drinks from the spring, they will find that their nightmares have come to greet them…

Fae Hollow:
In the hollow of a great tree, tucked away in the Mystic Forest, an ethereal light shines brightly through the hazy magic of the wood. The enchanting light pulls at the weary traveller's curiousity, attracting them to it's hidden trickery. For danger lurks in the magnetic light, the trickery of the faeries can be harmful to those of impure heart. If your heart is true and your intentions good, the faeries shall except you into their enchanted hollow. Upon entering you will find yourself surrounded by light of every color, though the light emmiting from the tree is white. Aqua, crimson, violet, and other colored flowers carpet the floor, springy against the tired traveller's feet. You may seek shelter here if you are approved by the mystical people of the wood, but if not- Beware! You may very well be in grave danger, as innocent and kindly as the faeries may seem to be.

Fae Hollow
Fae Hollow Forest has been a normal forest for as long as anyone can remember but recently has taken on a brooding cast. Anyone venturing into the forest is likely to be attacked by insane druids, evil fey, corrupted treants, and any number of other evil or fallen forest dwellers. This large Forest, which takes part of Mystic Wood forest, is thick with foliage and widely stretches across the lands. Much wildlife can be found here and it is a home for many different ancient plants. Mortals come through the danger to pick the rare berries and fruit that rest within, walk along the dirt paths and trails, and simply enjoy the natural greenery the forest offers. The rumour of the matter is that a fiendish sorceress Fae recently claimed the forest as her own, saying that this forest was already from her dead family, thrusting up an evil spire for his residence that radiates and infects the forest with his malice for all living beings. Do you dare to enter??
