The wind gently blew over the barren grasslands and onto the ancient tower. A creature was perched on the top of the tower, its wings behind its back. The creature had two horns and its red eyes illuminated the dark. The creature was none other than Amun, a man doomed to be a demon for all of eternity. His mind was empty for he was in a sort of trance and his body was stiff and rigid not moving at all in the wind. When the wind hit him it seemed to swirl around him then quickly disperse in all directions. Amun slowly closed his eyes and his hands clenched into fists. The trance was over and the doomed one was awaken again. He looked up at the sky, the deep, dark sky, and saw the stars glistening in the darkness. He had not seen a sight like this for many fortnights. Amun did not leave the perch but instead he stayed for the time being.
