Title: Suggestions Re-Opened

I have read through every topic in the Suggestions forum, replied to those that I felt needed one, and closed all old topics or topics that I have addressed as far as I will. I have added some new rules for the forum that are visible in red while in the forum, and it is now re-opened for new suggestions. Please try not to flood it with too many suggestions, I am only one person. :D

Update - I have moved the suggestions forum into the section with the shops, member requests, and applications. It seems to fit better there :unsure:

Loth, if I may ask a favor.
Do you think you could give us some sort of...guideline as to posting replies and topics in the suggestion forum? What to stay away from, how much you want ideas fleshed out before being posted, that kind of thing. It might help cut down on spamming.
Yes, I know I spam too, and I'm doing my best to cut down on it. (I've wanted the suggestions forum reopened for some time, and don't want to loose it :p ) Just trying to think of good ideas here.

moving it was probably a good idea-- it makes the category definitely accessible compared to where it was previously, relatively hidden. ^_^
