Brielle sat on the beach gazing at the horizon. She dug her feet into the sand and felt the grains slip between her toes. A soft breeze blew the the strands of hair that escaped her loose braid into her face. She pulled her knees to her chest and rested her head on her arms. The sun began to set and the sky turned deep orange and a radiant red. The only sounds she heard were the crashing of the waves and the cry of a lone seagul circling above her.

Brielle breathed in deeply and let it out slowly. She had never seen such a beautiful sight. A crab burrowed itself into the sand a few feet from her causing a small smile to escape her lips. She was lost in the serenity and never wanted to leave this spot.

Kyaera sat on the beach humming, as she watched the susnet, enjoying the remaining moments of sun light. She stopped abruptly glancing to her left. She saw a girl sitting a little way down the beach. Funny. She hadn't even noticed her.

Kyaera stood, and walked to where the girl sat. "You look lonely, care for some company?"

Brielle jumped not expecting anyone to be there. She looked up and saw a girl looking down at her. She hesitated for a bit wondering if this girl could be trusted. "Sure. Go ahead and sit." Brielle felt grateful for the company. It had been so long since she had actually talked to someone. She mostly wandered the lands alone.

Geno was flying high over Ëarsúl Marina and noticed that the beach was completely empty, but then he noticed it wasn't completely empty, there were 2 angels along the shore, he flew closer and closer, and could see their features better, they both had vibrant white wings and were female, Geno flew down behind the one that was standing up, and startled them just a little,"I'm sorry I did not mean to startle you two, I just noticed that you were the only two on the beach," which was awkward, because the beach was usually full on a sunny day like this, "I'm sorry I dont think I formally introduced myself, my name is Geno, whats ya'lls? Geno was very fond o the 2 ladies and sat down waiting for them to answer.

Kyaera jumped as he landed behind them, and then watched, with an eye brow arched suspicously as he introduced himself. "Nice landing," She grinned. "I'm Kyaera." She directed her name at both of them. She sat down in between them. "Nice to meet you Geno." She smiled, and turned her face letting the calm ocean breeze wash through her blonde hair.

"Nice to meet you both," Geno said. Geno sat down next to Kyaera, "it's such a beautiful day here, yet we're the only 3 here, you think something has gone wrong in Ëarsúl Marina?" "I wouldn't miss this day for the world." Geno absorbed his wings and put his wing-guard on for he was tired of holding them up, he had flown for hours. Geno loved the salty air, and seagulls, he was very in tune with nature. "What brings you to these parts?" Geno asked. Geno let the wind blow through his hair, wanting to know why they were the only three there.

Brielle looked up as the new comer landed. She eyed him suspiciously but replied anyway. "My name is Brielle. It's a pleasure to meet you two." She wiped a strand of hair out of her eyes. "It is a strangely quite day." Brielle said just now realizing they were the only ones on the beach.

Geno looked deep into the sea, he always loed the sea since he was a kid, yet it was hard to swim, he did not have a wng-guard when he was little, and trying to swim with your wings out was very hard. Geno looked at Brielle, she was staring at the sand as if she had seen a ghost of some sort, she seemed a tad bit worried. Then he looked at Kyaera, Geno knew she was very in tune with nature by the way she took in her surroundings, before she moved the smallest part of her body, she'd glance at everything first. It was very silent except the roaring waves of the sea. Geno always did enjoy his company. "Kyaera, where are you from," he said. Then she looked at him as if she was about to reply.

"Yes," Kyaera said, enjoying being the only ones there for the moment. "I like it here, and I love the light." She said. "Light is my element." She looked down the lonely beach. "It's very pleasent being here alone. Sometimes it gets too crowded." She tucked her wavy hair behind one ear. "As to where I'm from," She shrugged. "Places." She looked over at him. "I've never really lived one place for long." She sighed. "What about you?"

"I actually live the same way as you, travel place to place, never know where I'm going next, but I have a small hut I found in the forest, I met some good friends there, but I mostly use that as a storage facility, its so deep in the forest only a true-sighted angel could find it." This town is very weird, everyone is cooped inside, most people would be outide on a day like this. "I wonder where the wind will take me next....."

Brielle observed and listened to the two as they spoke. She was not used to this kind of company around her. She began to think about where she was from. She didn't remember really ever having a home. She was always on the move. She hardly ever used her wings either. She traveled alone and on foot mostly.

"It must be an angel thing." Kyaera smiled somewhat wistfully. "I wish I had a home sometimes... but maybe I'm better off the way I am." She shrugged and glanced over at Brielle. "So are you from anywhere?" She asked, wondering why the girl didn't seem to talk very much.

"Not that I remember. I've been traveling most of my life." Brielle stretched her wings and yawned. The sunset had finally disappeared and the stars were begining to come out. She looked up at the stars and felt the breeze pick up slightly then die back down. She didn't like to talk much so she waited for the others to continue the conversation.

Geno was very worried for Brielle, he knew its not good to feel bad for a long time, he couldn't let the her sorrow eat at her like that, he began to speak to Brielle. "Brielle, its not good to let yourself be taken away by such tremendous sorrow, do not tell me your not sad, I can see it in your eyes." She glanced at Geno, then looked back at the stars. Geno could not just sit their and let her soul be torn down. Suddenly, Geno knew what he should do, it would probally be the only way to help her. "Brielle, do you mind if I see your palm?"

Brielle looked at him quizzically. She looked over at Kyaera then back at Geno. "My palm?" She watched as he nodded. Brielle thought about it and then shrugged her shoulders. She saw no harm in it. She crossed her legs and held out her palm to him curious to know what he would do with it.

Geno grasped her palm, and opened it gently, not to hurt her, He held is other hand over her palm, and brung it up 2 inches away from her hand, he then closed his eyes and went into a trance. Suddenly Geno awoke form his trance, only about 20 seconds had gone by, he looked at Brielle, and started crying. He then gave her a giant hug.

Brielle watched as he worked. After a few seconds Brielle saw that he was crying. She was shocked when he suddenly hugged her. What did he see? Her eyes widened when she realized that he had seen the slaughter of her family. Her eyes welled up with tears as the memory rushed back to her.

"I saw your past," he sobbed, "You must always be lonely, he ungrasped her and held her shoulders and looked directly in her eyes, "Listen closely, the only way to heal your torn soul is re-unite you with your parents," he said, "but, before I do this, do you think you will be able to handle seeing them again, I can perform a visual seance and bring your parents here for a short amount of time, but you have not seen them for some years, if I brought them here, you could beome petrified for all of the eternity, its your decision." Geno wiped away his tears, and stared in the eyes of Brielle, waiting for her response.

Kyaera looked back and forth between the crying Geno and Brielle. This was weird. She was quite uncertain of what was going on... Did she miss something? Kyaera lay back on her elbows, careful of her wings, and watched the events unfold. This was strange... very strange.

"You can do that?" Brielle was surprised and thought about it. What would it be like to see her parents again? Could she handle it? And being petrified for all eternity didn't sound very pleasant to her. Brielle wiped away her tears and took a deep breath. "I don't think I should... It would be too painful."

"If that is your decision, I will accept it," but there is one more way I can help you." "You lack company, without your family your in need of someone that will always be there, to help you." Geno looked as if he was about to cry again. "I could travel with you, as your guardian" "Yet again, that is your decision." Geno looked at Kyaera and noticed she was confused. He turned back to Brielle, and waited for an answer.

"As a guardian?" Brielle considered this. She had been a loner all her life. It would be comforting to have someone with her for a while. She smiled softly "It would be nice to have some company. You can travel with me, Geno." It cheered her up to know she wouldn't have to be alone anymore.

"Okay, wherever you go, I go," suddenly, it dawned on Geno, he forgot Kyaera was right behind him, he felt so embarrased, he turned around and started scratching his back. "Sorry I haven't payed you much attention Kyaera, can you forgive me?" Geno looked closely at Kyaera, she looked puzzled, Geno felt very embarrased.

"Don't worry about it," She waved her hand. "I'm glad you two have hit it off so well." She smiled, and truely meant what she said despite her early reaction of strangeness. "I'm glad you could help her, Geno." She whispered leaning in so only Geno could hear. "I can tell she needed it. You're a good guy for it." She smiled again, and sat back on her elbows once more.

Geno looked at Kyaera, and became very curious, "Kyaera where are you going next?" he asked. Geno felt bad for putting Kyaera down, he totally forgot about her, Geno layed down in the sand, and stared at the stars, Brielle was staring at the stars also. Geno waited patiently for his question to be answered.

She shrugged. "The Sanctuary of the Angels maybe." She lay down in the stand staring up at the stars. "Where ever I feel like going I guess." She pulled her hair up above her head. "I wish I could go there." She pointed at the stars. "It'd be interesting." She smiled softly. "I bet man will never make it out of this world."

Geno some how felt bad for Kyaera, He looked deeply in her eyes, and looked back at Brielle, He was about to embark as a guardian, it would be something new to him, he looked back at Brielle, and spoke,"Whenever your ready to go, I'll be ready, so take your time." Geno smiled.

Brielle thought about what would lie ahead for her. Where would she go next? What other adventures would await her? Things would be much different now that she had Geno with her. Brielle just went wherever the roads swept her off to. "Where do you think we should travel to, Geno?"

Geno went into a deep thought, thinking of a place he had alwys wanted to go. Geno remembered stories from when he was just a small kid, his grandfather told him about a place where faiiries pranced around, a place that glows at night, a place of wonder, "I kniow a great place we could go, we could go to the Mystic Forest, what do you think?"

Brielle listened to his suggestion. "The Mystic Forest... one of the few places I have never been to. Sounds like a good idea." Brielle smiled. "We can leave in the morning if you like." Brielle looked up at the moon. It gave her a peaceful feeling. Brielle stretched her wings again and leaned back on her hands.

Geno smiled, and layed down, in the sand, it was so warm, as if it was a blanket. He thought of the upcoming adventures that awaited him, he then said, "Good Night Brielle, and Kyaera, see you in the morning. Geno fell into a deep deep sleep, he had a dream of helping Brielle in her jouryneys, and making it safely to the Mystic Forest, and talked to all, the fairys, such a beautiful dream.

"Good Nitght, Geno." Brielle watched as he fell asleep. She looked up at Kyaera and smiled. I should go up to the inn and get a place to sleep. I hope I'll run into you again in the near future. Brielle stood and took one last look at the ocean before she turned and left the beach.

The sun slowly rose above the warm sandy beach, salty beach air blew through Geno's hair. Geno awoke from his slumber and prepared his stuff for the journey, his dream gave him another idea, he went to the Inn to pick up Brielle. He walked in the Inn, Brielle was already waiting in the lobby, we sat down and talked for a quick second, "I was thinking, maybe we could go to the forest instead, of the Mystic Wood, I heard its more homeier there, and plus I have a hut there, whatdya say?"

Brielle woke up that morning refreshed and ready to go. She packed up everything she needed and grabbed something quick to eat. She walked down to the lobby to wait for Geno. As they sat down to talk Brielle listened to his suggestion. "The forest? Alright that sounds like a good idea. We can get started whenever you're ready."
