Title: A New Beginning
Description: Around Town

xX[M]imiXx - December 6, 2006 08:49 PM (GMT)
Walking among the streets, she looked around happily as this was a new day. Morning grew near as the moon had finally set and the sun began to rise. Though the sky was twilight with its colors of yellow, orange, and pink, it didn't stop her from strolling around for a little while before she goes any where else. Of course, she did not have a home to go to nor a family to have contact with anymore but she tried the best she can to make herself at ease. But how? By playing her flute and singing to the people that's how. She knew she didn't had any special abilities like fighting or magic, but she had her own talent and passion, which was indeed singing and making sure everyone was happy. As she walked around on the somewhat rough pavement, her eyes shined brightly, her sea blue eyes peering around at the sights, the sounds, the people around her as this made her feel warm inside. Her kimono flowed to the cool morning air that swept through town as well as her hair that is black as night yet shined a dark blue from the suns rays.

"I wonder what I should do today-"

She stopped. Her ears heard a small sound about 10 feet away. Sobs if you will. Walking once more, she spotted a little girl holding a torn stuffed doll, its head torn from its body and its outfit ripped. Kneeling before the small child, she smiled and gently took the doll in her hands. The girl was curious as of what she might do. Taking out a needle and thread, she began to sow up the doll, stitching it make to its perfection. The child smiled brightly to see her doll fixed up and good as new. Her lips parted into a warm smile that rest on the small child, returning back her doll and wiping away her tears.

"Here you go. Be sure to take good care of it."

The young child nodded and thanked her with a hug. She hugged back and began to walk away, waving good-bye to the girl as she went on. Stopping by a near by park, after her four hour walk around town, she began to stand by the lake side. Setting down her flute on a small boulder, she cleared her throat and closed her eyes, as she began to sing out to the people. Her voice was calm, soft, and at an easy going tone. It did not matter if anyone paid any attention to her or give her anything for her singing, she was just glad to give the people something wonderful to lighten up their day.

I don't know what words I can say
The wind had a way
To talk to me

Flowers sing a silent lullaby
I pray for reply
I'm ready

Quiet days comes here
Oh, serenity

Someone, please, tell me
Ohh, what is it they say?
Maybe I will know one day

I don't know what words I can say
The wind had a way
To talk to me

Flowers sing a silent lullaby
I pray for reply
I'm ready

Matt had slept uncomfortably last night, haunted by his usually nightmare of Shagon coming after him again, he'd woken up to find himself drenched in sweat and on the floor half naked with only the sheet covering him. Slightly embarrassed, despite the fact that nobody was there to see him. He quickly washed himself in the basin opposite his bed and rubbed on the back of his neck, he looked up at his reflection in the mirror pleased to see an absence of golden mask. Satisfied he quickly got dressed and picked up his things strolling outside, he found a convenient ladder and climbed up it steadily until he was at the top of the building.

Once there he got out his instrument ad plucked it checking the tune, he was a little late for sunrise, which was when he'd usually prefer to play, but he was always willing to play no matter what the time, plus he was better late than ever. He settled himself in position and was about to start when he heard another voice, singing in a clear, feminine, tone. He looked up; somebody had clearly beaten him to it. He listened carefully giving the person time to finish her singing before he started his.

I don't know what words I can say
The wind had a way
To talk to me

Flowers sing a silent lullaby
I pray for reply
I'm ready

Quiet days comes here
Oh, serenity

Someone, please, tell me
Ohh, what is it they say?
Maybe I will know one day

I don't know what words I can say
The wind had a way

He hesitated, waiting to see if there was any more to it. It sounded like it was coming from the park just down the road. He jumped down from the roof off the building landing lightly on the ground and stepped out into the street, he wandered down it, stepping aside to let a small girl hugging her doll enthusiastically pass by, and eventually came into the park where he'd heard the singing, it was pretty peaceful at this time of the morning, perfect playing atmosphere, but what he really enjoyed was a large crowd cheering him on, but he hadn't had that and probably never would.

Looking around he spied a person standing by the bank of a lake, with a flute set down on a boulder. Matt's curiosity immediatly grabbed him from behind; he carefully walked over to the figure, not wanting to surprise them. Once in hearing range he cleared his throat hoarsely.
"Er, hey was that you just now?" He asked "as in the singing stuff, you know?"
Oh yeah, way to be smooth Mattie boy, Ihe thought sarcastically.

Sorean - December 6, 2006 10:21 PM (GMT)
It was a bright and sunny morning here in Lomedor as the sun slowly began to rise. People began to come out there houses and walk among the streets of the big town. Walking through the streets to was the fallen angel Sorean. He had been out all night looking for a job, for someone in search of a mercenary, but nobody wants to hire a child, its unheard of.

He walked through the crowds of people with his hood off and his robe wide open, making it look more like a cape asit floated in the wind as he walked. People not used to his big black wings pointed and stared at him like he had a disease, but sorean could care less he was use to it. With his arms folded behind his head patting down his black and silver hair he sighed,"I need to find a job so I can so money and if I'm lucky some treasure. How much money do I have anyway?"

Sorean looked in his pouch only 35 pieces. He sighed and kept walking until he reached a park. Maybe I'll just relax a bit and lay in the grass, then get my thoughts straight... he thought. As he entered the area he heard someone singing a song so beautifully and wondered where in was coming from. sorean followed the source of the singing and found a beautiful woman dressed in a pink kimono. He walked up to her and smiled,"What a nice song, does it have a name?"

As she finished her little song, she opened her eyes to see a man and a child standing before her. Blinking a few times, she smiled at them both, a slight giggle slipped out of her mouth as she began to speak.

"And a good morning to you, friends. Of course it was me singing and I'm sorry, it doesn't have a name to it."

Surely she did not know them that well since they was new to her. Spotting an instrument in the mans hands, she looked at it curiously. Reaching over to it with her small hand, she plucked a string, hearing a soft tune coming from it. 'He plays an instrument?' Thinking to herself, as she thought more. 'Of course! He must live around here. I bet he came to play to everyone as well as I have.' With that, she tend to her attention to the child. She looked in awe as she spotted the wings that spread out from his back. 'How wonderful' She thought, since it has been a while since she saw wings like that. Shaking her head, she laughed nervously, forgetting one important detail that she forgot to mention.

"Oh, how careless of me. My name is Mimi Minatoko. Its a pleasure to meet you both."

Picking up the bottom hems of her kimono, she bent her knees slightly to curtsy. She didn't want to be rude or impolite since these two were strangers to her. But despite the fact, she had to greet herself properly.

Sorean - December 6, 2006 10:52 PM (GMT)
Sorean looked at the young woman as she stood up and curtsied to the him and the man beside him. "Oh, how careless of me. My name is Mimi Minatoko. Its a pleasure to meet you both," the young woman said. Sorean turned his head for he had never noticed the man standing besides him, which surprised him because he could usually sense a presence atleast a mile away.

Sorean turned a little so he could face both Mimi and the man. Sorean smiled and introduced himself,"I should introduce myself aswell, for it would be rude if I did not. I'm Sorean and as you can see I'm a fallen angel." He bowed lightly as he finished his introduction. Tunring to the man he looked him up and down and noticed his instrument and then looked at Mimi's instrument on the boulder. He thought... wow, I'm the only one without an instrument.

((OOC:sorry it wasn't alot, I wasn't exactly sure about what i should write))

Shagon - December 6, 2006 10:58 PM (GMT)
Matt looked about and noticed another figure, apparently drawn by the singing, approach. Matt looked in curiosity at his clashing hair colours and the black wings, he felt a small poke at the back of his mind as they forcefully reminded him of the black wings he obtained when Shagon took control of his mind, he wiped this thought out of his mind and turned his attention back into reality.
"What a nice song," he said "does it have a name?"
Shagon glanced briefly at the girl then back at the child, he seemed a little young to be walking about on his own but like allot of people he probably didn't have a choice.

"And a good morning to you, friends." The girl said in reply and drew Matt's attention back to her "Of course it was me singing and I'm sorry, it doesn't have a name to it."
"Right, silly me," he said laughing slightly.
He saw the girl's attention turn to the instrument in his hand, he suddenly realized he hadn't put it away and had been carrying it with him, probably attracting a few more stares from passersby, the girl looked at it in curiosity and reached out plucking one of the strings and letting it give off a soft but brief tune, Matt didn't really know how to react.

She turned her attention to the winged child and appeared to be examining his wings with a slight curiosity. She laughed nervously apparently having forgotten something.
"Oh, how careless of me." She said "My name is Mimi Minatoko. It’s a pleasure to meet you both."
She curtsied briefly; Matt reached up for his neck again rubbing it softly. The child, Matt presumed he was, smiled in reply and gave his own name.
"I should introduce myself aswell, for it would be rude if I did not. I'm Sorean and as you can see I'm a fallen angel."
"Nice to meet you both," he replied "I'm Matt."
He extended a hand and accidentally dropped his instrument; it knocked against a rock and bounced a few feet away from him.

"Oops," he said "my bad."
He bet down and picked it up brushing off the dirt that had somehow gathered on the rim and checked it for damage.
"S-sorry, I've been a little muddled about since...Well lately," he explained "I keep doing stuff like that."

xX[M]imiXx - December 6, 2006 11:26 PM (GMT)
Her smile that still peered among the boy as he introduced himself has now drawn her attention to man named Matt. Seeing him go about his instrument that had fallen to the ground, she took out her handkerchief and wiped off the dirt that has been planted on it. Thus, leaning in her head towards it, beginning to examine it carefully to see if there were dents to befouled on his instrument. Standing back up straight, her hair moving along with her as a few strands had made its way in front of her face as she folded her hands and setting them in back of her.

"It doesn't look like its damaged. You should be careful next time or else your going to have to replace it."

Tilting her head to the side a tad bit, she placed a hand over her mouth and laughed. It seems that he looks a bit embarrassed but then again hes not. Closing her eyes midway, she began to speak again.

"Do you two live around here? I mean not to be in your business, I was just curious."
