Kenyari walked slowly into the wooded area. The light from the moon and stars seemed to have been highlighting his hair. He walked slowly as the wooded area was coming closer and closer. He noted that the wooded area was a nice place to fight thanks to the obstacles that were scattered everywhere. He looked back but was unable to see the guardian and the other girl. “I wonder is she coming. She can fly so why am I here before her” he said to himself as he continued to walk into the woods. He walked for a few more minutes until he knew he was deep enough in. He looked around to see the little specks o flight that were shining in because of the stars.

Kenyari looked around and sighed to himself. “I wonder was this the right thing to do” he said to himself as he took his sword back out. He did a few quick slashes with it trying to warm up before the guardian arrived. A few branches and leaves fell to the floor around him thanks to his slashes. He looked quickly at the way he came in and sighed again. His breath became heavy as he was nervous about what was coming. The guardians had more power than he could imagine and he knew that this guardian was not going to be a simple push over.

He quickly got the thoughts of self doubt out of his mind as he stuck his sword into the tree nearby. “I will make the best of this. I will win” he said to himself. He turned around and sat down on the tree and closed his eyes. He looked over and thought he could see something coming but it wasn’t anything. He smiles as he closed his eyes. “I can win…I can win…” he chanted to himself pumping himself up. The seal on his arm had started to glow a bright red again. It was visible even through his cloak on. It made most of the trees around him have a reflection of the bright red light.

“Its ok.” He said to the seal as if he was talking directly to the demon that wanted out. “We will have the fight we need” he whispered to himself. More moments went by as the guardian still didn’t show up. He still sat there and started to drift off in thought of what was to come.

Ploay - November 13, 2006 03:45 PM (GMT)
Shrieks of howling winds passed by the mighty black wings, owned by none other then the guardian of wind. Steadily she flew in the direction she pointed in, and the same way the man went. There wasn’t too much time in between them, because even though he had a fast start Ploay was faster in the air then walking. After a few moments she passed a large shadow of a tree and kept going. Soon she did a complete stop and hovered over the ground nearly thirty feet high. For some reason she couldn’t see anything in this darkness, this would be a real hassle for her indeed. Maybe it wasn’t wise to fight in the night, Ploay thought to herself as she slowly dropped to the hard dark pool on the ground. As she landed, her wings folded behind her in a normal fashion, and she turned to look back at the shadow figure of the large tree.

Her mind wondered just where the man went to. To the left to the right her eyes searched, but no where did she see a similar figure of the man. A thought of her turning back now increased in her mind. But se could just back down from a fight. But I can’t even see in this! She thought to herself angrily. He guardian sighed and crossed her arms in a relaxed fashion as she studied the darkness, and tried to see with the little light of the moon and stars. It would have been foolish in her sense to call him out, because then he would know that she couldn’t see well in the darkness. And of course like any smart human would do would be to attack when they least expect that. And then again if he did attack Ploay would then know where he was and retaliate.

“Okey lets do this!” The guardian said out loud, loud enough for him to hear hopefully. Her voice didn’t show any signs that she couldn’t see him. But if he could see her and noticed she wasn’t looking in his direction, then maybe he could have gotten a good idea.

Ploay continued to looked at the large shadowy tree, but then again there were other trees that the mysterious man could have been watching her from behind. After a few seconds should could stand this anymore, so she spoke aloud, “Cloak of flames,” and then suddenly fire swarmed around her as if she was a phoenix, and that was her fiery feathers. With this she could just see a little bit, just like she could near the woman’s camp fire. Beneath her feet twigs and grass were touched with the fire. But only enough to where a small speck of reddish glow was seen.

Dmoney - November 15, 2006 03:03 PM (GMT)
Kenyari sat and thought about his post. Something that haunted him up to this very day. He sighed as he looked around. It was harder to see for some reason. It felt as it was darker. He stood up and brushed the dirt from off of his cloak. He looked in the direction in which he came in but still saw no guardian.

"Is she really going to fight me, or did she do that to make me look stupid." he thought to himself He walked for a few feet trying to make his demon eyes work in the dark. He squinted as he thought he saw a figure land in the distance through the trees. He walked slowly not trying to give up his position just yet.

His eyes turned red as he prepared for the fight. Something deep inside of him knew that the guardian had landed but didn’t want to attack until the time was right. He walked closer to where she had landed. “Okey lets do this!” she yelled out. Kenyari knew from that moment that it was her.

He walked closer to her ready to sneak attack her. He continued to walk only to soon stop when the guardian in the distance started letting off a small light.

"Fire?" he thought to himself as he walked closer. "Well im not going to wait here anymore. She knows im here i might as well go ahead and get this started. "Blur" he said to himself. He lowered his sword as he started running towards the guardian. He closed the distance between them very fast as he stopped a few feet away from her. He saw her come into a full view with the fire swirling around. He threw off his cloak as he looked into the eyes of the guardian.

"Well lets get this started" he said ready for the guardian to strike.

Ploay - November 16, 2006 03:10 AM (GMT)
A small smirk of relief overcame her smooth lips, then soon followed by a smirk of victory. The guardian shifted on her hind leg and looked at the very determined mortal who had challenged her for the night of blood shed. As the mysterious man, whom she didn’t know his name looked into her eyes, he spoke to her, “Well lets get this started." Cautiously her violet orbs scanned his body, and the sword her had lowered. Ironically her plan worked, and he showed his face to her. If he was only a few yards away he would have disappeared back into the shadows which hidden him in the first place.

Ploay held out a hand to her side, and with her hand up wards. The warm touch of flame tingled her tan flesh. It didn’t feel like a burn, but more of a slight prickle of a sowing needle. An illumination of red, orange, and yellow flame swirled around her long sleeves. Of course the huge body of fire went in other places. Swirling around her body, around her legs, and around her neck. Then sometimes the flames would actually sometimes move from her chin, upwards the back down on the other side of her head. There was almost no where that wasn’t covered in the great power of the flame. But sadly this defense would only protect her from close rang attacks. If this man were to have a sling shot or some sort of arcane power, Ploay couldn’t just stand there is one spot and look pretty.

Her dark orbs stared intensely at her opponent as if she were trying to look in his soul itself. Of course she was limited it couldn’t do that. Curiosity struck her the question of why this man was so driven to fight a guardian. There were only but a few mortals who were even brave enough to try. So Ploay respect that, yet she also found it to be suicide. Bravery lead the mortals to fight, and strength would lead them to live. The question was, does her have enough strength to survive? “You have guts kid, I respect that.”

The wind guardians smirk turned into a grin as she took her other hand that wasn’t held up, which was the left, and took hold of her swords hilt. As she pulled it up, she spun it in a half circle, and pointed the blade at him. Swiftly she switched hands and took the air sword with her right. Ploay turned to her side and looked at the man, “Challengers go first,” Ploay said as she made a small bow and swept her left hand to her side.

Dmoney - November 16, 2006 02:32 PM (GMT)
Kenyari sighed softly so that the guardian could not hear. He was ready to fight but also had some doubt about if that was the right thing to do. He looked around slightly noticing that he stood a better chance fighting from the shadows rather than coming into close range. He looked back at the guardian shrouded in a huge fire. He was amazed at the power that she was exerting. "You have guts kid, I respect that,” the guardian said smiling. Kenyari smiled lightly as he felt somewhat better for some reason. He looked at the huge fire and how it left a few spaces but he didn’t think heavy into it. The guardian then pulled her sword out and did a circle with it. He smiled at her small twirl as she pointed it at him. Kenyari's smiled greatly as he knew that the fight was about to begin.

"She wants to play with fire, then i am going to burn this forest into the ground" he thought to himself as raised his sword back up. "ashen fire" he said silently as a small flash appeared in the sky. He was not aiming for the guardian rather the trees around. He planned on making the fighting zone a complete wreck to make it harder for her but at the same time harder for him. He felt it was a necessary loss.

As the small fire shower came down it erupted into a small fire on the tops of the small trees. It was spreading quickly across the tops of the trees but it would be a few minutes before the fire would spread and burn like he actually wanted. The fire only illuminated most of the forest as he looked around.

Kenyari jumped back as the streaks followed him. "Looks like we have only a few minutes before this entire place is engulfed in a huge flame." he said out loud ."Now that the fight is fully starting how am i going to take down that shield?" he thought. "Maybe if i ask?" he laughed to himself silently.

He lowered his body as he ran forward at impressive speeds. As the distance between them was quickly closed he jumped into the air. He was moving at very impressive speeds and was hoping that the guardian could not keep up with him and maybe the streaks that were behind him would confuse the guardian. He lunged himself at the guardian as he lifted his sword and aimed his attack at the guardians chest hoping it would go through the fire and hit the guardian at least.. "Lets get this over with!!!" he yelled in a blind rage as his left shoulder started to glow a dark red color and a small white flame was burning through his cream outfit.

Ploay - November 17, 2006 03:13 AM (GMT)
As soon as the man let out of his breath of the spell that cast the fire, Ploay took action very quickly. Out of blind instinct her left wrist twisted towards the trees to blow out the fire. She was still a being of nature so in her blood she could just let the trees burn down. Yet she hesitated because on the other hand she pondered a though. I could use the light of the flames to see better, she thought to herself. But soon she shook the thought away and hard gales of wind came from her palm and blew out the small flames on the trees. The leaves still slightly glowed with amber, but she didn’t care about that because more or less they would go out a well. As this was all going on, Ploay never took her eyes off of the man who stood in front of her.

All at once the man started to rush to her, and a streak of his body made a trail behind. Blur? She question herself as the smirk on her face never faded. When he finally lunged at her, Ploay whispered an enchantment that made her body disappear from view, then instantly appear a few feet behind the man. “Oh, you were ready to fight?” Ploay said in a teasing way as the flames from the fire around her danced sharply across and up at her body. The only reason she had the barrier around her was for the light it gave off, other then that she didn’t really need it.

Ploay put her air sword back in her sash, apparently to her this fight wasn’t really a challenge so she didn’t need it. She was confidant in her powers. “Come at me one more time, I promise I wont move,” She said with a grin, basically lying though her teeth. Of course she was going to move. So she didn’t want to waste her time with that, “whirlwind!” Ploay said with her breath as a spinning winds formed in front of her, then launched itself towards the over confident man.

Dmoney - November 19, 2006 04:57 AM (GMT)
Kenyari watched as the whirlwind closed in on him. He lifted his sword to try to brace himself from the sudden blast. He held his sword directly in front of his face as the whirlwind rushed towards him. The blast had rammed into him and for a quick second he was deflecting it. It soon overpowered him greatly as he was sent back a few feet and hit a tree taking heavy damage to his body. His back rammed into the tree as he slid down as he dropped his sword on the ground next to him. He closed his eyes as blood ran down his lip and his eye. The whirlwind did a high number on him and he soon realized that he may have been in over his head.

"One blast does this to me" he thought t himself. "One." He opened his eyes and looked down at his tattered cloths. He sighed to himself as his arm was bleeding thanks to him accidentally cutting himself. He looked up to the guardian and sighed to himself. "She is far too powerful for me." he thought t himself.

Kenyari hated himself that he was so close to fully giving up on himself. He looked back don at his arm and reached out slowly for his sword. He gripped the sword but even the small weight of that seemed to be heavy at the moment.

"No!! i wont give up.....not like this" he said as he clutched his sword. He tried to stand up as he feel back and relied on the tree to get up. His body felt like it would buckle at any moment. He finally stood up fully thanks to the help of the tree. He could barely hold his sword in his hands. He looked back at the guardian. "I will not lose" he said to himself. His eyes had turned a black as dark as the night of the woods themselves. He was going to push himself until he couldn’t push himself anymore.

"Dark regeneration" he said silently. A dark mist seemed to be slipping out of his mouth. It slowly covered his body as he slowly felt the life that was in him coming back. His shoulder started to glow a very bright blinding white. Kenyari closed his eyes as the light went away and his seal turned red. "Its opening fully" he said as he looked at it. It started to flash white to red and back.

His dark regeneration had did the trick and he could feel himself coming back to normal. He knew that the guardian would more than likely have a lot more in store for him. He lifted his sword slowly as he was not fully healed but he could manage. "I will not lose that easy" he said softly but loud enough for the guardian to hear. "You will have to do more to stop me than that" he said as he slowly took small steps towards the guardian grunting and holding his arm that he had his sword in as his seal on his other arm blinked.

Ploay - November 19, 2006 02:58 PM (GMT)
Ploay was looking down at her feet when she heard the loud smack from the tree. Her mind wondered if the tree got damaged too badly. It if did her butt would be grass and Liara would be the scythe handler. Picturing Liara holding a scythe brought a slight chuckle as she looked up just in time to hear the man’s grunts. The wind guardian cocked an eyebrow at his arm, just what was that under the tattered clothes. Hmm, I’ll go more easier on him, Ploay said as the blinked and the flames around her poohed out into thin arcane air.

Only a small whirlwind could do that, and the thought of having her hands tied behind her back and being on her knees it would be more of an equal fight. But she would never go to such lengths as that for one opponent. The guardian also noticed that he wasn’t charging at her, like he didn’t let his anger do something foolish. It reminded her of herself when she was younger. Always calm and collected so she could take care of the task at hand.

The wounds and blood around him seemed to dry up rather fast. Healing so quickly, now that reminds me of someone else too, the guardian thought to herself. Ploay tucked her air sound in her sash, then pulled out twin fanblades, and opened them under her chin. This would give him a more reach, plus an extra advantage. Ploay couldn’t help of her guardian powers, but she could help of what she fought with. “Words of wisdom, healing yourself so soon will slowly weaken you later on. Because you have no clue how this battle will last.” As soon as the words left her lips the guardian thrust herself towards him in a sprint. She ran to his right side looking the other way. Quickly she moved her heel to the back of his knee so he would fall to the ground, if this would work Ploay’s right hand was ready to thrust into his chest. Or should we say, her right sharp metal fanblade.

Dmoney - November 21, 2006 01:26 AM (GMT)
Kenyari waited for the guardian as the mist seemed to work just like he wanted it to. His small cuts and bruises seemed to be wiped away and the blood drying up and blowing away as dust with the small cool breeze that was going. He looked at the trees as the leaves rattled with the wind. Kenyari sighed as he looked back at the guardian.

“Words of wisdom, healing yourself so soon will slowly weaken you later on. Because you have no clue how this battle will last.” the guardian said to him. Kenyari looked at the guardian in a deep stare as the guardian suddenly moved forwad toward him. His eyes widened as she moved rather quickly. Kenyari let out a huge smile as the guardian seemed to close in. "Never underestimate anyone no matter if they aren’t on your level." he said as his eyes turned black. The same mist that was coming out of his mouth came out of his eyes but it didn’t seem to be healing him anymore. It seemed to be the pure darkness that was inside of him that was escaping.

Kenyari's seal seemed to be close to breaking as it blinked faster. His anger rose as he looked into the eyes of the guardian. His seal did one final blink as it illuminated a black light. Suddenly a large wind came through the woods towards kenyari as it finally happened. "Finally released" he said to himself as his body quickly started to change. His body grew slight more muscular and his hair seemed to have lengthened.

"Blur" he said as the guardian was close to him. "I may not be able to beat you but thanks to you i am no longer bound to the curse i was set with since i was young. The demon in me is released. Win or lose the fight, i still win. I am no longer held back by this seal. I may now walk around without worrying what this seal will do to me next. And I owe it all to you. You may still be stronger but in the end I gain something that you would know nothing about. The freedom of a burden from a curse that I have had to live with. Something that has held me down my entire life. And now I am free from it. Win or lose this fight I walk away with something more than just a victory from a fight unlike you. You would only have the ill pleasure of killing a mortal. I have something that will change my life forever.” he said as he quickly side stepped the guardian making her miss him completely.

If you get some other pleasure from this tell me now. I see nothing. I see you gaining nothing from this. I gain my freedom from being held back. I’m pretty sure you have had no experience of being a slave to someone or something.” He said trying to make the guardian mad in an attempt to make her angry enough to drop her guard.

Ploay - November 22, 2006 02:34 PM (GMT)
It was hard to see, but the rage against this new person started to become visible in Ploay’s reaction to his words. A long time ago she would ignore such talks as this, but now she couldn’t let this slide. This person had already talked too much and she wished that she could silence him. Then again, she could do that very well. Parting her lips slightly she whispered something that was smooth with magical energy. “Silence,” she spoke as the magical energy was targeted at the man’s lips, and then couldn’t speak for half an hour. Without seeing if the spell worked or not, the guardian charged at him with her fans. Quickly she tried to cut at his throat, but the first one missed so she moved forwards with the other fan and tried to do the same thing. It was obvious now that she was getting pissed. But still there was calmness and her movements.

((sorry for the shortness I’m not feeling too wells))

Dmoney - November 28, 2006 03:02 PM (GMT)
Kenyari smirked at the guardian. “Seems I am hitting a nerve” he chuckled to himself. Kenyari was not trying to go head first into the guardian because he knew that she was a lot stronger than he was. Instead he decided to make her mad enough to let down all of her defenses. It was a smart tactic to use and he saw that it was starting to work perfectly. “My seal letting lose now has come at the best time. When she’s mad and blind” he said to himself as he lifted his sword back up.

“Silence”
the guardian whispered. Kenyari let out a huge smile when she said her words. Kenyari’s smile soon turned into a glare as he soon found out that it was a spell. He was unable to talk any more. “Oh my god. Just when I find a good tactic she stops it using cheap measures.” He thought angrily.

The guardian quickly attacked him aiming for his throat. Kenyari jumped back and dodged the first one and since his blur was still active he managed to get out of the way of her second one. Kenyari’s plan to make her mad seemed to be working but it was also making him mad.

Suddenly kenyari dropped to his knees. He looked at his shoulder and noticed the seal stopped glowing and it had fully broken now. A sharp pain ran through his body as he he grabbed his shoulder. Black veins had started to appear on his hands and other places around his body that were visible due to the guardians whirl wind attack. “What is this. This has never happened to me before” he thought to himself as he looked at the guardian. His eyes turned back to their normal blue color as he stared at her. “I can feel it. I can feel the true power of the demon running through me.” He thought as he looked down to the ground. “I cant win a fight if im in a pain like this” he thought as he closed his eyes.

Kenyari slowly crawled to a tree and used it to help him stand up. The black veins fully visible in his arm now. His eye color changed back to black as he tried to make it seem like he was ok. He staggered back to his feet as he looked at the guardian. Kenyari’s body was wasted at this point as the demon was fully engraving himself into kenyari. Kenyari would not be able to fight back as much as the pain from the demon caused his body to slowly fail. The old kenyari would be no more…if he somehow would survive the next onslaught from the guardian. “I am pretty sure she knows im in a server pain but I think I pushed her over the edge at the wrong moment. I had no idea this would happen. I have screwed myself in this fight” he said as he picked his slowly picked his sword back up. He opened his mouth again to try to speak but once again he failed. “this may be the end of the fight. This is way too early.” He sighed softly to himself as he took another look at the black veins that were popping up all over his body.

Ploay - December 1, 2006 03:32 AM (GMT)
Ploay quirked an usual eyebrow at the man when black veins were popping all over is body like something very sick and wrong. She didn’t know what to do, and only felt like she should bring this poor creature out of his misery. “Sleep well in hell,” Ploay whispered as she held out an out stretched right hand, palm a few inches from his face. Whispering something in angelic tongue, fiery winds came out of her palm as solar wind was cast and aimed at the man’s face.

((sorry for the shortness and horrible ness))

Dmoney - December 4, 2006 11:54 PM (GMT)
"Solar wind" the guardian said. Kenyari was in too much pain to do anything to dodge it. The spell burned his already in pain body. Kenyari dropped to the ground as he tried to yet out a yell but was still under the effects of the spell silence. Kenyari looked around as he felt his life slipping away. His vision had started to blur and he could barely see anything. He looked in the direction of the guardian as he he closed his eyes. The pain is unimaginable. "I regret this. I regret this so much" he thought as he slowly slipped unconscious. The guardian could sneak attack him but what honor would anyone get from a sneak attack. The fight was more or less over. Kenyari's body was used up and the unlocking of his seal further made it impossible for him to continue. Kenyari let go of his sword as he tried to mutter more words but nothing came out. it was apparent he was quitting though. He couldn’t take anymore and the burning feeling of his body fro her solar wind took a heavy toll on him. Kenyari opened his eyes one last time and got a close look at the guardian as he slipped fully unconscious. The fight was over. The last thing that went through Kenyari's head was revenge soon enough.

Ploay - December 9, 2006 02:23 PM (GMT)
Ploay looked at the man slowly closing his eyes with cold violet orbs. “You will never be good enough to even stand up when against me, stop trying. Or you’ll end up dead trying.” Ploay sighed, outstretched her wings and then took off in the night sky. To fly far far away from this battle. And what she hoped would be the last time she looked at him.
