Mike had been searching for a town for a few hours. He was exausted. He had almost no energy at all left. He finally stop walking and sat down on the sand by the water. After a few minutes of staring into the clear, crisp water, he decided to lie down and try to get some sleep. After all, where else could he sleep? He stared off into the sky before he started to drift off to sleep. Just as he was starting to fall asleep, he heard a loud bang. He sat up quick and looked around.

Mike: Who's there!?

Dayne - July 26, 2006 09:35 AM (GMT)
Flying silently over the water of the eastern coast, Dayne noticed a figure lying on the sand, seemingly asleep. This was of no interest to the archangel as she flew high over him, but when she noticed another figure crossing the rooftops of the small town that backed onto the sand, she slowed.
Yes, he looked like the one.
Dayne pulled her longbow off her back, nocking an arrow to it faster then any human. She drew it back to just under her chin and released it in one smooth movement, nocking another arrow just incase she missed. Her aim was true however and the dark shaft whistled through the air, slamming into the figures back, peircing his heart in mid-jump.
He fell quickly and slammed into the dustbins in the alley below. Dayne then noticed the man lying on the beach below had sat up suddenly and was looking around in surprise.
The girl held still in the air, hoping she wouldn't be noticed, but she was much lower then she would of liked, and the chances of her white dress and wings against the blue of the sky being missed were close to none.

Mike was standing up now. He knew someone was there. He drew his longsword and was ready to fight, if he had to. He turned around, and saw someone in the air. He had never see her before. Not only was she a stranger to him, but she had her longbow in her hands.

Mike: Who are you?

Dayne - July 28, 2006 11:53 AM (GMT)
Something in the mans defiant stance made Dayne hesitate, an arrow already drawn back to her cheek. What was she shooting him for? He had nothing to do with her.
Loosening her grip on the bow, she nevertheless kept it half drawn, just incase the man attacked. Slowly, the archangel sank to the ground, her feet landing lightly on the sand.
She was still far enough away to be able to get a shot in if the man charged and she watched him with a careful eye.
'A better question may be who are you?' Dayne replied calmly, watching the mans every move.
