Title: Murder of an innocent

Tilorn - September 24, 2006 03:18 PM (GMT)
Torlin walked to the tower, he watched its shell rise up in the distance. It was a wreak, an empty hollowed out copy of a real building. Like a human life. Nothing more than a shell. Not a true being. He stroked his dagger and long sword. No they where like animals. It was why he had killed them all. They had as much right to live as the animals they breed for the slaughter. It was almost what he did. He raised them to be slaughtered by his hand. It was true, every one of them fell, bleeding, murdered by his weapons. No not murdered. They where beneath that.

As he thought of his past exploits a childs laughter drifted over the crest of a hill. The fallen angle didnt blink or react. He simple walked onward. The child speed over the hill, not looking at where it was going. He ran headlong into Torlin. Torlin didnt move back, the child fell it was like running into a stone wall. He looked up afraid, tears welling up in his eyes. It must have been terifing. The fallen angle reached down, he grasped the childs arm in a vice like grip. Hauling it off its feet the angle drew his dagger. The child screamed out at the top of its lungs.

Torlin ignored him. He took the dagger and cut the childs wrist. Blood poured from the gash. Then he cut the childs throught in one swift movement. Laying the now dead child out he cut him from navel to nose, pulling the skin apart, disembowing it and exposing its ribs. With out a look of remorse he put the knife away and walked up to the tower. He was quite tiered he needed a nap. He looked around, another child was trying to hide from the monstoruse looking angle. Drawing the dagger once more he let it fly.

Spining in the air it landed on the child temple with a dull thud on its handle. He looked down at the prone body. He kicked it swiftly in the knee cap. He heared the sickening crack. Reaching down he picked up the dagger and finished the job. Whipping the blood from it he returned to his journy towards the tower.

Chaotic Shadow - September 24, 2006 03:59 PM (GMT)
Shadow had seen the look of true evil in this mans heart, he saw him walk off after the child had laughed. Shadow shuddered inwardly at the thought, not of what may befall the child, but of their laughter, it was nails on a chalkboard, or on his skin for that matter. "Nice work..." Shadow admired to himself, as the man, with a very similar dagger to his own, had slain the small boy, quite grotesquely. Shadow hated the infection of the humans himself, and while he was not inherently evil, he would not mind the slaughter of a few hundred of the alleged 'innocents'. As the killer of the boy walked onwards, Shadow called out to him. "Just one little flaw with your slaughter..." and with two swift motions, the renegade samurai drew his katana and stripped the corpse of its arms. The river of blood on the street as the body fouled the air was completely torrential. How many people would mourn the death of this one? He didn't care, he was explicitly apathetic about the whole notion. The only thing that bothered him was the thought of some 'good guy' barging in and trying to repremend them for it. "You have to make it a sight to remember..." he said in his cold, merciless tone as he flung the arms to the side. He grinned at the thought of a few of the most arrogant species on the planet weeping bitterly at their co called loss. The thinkg Shadow hated the most about humans, was their mindset. That they were better than everybody else, and every other species for that matter. They bred animals for slaughter without any emotions but their own greed, not caring about how the animal in question felt. They are the same as the cows, as the pigs, and whatever else they slaughter for their own cruel lusts, they are scum.

Tilorn - September 24, 2006 05:34 PM (GMT)
Torlin folded his wings back, they fitted together as neatly as the desheviled gore covered imitaions of true angels wings could. He turned around with painstaking slowness. His eyes showed no emotions they simply where. He looked at the man. He dismembered one of the bodys with a weapon. He made a comment that any fool could have come up with to impress. "You see," he said. "You claim them to be worthless. Like catle or a simple minded beast. Yet you put on a show for them? To frighten them. If they where trully worthless then you would not bother with, 'making it a sight to remember' Your argument is clearly flawed.

He turned away. He set another stealy eyed glance over his shoulder. "you know messing with another persons prey will get you killed my friend." He spoke the last part of the sentance with such apathy and an aloof atitude which was uncharicatistic even for him. He spoke it as though he barely aknowlaged a person there at all. The only other sign he gave was his fingers straying to his knife on his belt.

It was true, he had other weapons. His longsword that dangled at his side. His saber, it had done a lot in its time. Its razors edge would cut deep, drawing out the aterial blood but would leave the target alive long enough to feel the pain. He wasnt sure if it would turn into a fight just yet. But it was only a matter of time. The situation was crawling along a razors edge and on either side was a fight.

Alba Meria - September 24, 2006 07:16 PM (GMT)
Not many had been able to see the new form of Alba Meria. He was no longer in a human form, but in his true form. A combination of a Chaos Phoenix and an Angel. The Angel part coming from his brother Zenith of course. Not only had nobody seen this new form, but Alba was also now graced with a full set of the Bloodshed armour. Alba now wore this said Armour all the time and was showing his true path as a follower of Ita, and also that he would battle for Chaos no matter what the battle was.

His large angel like wings soon erupted in phoenix flames as Alba looked down upon The Ancient Tower within Salquedor Grasslands. Alba could see two being doing what looked like talking to each other. Why waste time talking when there was chaos to make within the world of Arda? With this in mind the Chaos Phoenix began to lower down to the ground towards the two being. One looked somewhat like an Atani while the other was clearly a fallen angel. At least Alba was in the company of someone Chaotic and by the looks of it, this fallen angel was powerfull. Or so Alba hoped anyway.

If there was one thing Alba had never needed to worry about, it was death, after all being a Phoenix he was able to rise from his own ashes to continue his chaos upon Arda. As the large feet of Alba touched the ground below and his wings stopped buring with the phoenix fire he looked right towards Tilorn with a small smirk across his lips under his Bloodshed helm.

Laying at the right side of Alba was his Longsword of Bloodshed while held tightly in his hands was his reforged Dark Blade. The blade had been reforged into a large and powerfull scythe that brought out the chaotic nature of Alba more than any other style of weapon. That was when the phoenix said his first words towards these two beings "If you two are going to battle. Make it worth while. What is the point of fighting if your not going to cause cause chaos onto Arda in the process." After speaking these words Alba shifted a little, his scythe now only held in his right hand as the nine foot, eight inches tall phoenix awaited on a reply from either of these men.

Tilorn - September 25, 2006 10:54 AM (GMT)
Tilorn turned to alba. A barely perseptable smile flittered across his bescaled cheeks. His tounge moved over his lips slowly. finaly some one with some worth around here. He could feel the power being radiated by this new commer. For once some one with some standing had desided to move across his path.

His eyes flitted up and down alba taking in the armour, the weapon and him in his enirety. He was huge. A veritable monster in size and stature. How ever it told little of his skill. But if that sword at his side was anything to go by then he was a powerfull entity. Worth prehaps, impressing? He asked himself in the confinds of his mind. Yes maybe it would be usefull to show those that, if only for now, where his supiriors that he was actualy worth more than the weapons he carried. "Finaly, some one with some gravity, some one with worth. His eyes passed back over the one who had befouled the beuty of his kill.

"You are right of course. If I am to fight then why do so under false pretenses?" With that he launched himself into a sprint at the one who had dismembered one of the bodys. Jumping at the last second. His wings opening and beating once. Lifting up six foot into the air and sending him back a foot.

With his legs dangling in the air now he sent a kick flying for shadows face. Then He pushed back with his wings and took him further away still and up higher. He drew his long sword in one hand and his saber in the other. Now over twenty foot up he aimed himself forward and dived back down at the Shadow. Blades held across his body.

Alba Meria - September 25, 2006 04:01 PM (GMT)
Alba smirked upon his helm from the words of the fallen angel. So it seemed Alba was seen a power figure to him, this was new for Alba. After all he had only really been in battles with his brother Zenith. It had not been long since Alba had become a member of the Blood Ravens, this group was the biggest group of warriors Alba had ever been around, and so far he enjoyed every moment of it. As his grip tightened on his scythe Alba watched on as Tilorn began an attack on Shadow. This would indeed be an interesting battle to watch.

The tall Chaos Phoenix then watched slowly over to a near by tree leaning on it in order to watch this battle unfold. In time Alba was also join in this fight, but for now he would study the actions of each person and in turn be able to defend himself better from their attacks by knowing the battle style they use. He seen Tilorn start a series of kicks for Shadow, this battle, as of yet, was going somewhat slow.

In order to speed things along a little Alba placed his scythes blade infront of him, the blade pointing towards the two in the battle. The chaos phoenix then said out to them both, "Lets spice things up a little boys!" After saying this Alba fired three powerfull blasts of dark energy from his scythe, each of them heading down to the ground at the feet of the two men. This was not to hurt the fighters, but just to cause them to battle in a more Chaotic way.

Chaotic Shadow - September 28, 2006 03:02 AM (GMT)
This was, more or less, what Shadow had intended upon. Knowing that the more cocky somebody was, the more somebody told them they were flawed, the want to prove them wrong was usually very strong. Another presence became clear to Shadow in the form of somebody telling the two of them make the fight, if there would be one, worth while. The echo of the words "You see, you claim them to be worthless. Like cattle or a simple minded beast. Yet you put on a show for them? To frighten them. If they where trully worthless then you would not bother with, 'making it a sight to remember' Your argument is clearly flawed. if the creature was intellegent in the least, he would have kept his mouth closed at that point. "You seem to miss something here, you bothered to make this child's death overly brutal yourself, after the cutting of the childs wrists, he would have been dead enough. I'm not a man to listen to the words of hypocrites or fools..." Shadow countered "And I make it my business to instill fear and hatred into my victims, by which I mean the familes of whom I choose to kill. I want them come to the same realization I have. That they are the source of all pain, the root of all real evil..."

Shadow used to be a Samurai, so when the kick came towards him, he merely side stepped it quickly aiming a blow with his katana, though it barely missed as his new enemy went flying past and propelled himself into the sky. "Lets spice things up a little boys!" the voice of the Dark Phoenix made Shadow focus upon him. As his head turned to look, Shadow's eyes noticed three blasts of energy that were hurtling towards them. He was not sure if this was meant to harm or startle. He was hoping for the latter one as this Phoenix would most surely decimate him a few times over. He flipped sideways as one of the renegade blasts nearly slipped his leg, it was definately not designed to kill, but it would have in the long run. The very same notion crossed Shadow's mind as his eyes snapped back to Tilorn, who was in the sky, his blades crossed in an 'X' shape, clearly hoping to catch Shadow in the snare of steel. Shadow held his katana point up, hilt low to his stomach as he spread his feet to gain more balance. He awaited Tilorn's strike with a counter already picked out in his mind. When he got close enough, Shadow lept in the air, flipping his blade so that the point was down and he thrust the tip down aiming for the center of his spine.

Tilorn - September 28, 2006 01:01 PM (GMT)
Tilorn's eyes flitted down to the katana and the stance. He shook his head mentaly, no no, this was not the way to fight. Well for an amature prehapse. He knew that if he carried on he would be a target, but it was all part of the plan. He was drawing in the fool. As for the other one he was cleary usefull with magic, alba had sent several plasts of powerfull magic their way. Trying to make things more interesting. Well It was simply not going to distract Tilorn. One of the rules of battle was, look after your space for your space is your santuary. He knew what was happening in his space. The magic would not efect him after all, they where not actualy aimed. Just their to spread the chaos a little.

He grinned in the safety of his head as shadow took to the air. Yes it was working. He muttered something and he teleported. He apeared in the blink of an eye a few feet behind shadow. Standing calmly on the grass. He dropped his saber back into its scabard. He raised his hand pointing it fingers first at Shadows back. Seconds later a black bolt of energy left his fingers with a sound like the crack of a whip. Sailing straight and true for shadow.

He did not consentraite on if the spell would hit but what he did do was cast another spell upon himself. His red skin glowed with a white eithreal light. Then swirling white clouds slowly phased into existance and forged themselfs into plates and a helm. His body was now covered in weightless armour than apeared instubstantail but would be more than enough to guard him. He took a step back facing side on, sword in hand and his other raised behind him, ready for the next attack.

Alba Meria - September 29, 2006 06:23 PM (GMT)
The two fighters before Alba seemed to be skilled in combat, but the Chaos Phoenix was sure that they would not be able to stand up to the power of his scythe if he was to enter the battle. It was only when he seen them get deeper into the fight that a dark and twisted smirk spread across the crimson lips of Alba, his eyes glowing red from under his Bloodshed Helm and his grip becoming tighter upon his Dark Scythe. Albas left hand then slowly lowered down to his waist as he withdrew his Longsword of Bloodshed into his left hand. It was time for the Phoenix to have his fun with these beings of so called Chaos. They could think of it as a test, after all the Goddess of Chaos herself had given Alba his Bloodshed set from proving his worth within the Blood Ravens, and if either of these two beings were Chaotic and indeed powerfull enough then Alba may take them under his wing for training.

With both weapons in hand Alba then seemed to go into a beserk state and crackling bolts of red lightning grew up from his guantlets and covered his weapons. The strikes from these blades would now cause alot more pain to those it was to strike, but the Bloodshed Shield of Albas was strapped to his back just incase someone was to go for a back attack to the Phoenix.

The Phoenix then spread his wings and they ingnited in raging chaotic flames as he charged towards the pair, so far Tilorn seemed to have the upper hand so what better way to cause a little chaos than to attack the one that was currently winning the battle. As he drew closer to Tilorn, Alba aimed his scythe for the fallen angel neckline while his Longsword of Bloodshed was heading towards the lower back of the angel. It either of these were to strike then Tilorn would feel a sharp pain of chaotic lightning running through his body. Yet this was not the only part of his attack as another, smaller, bolt of Chaotic lightning was sent from the torso of Alba towards Tilorn.

Alba may have only been attacking Tilorn for now but this was only the start, Shadow would soon get his time. Thats when Alba said to Tilorn, "Do not take this personaly. Just causing some chaos for this battle, and in turn testing your skills." the smirk was still upon the lips of Alba as he continued on with his strikes.

Chaotic Shadow - September 30, 2006 03:48 PM (GMT)
Shadow was watching the shape fall, that was not the right word, as Tilorn targeted him from the sky like an arrow holding true to it's target, just before Shadow was about to strike, he disappeared. Shadow looked and found nothing, he had no idea Tilorn was behind him, until a crackling noise, sounding like a quick flash of lightning, but notably not the same, came racing up from behind him. The spell he had not ever seen before and was therefore unaware of the damage it would cause. He tried to get out of the way but he was too slow inthat aspect and the spell had caught him in the lower back as he moved to leap out of the way. The pain was intense and he would have cried out if that was something he made a habit of doing, but he did drop his sword unconsciously, not something he usually did. Embracing his destiny, as he could only move but slowly, he tried to turn around to meet Tilorn's blade. He found nothing. It was only when he had heard a familiar voice, the Chaos Phoenix, speak that he knew why exactly that was. "Do not take this personaly. Just causing some chaos for this battle, and in turn testing your skills." he looked to see Alba speaking to Tilorn as he attacked him with a grace that Shadow had seen very little of before. Shadow still thought he might die, Alba was clearly only waiting to finish him off for last. Tilorn on the other hand, he felt he might have had a slight chance with, though it would have been an obvious display of luck that he would, he still had a chance. Alba would practically eviscerate him. Shadow's movements were becoming more fluid now, as the after effects of Tilorn's spell were wearing off. He picked up his sword and as he did so, he thought about attacking Alba. Then he stopped in his tracks. It was dishonorable, he was still, technically speaking, a Samurai, and he could not attack somebody without them being fully aware of it. 'But they would be...' said a little voice in his head. '...as soon as your blade slides through their neck.' Shadow listened to these words and automatically raised his blade, then he shook his head and put it back to his side. He could not do it, no matter who the enemy was. He would rather die bravely than win a fight like a coward. The thoughts came unto him and a part of himself he thought he had killed had woke up.

Tilorn - October 1, 2006 05:55 PM (GMT)
Tilorn stopped pressing the attack. He was not sure but something made him think. Alba was going to make this intresting was he not? It clicked. He dived forward. It would have worked to had he not been to slow or had he not had two wings protruding from his back.

Shadow may not have cried out but he sure as hell did. The scyth had caught his wing. Had it been a normal blade it would have not done such damage but its razors point had pushed through the muscle of his wing, then as he dived torn a gapping wound from his left wing. He curled slightly in the air from the pain and landed in a roll.

He forced himself to his feet but the pain in his wing was like nothing he had ever felt before. Blood was streaming down his wing. Streaking the already red texture with crimson. He shuddered slightly then composed himself. He blinked away the pain but he knew that the blood leaking from his wing would really put a dent in his abilty to stay with the land of the upright. He waved his hand flat along the ground. Nothing happend. He growled. This time four spirits rose from the earth.

Each one was a member of the vilage he had slaughtered. They where his now. To comand. As they flittered into existance they moved to thier oponents. One to shadow and three to alba. Alba would probably destroy them but the vilage had more lost souls than tilorn would need in a life time. Besides it would do for now.

His wings folded together to prevent more blood loss but the pain was crippling. He would take it. For now. "your test will be a challenge but i will meet it" He managed. For now he would wait and see what his options where.

Alba Meria - October 4, 2006 02:28 PM (GMT)
Alba smirked as his attack cut through the wing of Tilorn, it was a pleaseing feeling for the Chaos Phoenix. To cause harm onto others was like second nature to him. Next Alba kept looking to where Tilorn had moved to. So this fallen angel was going to have some new beings fight for him? All Alba could think of this move was "Weakling" Alba liked warriors that did not need to call on help from other things. Then again, a spell was a spell in the end of things.

Making his grip tighter on his scythe a twisted smirk spread across the dark lips of Alba as he charged forward towards the dead bodies Tilorn had brough back. Coming closer to them the large Phoenix being ran his scythe through two of the spirts rather quickly before kicking the third in the back. Still the one that was kicked got to its feet leaving Alba to take out two more. The large Phoenix grinned and his eyes glowed a deep red as Alba went into a beserker state. Crimson lightning flowing up around the scythe in his hand, as well as his Longsword of Bloodshed that was now held tight in the left hand of Alba.

With these tools of destruction ready the beast charged once more. His scythe running through the neck of one of the undead instantly sending its sould back to the underworld. Next was the last of these beast Tilorn had made. Alba shot out a blast of dark mana from his scythe that in turn blasted the last undead in many different parts.

It was now time to go after Tilorn again. Alba turned to face him, still in a bereker state of course. His weapons now totaly covered in the lightning. The chaotic beast known as Alba then flew towards Tilorn. His scythe aiming for the fallen angels neck, while his Longsword of Bloodshed that was moving in a constant blur making it hard to see was headed for the torso section of Tilorn.
