Title: Under a full moon

Spyro - July 8, 2006 01:07 PM (GMT)
Spyro glaned up, a full moon hung in the sky, perfect. He looked around, surely this would be a place where werewolves thrived, the more the merrier, instead there hadn't been any for an hour, Spyro was on the brink on giving up.
"Don't tell me I scared the mutts away" he muttered "I'm not that powerful surely"
He walked through the dead plains whistling to himself with his sword slung over his back, the silver hilt glowing in the moonlight. Spyro stopped and his whislting quietend to a halt and he looked about, nothing moved. He sniffed slightly, the air wreaked of dead and rotting flesh.
"Reminds me of aunt's cooking" he muttered "don't tell me she's coming back from the dead, please"
He turned back around and walked on, an arm partially poking out of the ground twitched slightly, then began to pul itself out of the groun like a boney maggot and began crawling towards Spyro, it snuck up behind him, raised itself up and lunged, but was blasted back by a a small blast of fire from Spyro's finger, it lay on the ground writhing as the little flesh on it began burning.
"Don't try sneaking up on someone who does the sneaking up wormy" he said taking his sword off his shoulder "got any more little friends"
On que the arms owner broke from the groudn snarling, only one eyeball was intact and flesh hung loosely from its rib cage.
"This little bloke one of yours? You need to keep more control over your limbs" Spyro said.
The zombie leapt at him onyl to land on the ground as Spyro kicked off unfolding a pair of black wings.
"You missed!" he called down.
The zombie leapt up in a vain attemtp to get at Spyro. Spyro lit a fieball in his hand and smiled, then thrust it forewards usinag an attack like a giant flame thrower completely engulfing the zombie, it screamed flailing about randomly trying to get rid of the fire.
"Easy come easy go" Spyro said landing back on the ground.
Suddenly several more zombies broke out of the ground glaring at Spyro.
"I was right" Spyro muttered "that does smll like my aunt's cooking, hey guys, care to lose a limb or four?"
Spyro smiled gripping his sword in both hands.
"Come and get it, or are my good looks scaring you away?"
The zombies charged at him all at once, clearing proving Spyro's looks didn't scare them.
"Have it your way then"
Spyro leapt into the air sheathing hs sword and forming a massive fireball in both hands above his head.
"Catch"
He threw it downwards blasting half the zombies to pieces. Spyro lande again drawing his sword.

"Who's next?"

Darkfire - July 8, 2006 02:55 PM (GMT)
"Well if it isn't Spyro...who'd've thought I'd find someone like you here?" a dark, almost growling voice called out from behind him, having earlier been simply watching from a place in slight seclusion, though it wasn't so much that he couldn't have been seen there as wasn't very noticeable, at least until now, since he'd spoken and was out in the open.

Growling slightly, glancing over to his side, however, he leaned back, avoiding a swipe at him by...well, someone that didn't seem to look much into hygiene. The man was wearing a dirty and torn white shirt, as with his black pants, a look of rage in his eyes. As for Darkfire himself, he had blood-red eyes, bright red, bristly fur except for the patches of white, and blue pants, his hands unconcernedly in his pockets as they often were.

"Looks like someone else wants in...well, the more the merrier, I suppose," he said, chuckling softly as he easily avoided another reckless lunge from the man, spinning quickly and landing a kick hard on the side of his head, sending him to the ground, not once moving his hands from his pockets.
