Arda (OFFLINE) > Swamp of Shadows > Shadows of the Mind

Title: Shadows of the Mind

James Khana - March 9, 2005 07:49 PM (GMT)
James stood silently on a small patch of high ground, jutting out from the swamp's bog's like a small island, a refuge from the murky waters surrounding him. James leaned heavily on his staff, his squat dwarven frame looking odd next to the small rod of ebony. James le out a long, shuddering sigh. Serving the dark Lords was never simple.

If only he had more power. He had a kernal of black energies from which to grow in power and influence. And one day he would rule his own land, and have slaves at his armoured feet. James smiled, a smile of menace and one that would set your average creautre running. Still, there was no use hanging around. The sun had set, and soon he would call on the dead. He leaned on his staff.

Soon Arda would be his.

Jen Cerolinia - June 23, 2006 11:42 PM (GMT)
Jen watched the dwarf...unsure of what to do. She looked at him and he looked evil...which wasnt a problem for her. She wanted to be evil for a change. Jen could feel her own evilness and wandered what the dwarf was planning.
She was watching him from far away and then decided to approach the dwarf causiously.
"Hello, dwarf." Jen smiled and bowed to him slightly. "I couldn't help but notice that you were standing here. I'm sorry for intruding like this sir, but I was just walking by and I couldn't help but notice...more like feel an evil energy around you. I am right am i not?"
Jen was a little weary from traveling through the swamps. She hadnt been through this part of Arda before. The vampiress had always wandered what it was like around these parts. So she stood there looking at the dwarf. Jen could feel the evilness emitting from him.
Jen then looked away from the dwarf and said,"Do you need anything of me sir? I am not going anywhere particular...I was just passing by. I do not mind that you are evil."
The vampiress turned back to face the dwarf. Jen wandered what he would say next. Ever since her mother's death she had been nuetral in this world. Maybe that all would change.
