Title: Demon Shifting.
Description: [P] Sophia Deadheart [P]
Shuyin - July 30, 2006 06:04 PM (GMT)
Shuyin had set up a small camp site near the lake. He had been there a few days now and did not want to leave just yet, the demon within him seemed rather calm here and that what Shuyin liked about it. He was laying down on the grass near the lake, just a little away from his camp site. The birds were chirping within the trees above, everything seemed so calm. This however was all to end soon as the clouds above became darker and the rain began to fall down heavy onto the ground below.
Shuyin sighed then got back to his feet, he then moved back to his camp and went under a small shelter he had set up. Shuyin then said "Damn rain... why did it have to ruin a perfect day." Then a darker voice within Shuyins mind said to him "I agree.. all water is evil." Shuyin let out a small laugh then said out loud "Oh Ifrit shut up...." Thats when another sound was heard... like footsteps heading towards the camp.
Shuyin quickly got his two blade and took them from the holsters. He was now standing outside his shelter looking around to see where and what the sound was. Shuyin could not seen anything because of the trees but the steps were getting closer to him, also getting louder.
Sophia Deadheart - July 30, 2006 06:30 PM (GMT)
Sophia's ears twitched atop her head as she blinked her ruby-red eyes, narrowing them lazily as she brought her large, angelic-feathered wings to her sides even tighter. Then rain began to cry from the darkened clouds above, and Sophia's ears twitched again, apparently not liking the feel of the rain pounding on their insides.
The rain made her silky pelt stick up slightly, and her long legs made smooth strides as her small paws kissed the ground underneath. She would need to find shelter. And soon. Her long tail swayed behind her as she blinked again, glancing around.
There. She caught sight of a campsite, and she immediately began to head over to it, her legs moving gracefully underneath her as she ran over to it.
Her strides slowed as she neared it, and she lowered her head to the ground, letting her nose barely touch it, and her nostrils flared, allowing her to take in the scents of the area. There was someone here. However, the scent was being washed away and hidden by the rain, so that was all Sophia could distinguish. Sneezing softly, Sophia raised her head and shook it irritably before glancing around, trying to find who it was that stayed here.
Shuyin - July 30, 2006 06:46 PM (GMT)
Shuyin then heard something Sneeze within the camp. He then looked around and seen a rather large fox within the camp. Its fur was beautiful, as was its wings. Now Shuyin was usualy the type to travel alone but he could never leave an animal alone in this weather. He then drew closer to the fox and placed his blades back into his holsters. Slowly getting closer to the winged fox Shuyin said "Hey there... you want to come get some shelter? Maybe some food as well." He then smiled at the fox but did not try to pet it yet incase it thought Shuyin was an enemy.
He then smiled again towards her and stood up leading the way back to the shelter hoping the fox would follow. Once getting to the shelter Shuyin picked up his Journal and looked through the pages. He had been on many travels.. and in many many battles. Luckily for him when things got out of hand his other half, Ifrit, a large fire demon would take over.
Shuyin let out another large sigh as the winds and rain began to get stronger and heavier. This was turning out to be a very bad indeed. He placed his blades softly down on the ground as he looked around to see if the winged fox had followed him back.

Sophia suddenly looked over to where Shuyin was, and she narrowed her eyes somewhat accusingly at him, taking a step back away from him. Her fur was beginning to hang down slightly, thanks to the heavy downpour of rain, and she shook her body, trying to get her pelt unwet. However, it was a stupid thing to do, as it got wet once again right after she shook it.
Watching him as he turned and began to walk off, Sophia pondered whether to follow him quickly and quietly. Paws then stepped, and she found herself following after him. Ah well. Shelter wouldn't hurt. She could left afterward, anyway.
Once underneath the shelter, Sophia took the liberty upon herself to dry off her fur. So, pinning her ears back atop her head, she then closed her eyes before shaking her body furiously, water flying in all directions as it flew from her pelt. After a couple seconds, Sophia stopped and snorted, reclining back upon her hind legs and stretching out one of her wings. She then lowered her head and began to groom it, paying no mind to the human any longer.
Shuyin - July 30, 2006 07:35 PM (GMT)
Shuyin seen the winged fox come into the shelter he had made and then begin to shake, as she did this Shuyin let out a laugh as he was once again covered in water. Before it had began to rain Shuyin had made some food that was still warm. He then placed the food infront of the fox as he said "You can eat as much of that as you want ok." Still he did not pet incase he was attacked.
Shuyin had placed some food onto his plate also so began to eat, he then said "With luck this rain will pass by soon enough. I have not been able to control the rain... and im not sure if i evr will." He then looked back at the fox with a smile. Shuyin then formed a fireball in his hand after saying well.. "Fireball" It was only a small fireball and Shuyin started a small fire for them both with it. His eyes once again upon the fox as he said "Now what would a beautiful fox like you be doing out here alone then huh."
Sophia Deadheart - August 8, 2006 02:34 AM (GMT)
One of Sophia's ears twitched as the human spoke again, and she wanted to scowl, but foxes weren't exactly able to do that. Instead, she snorted again, this time roughly enough to mess up one of the feathers on her wings, and she pinned her ears back irritably. Darnit.
Looking at him, Sophia listened to his words, her wing twitching before she bent it back to her side, not even bothering to groom her fur anymore. She watched the boy with ruby-red eyes as he palced food before her, and she eyed it. Spotting some fruit, Sophia immediately bowed her head, snatching up a bite of the apple, and she ate it contentedly, her eyes narrowing to where they were just slits.
Her eyes widened again as he made a fireball appear out of nowhere by just stating its name, and she watched it with awe as he started a fire with it. Lowering her head to the food, Sophia ate the rest of the apple, and she gulped it before laying down, laying her head down on her right paw. Her eyes stared into the endless pit of the alive fire, again, not paying much attention to the boy.
