Kenyari was in Lómëdor when he heard the news of a small group gathering at lake aelin. He heard it was a group of balanced people that were looking for a small group of people. The people in the place started naming names and as soon as the names Sin Deadheart, and Kenyari, were called he dashed out to try to find sin. He soon told Uzziah to go find sin and his lupine friend zaraku. Sin would more than likely join him in this small task. Kenyari quickly set out for the place he had heard the group was gathering. Lake Aelin.

Kenyari arrived at the lake out of breath from the distance he travled. It was a nice and peaceful night. Wind was gentle and the weather was nice and cool. A night like this shouldn’t be spent gathering information about a assault but rather somewhere resting. Kenyari walked through the wooded area quietly looking for the group. The people at the inn told him not what the group consisted of. He didn’t know what was in store for him at this lake tonight. Kenyari quickly let that thought out of his mind as it would lead to self doubt later.

Kenyari spent a few hours wondering around the wooded area searching for the army. "Where the hell is sin" he thought as he also tried wait for his partner to come. Kenyari continued walking as he came to a large clearing. He saw a bright orange light which looked like to be a large campfire. Kenyari snuck to the edge of the woods as he looked to see exactly was out there. He soon found a large group of men there moving around weapons and other things. It looked like they were preparing for a war or something.

The group was a mix between archers, mages, and the common warriors. The people wore dark purple cloths all in uniform. The looks of them and how they dressed he could tell they were not of the chaotic standpoint. In fact it looked as though was not a single evil life form in the group. "They look to be on the side of balance than anything," he thought as he continued watching the group unload. Kenyari had heard rumors about the army of balance and in those rumors it was a large number. These numbers were not as large but if they were to fight this group it will be no easy task at the same time. These people were not here for the few names that the people at the inn named. "These people are here for more. And why have they broken away from the normal army. This may just be the raid force. But why are they looking for certian people?" he thought as he still waited for his friend sin to come.

Sin Deadheart - December 8, 2006 12:08 AM (GMT)
Sin had been heading for the lake a few days now, and it was strange when he seen the form of Uzziah drawing near him, Sin had been on the other side of the lake that Kenyari had been traveling to, so it was rather east for the shapeshifter to get to him. Although it was still strange for Kenyari to call on Sins help, it meant that his friend was indead in danger, or maybe wanted to go on another spree of killing, either way meant the joy of killing and blood for Sin so he didnt care much.

Sin then looked towards both Uzziah and Zaraku before saying, "Hurry up, lets go!" With that the three of them headed towards the campsite on the other side of the lake with haste. Soon Sin seen Kenyari ahead and let out a small laugh, the man seemed so lost on his own so Sin sent Uzziah up ahead to help him out. While Uzziah went to his master Sin smirked a little and used Teleport to appear in one of the high trees near the camp, the tree however was right next to Kenyari. Thats when Sin heard move movements in the camp, there must have been maybe thirty men in the camp, nothing Sin, Kenyari, Uzziah and Zaraku could not handle.

Sin then looked down to Kenyari and said, "Well, Attacking seems ok for now. But we will have to be carefull. This is only the camp site, the main body of this army will be out looking for us and the others on their list! So lets move this along ok kid?" Sin then teleported back down next to Kenyari and smirked towards him. The shapeshifter was in his usual Bloodshed Armour with the black cloak wrapped over it. He also had his usual weapons upon him. His blade Celest, his longsword of bloodshed, his shield of bloodshed, strapped to his back along with his Demon Bow. Hanging from his left side was some lightning arrows, and a dark blade. The other weapon Sin had was placed at the back of his waist and was Katar, great for close combat gutting.

Sin once more looked out onto the camp site and then slowly took a step forward. He seen two gaurds coming near where he was so quickly took his Katar into his left hand and his Dark Blade into his right. His Bloodshed Gauntlets allowing Sin to have a death grip on his weapons. He smirked a little more as the men drew closer then quickly dived out from the forest. His Katar ripping into and breakng the spine of the first man while his Dark Blade cut off the arm of the second. Sin then removed the head of the second man as he didnt like to leave a job half done. Sin then turned back to Kenyari and said, "Well hurry up kid! Or you will miss all the fun!" Letting out a small laugh Sin and Zaraku headed deeper into the camp looking for more blood!

Kenyari watched as his ally killed two guards beheading one of them. Kenyari nodded when sin turned and told him to come on. Kenyari got up and started walking to where sin was still watching the movements of the people. Only one person had seen what sin did and he didn’t alert the others about anything. Instead he just ran stupidly over to where sin and kenyari was standing.

Kenyari saw how the others still kept going with their business and failed to see this stupid guy running away form the camp. Kenyari quickly drew his sword as he waited for the man to become of reach. He then with one quick motion sliced the man across the body. The man fell and squirmed and kenyari stuck his sword through the heart of the man before he could yell anything to alert the rest of the group. "Not too many people here yet" he thought as he pulled his sword out of the lifeless man.

Kenyari walked a few steps ahead as he looked across the lake. He saw a few figures with bow and arrows. Somebody else had seen them because there were three arrows coming this way. Kenyari waited a few seconds before he acted. He knocked down the arrows with ease as he looked back at the group. A few were looking in the direction of the four of them. "You know. I think your stunt killing the guards tipped them off" he said laughing as the people who were staring at sin and kenyari quickly reported it. "Well. I guess I won’t miss the fun will I." he said as he lowered his sword and waited for the group to come to him.

The group seemed to go into a small panic as they quickly armed themselves. The ones who were armed first ran in the direction of where sin and kenyari was. Their weapons, not the strongest. Kenyari looked back at sin and laughed again. "Let’s get this over with quickly" he said as he turned and charged towards the incoming group of warriors. "Come on or you will miss all of the fun" he said mockingly as he still headed into the battle.

Sin Deadheart - December 10, 2006 04:56 AM (GMT)
Sin seen Kenyari kill the gaurd that had seen Sin killing. With a smirk on his face the shapeshifter said, "Not bad kid. Keep it up!" It was then that Sin seen the Archers but again Kenyari had stopped their attack. The members of this army that were in the camp were now on alert and getting ready for the battle ahead. Oh how Sin loved battle, it boiled his blood and he had a strong lust for blood, for the smell of it, even for the taste of it against his lips. Yes it was true Sin was a strange being but he did not care about one bit. He only wanted the death of Balance so that Chaos may stike Arda harder than ever.

Sin smirked towards the on coming gaurds as they drew ever closer to him. The Shapeshifter placed his Katar back into its holster before drawing his Dark Blade out. Now with Celest and the Dark Blade in hand Sin was ready for whatever these gaurds had to send at him. Lucky for him there were more than three gaurds meaning thanks to his armour Sin was able to go into a Beserk state where he would attack the enemy with a greater force than normal. While in this state Sins gauntlets began to get covered in crackling crimson lightning which also spread up the shapeshifters blades to add an extra punch in battle.

Sins eyes then locked onto a group of archers that had tried to fire upon Kenyari from behind. Quickly Sin teleported behind the archers letting out a twisted roar as his blade ripped through not only the air but two of the archers bodies. With three archers still left in this small group they began to back off not wanting to face Sin. The shapeshifter followed them but had also pushed them into a trap!

Zaraku was right behind the archers and let a blast of fire consume one of them. As the archer battled against the flames that burned away at his body Zaraku jumped onto one of the two remaining archers ripping a large chunk from their neck. With only one archer and the burning archer left Sin continued his fun! He placed his Dark Blade towards both archers and sent out a blast of Dark energy towards each one. The magic instantly killed the burning archer while it only sent the other one flying back.

Unlucky for that archer however was the fact the blades blast had sent him flying back into a rack of spears, one of which crashed through the mans head and killed him, the blood flowing freely down the face of the archer. It was a sight Sin loved seeing, and it would not be the last time he seen it within this battle. There was still many more people to slay!

Kenyari looked back and noticed sin had disappeared. “That was quick” he thought as he looked back ahead of him, and saw one of the group members swinging his axe at kenyari. Kenyari quickly rolled to the left and ran past him. Uzziah had come up and mauled the guy ripping chunks out of the guys neck. Kenyari smiled as he signaled Uzziah to come. He looked a ways down as he saw sin take out some archers. Unfortunately one of the archers had enough time to release an arrow and kenyari was unaware of it until it him in his shoulder. Kenyari quickly pulled it out as it was not too much damage done. Sin had stopped the archers from letting lose all of their arrows on him though so kenyari was grateful still.

"I owe him even more now" he thought as he continued to charge at the few incoming group members. Three people holding swords ran towards him. "Bone missile" he said as he let his left hand drop back as he ran. Four green skulls had appeared and encircled his arm and hand. As he came closer to the three people he quickly hacked at the one who was in the middle, cutting him down at the legs. The man dropped to his knees and kenyari quickly did away with his head. He then held up his hand and launched two of the four green skulls that were surrounding him. The two skulls hit on of the men as he quickly fell to the floor. He was not dead but he was in enough pain for him not to be much more of a threat. He then turned to the other man and shot one skull at him. The man was hit off guad and took the skull directly to the face.

Kenyari had then gutted him as his body fell on top of kenyari. The now lifeless man laid on kenyari’s shoulder as kenyari fired the last missile to another guy running up in the distance. The man had dodged it and continued to run towards him. Uzziah saw this and immediately started in the direction of the person the bone missile had missed but kenyati told him to stand down. Kenyari shoved the man off oh him as he looked at the small waste of bodies. “Burn them all” he said in a cold voice. Uzziah nodded at him as he let out a huge wave of fire that burned the bodies and the area around them. Kenyari stood up straight as this was only but a taste of the hate in him. His eyes turned black as he walked slowly towards the rest of the oncoming warriors as the small fire blazed behind him. Kenyari wanted nothing more at this time but to see the death of these warriors.

Sin Deadheart - December 11, 2006 04:56 PM (GMT)
Sin looked on at Kenyari as he battled, it was fun watching the one that had called on his held getting hit by an arrow. It was all going to plan, the heartless side of Sin Deadheart was showing clear now. He just stood there watching Kenyari with a close eye and not doing any fightning, the shapeshifter really had no feeling other than the urge to kill everyone, yes everyone. And his time to rid Arda of Kenyari was at hand. Soon the shapeshifter seen the Lupine of Kenyari burn a group of bodies. Sin let out a small sigh as he knew these flames would alert the other members of the army that were not at the camp already.

Soon the sound of running feet could be heard as the army of Balance drew ever closer to this man known as Kenyari. This was all to perfect. Once seeing the first group of the army appear from the forest Sin let out a twisted laugh and said to Kenyari, "Hey, Have fun kid. Im out of here!" The shapeshifter then turned away from Kenyari still with the evil laugh ringing through the campsite. Zaraku also followed Sin before the shapeshifter suddently teleported away in a burst of light.

Kenyari was now left alone to face the army, right from the matches Sin had tricked the halfling just to betray him in this way, it was all to perfect. Zaraku also started running off into the woods to go where ever Sin had went. The army getting closer to the campsite it was a plan gone perfectly right. Sin had just broken another persons trust.

The fire blazed brightly in the night behind kenyari as kenyari and uzziah slowly walked towards the rest of the group. He had noticed that sin had stopped moving but he didn’t think too much into it. As another of the members grew closer Uzziah pounced on him quickly. The numbers were shortening quickly as there was at lest only 20 left due to kenyari and sin. Kenyari was very confident in his abilities. Maybe because Sin was there and he wanted to further prove himself a strong warrior to him. Or maybe because he just was for his own personal reasons. What ever the reasons kenyari felt that this night was as good as over with the death of the small group of warriors. Uzziah ran further ahead as he killed two more warriors with his fire.

“Sin. Your missing it all.” Kenyari yelled out at sin, picking up his walking speed. Kenyari lifted his sword as he prepared himself to go into an all out assult on the last bit of group members. “Come get some before they are all gone” he yelled to sin who was still standing there. Kenyari quickly stopped as he wondered why sin had just stopped. "Hey, Have fun kid. Im out of here!" sin said as he turned and started to walk away. “What…where are you going. I cant take them all by myself!!” kenyari called out as he heard the twisted laugher from sin. It was apparent that sin was no longer listening as he turned and disappeared in the night with his lupine following behind him.

Kenyari looked at the rest of the group heading towards him. Uzziah had stopped as well when he saw that sin left. Kenyari looked down in disappointment as he felt he was to blame for it. “Why….Why again.” He whispered as he looked back in the spot that sin was standing before he left. “WHY!!!” he yelled out in a rage as it finally sunk in that sin had left him here to die. Kenyari heard the sounds of yelling and metal banging against each other behind him. Kenyari quickly turned around as he noticed that the full army of balance was marching towards kenyari.

“So this is it. This is how I was meant to end.” He thought as he looked back at the smaller portion that he was in battle with. Kenyari tightened his grip on devastation, his sword, as his anger swelled. This was the noted second time that kenyari was befriended and betrayed. “Never. I wont go out like this.” He whispered as he looked over at uzziah. Uzziah was in battle with them all and losing the fight with them badly. Kenyari clutched his sword as he looked into the night sky. “DAMN YOU SIN!!” he called out as he looked at the group. Uzziah was giving letting out loud roars of pain. “My only true friend” he thought as he charged towards the small group.

The thought of sin leaving fueled the hate in kenyari even more. He charged at the group as he brought his sword down on the nearest person with vengeance. The man quickly fell as he charged into the rest of the group with uzziah in the middle.

Kenyari grabbed one of the members by the neck and thrusted devastation through his heart. Kenyari quickly threw the lifeless body as he charged at another person. Uzziah let out another loud roar as he soon fell to the ground. “NO!” he called out as the thought of anger and sadness swept over kenyari. He swung his sword blindly as it crashed into the nearest fighters shield. The shield stopped kenyari’s attack and he countered by sending a long sword through the ribcage of kenyari. The sword had cut deep into him as blood trickled down the mans sword as kenyari lowerd his head in pain. Behind him a mage from the main army had casted the spell sun beam. The beam hit kenyari in the back doing unimaginable amounts of damage. Kenyari fell to one knee as he took a direct his form the beam to the back. Kenyari had looked towards the smaller group as he noted a man holding a red and black object. Kenyari didn’t know what it was and it was too late to try to gathr information on it. The group that crowded Uzziah now pounced on the now kneeling kenyari. As kenyari turned around, he suddenly caught multiple swords to his arm, chest, and stomach.

Kenyari loosened his grip on devastation as more stabs with swords entered his body. Kenyari would not live if this kept up for another minute. Kenyari looked down at the wounds he had as he heard a sharp whistle. The men stopped stabbing at kenyari and started backing away from him. Kenyari looked up coughing up blood as he looked at the stopped army. A archer with a dark hood appeared in front of him. “This man will not live” he said as he took out his bow. Kenyari was too weak to do anything to stop this mans attack. He could barely move. “This is how I fall. The betrayal of a friend causes me this” he thought as the hooded archer pointed an arrow at kenyari. He quickly pulled back and released the arrow. The arrow cut deep into kenyari’s shoulder as he fell backwards. Kenyari let out a huge wail because the pain that swept through his body was unimaginable. The fact that he was still living amazed kenyari even more. Soon kenyari was laying on his back in his own blood looking up at the sky. The hate and rage in him now was taken over by pain. He soon saw his mother’s face as it was clear that he was slipping out of conscious. "I have failed you mother” he whispered as he closed his eyes and slipped fully unconscious under the night sky.
