Mith Rah - July 22, 2006 03:35 PM (GMT)
He glanced all around, but there was nothing but a never ending horizon of sand, with a swirl of heat where the sky met ground. Mith clenched the ground, feeling ths sand sift through his fingers. It only took seconds for his hands to become empty again.

Then, the man looked up into the sky, closing his eyelids just a bit, so he could stare to the sun. It shined brilliantly in comparison to the rest of the sky, and was easy to find. Not that he wanted to find it. As of now, Mith wished more than anythign that the source of heat be covered, or rid of, allowing him more suitable conditions to travel.

He was kneeling in the sand, allowing the heat to sear his knees, but it had the same affect on his whole body no matter what. Mith Rah stood up, and looked behind him, noticing his footprints. The sand had begun to cave in on them though, making it hard to locate. "There is no turning back." he thought to himself.

The thought enraged him, bringing out thoughts and feelings that he had hoped were stored far away, in the back of his mind. They were overwhelming, as they always were, and the feeling began to grow, energy bursting throughout his body.

"A time better than ever..." Mith muttered, giving in to the temptation and possibility of what was to come. At that moment, he ignored the heat, the situation, and everything that he had just despised. His vision blurred, noise was muted, and he lost all feeling.

When the moment passed, the man observed himself, expecting a blast from the past. And it was, for he was no longer human.

mad eye walked through the desert following the man trying to see what he was up to. then the man looked into the sun. "That's odd." though mad eye, "No one can really look into the sun without getting their eyes hurt. he then stopped and mad eye walked up to him waiting for him to turn around and notice that he was followed by a half dragon.

The sand below Mith began to shift, and the unbalance caught his attention. He turned around, still dazed from his transformation. He did not think of preparing to defend himself, however, because his mind was still clouded. It would take time for him to get used to his new curse.

But, Mith was relieved when he saw that the person behind him was not attempting to strike. At least, that was what he thought before he saw that it was a half-dragon. He jumped up, with little energy, and slumped into a position taht came natural to him, caring little for what was going on, if he even understood.

Now that his whole body was exposed, his demon form became more apparent. He was slightly taller, darker skinned, and the greatest change wa shis face. Now, it resembled so,ething of a hawk, his eyes a dark black. White paint was rubbed all over his body, in lines, placed there by the spirits which brought out the demon.

"What.....?" Mith said in a deep and gazed voice.

Mad_eye - July 28, 2006 05:47 AM (GMT)
Mad eye saw the person get up asnd turn around and faced him. "What the...." said mad eye under his breath. he then slowly walked forward and said the the person, "My name is mad eye, I was just wondering how someone could look straight into the sun without being in pain. if you don't mind me asking, what type of species are you?"
