Title: hiding until lost souls return (Open to everyone)
Description: open to those who are in the lost souls

Greed - May 19, 2006 06:07 PM (GMT)
Greed walked around the island as he looked for diffrent animals he can kill and in search for his team. he then walked into a small group of birds that he thought were harmless. But then they attacked and tried to bite him on the neck. so he withdrew his sword trying to block the attacks. then he started to slash each one by one. When he finished, there was a big pile of birds and blood was spilling out of all of them. he took his cloak off and sqeezed the blood out when he saw someone.

Sloth - May 21, 2006 12:04 AM (GMT)
Sloth was on the shoreline, laying against one of the trees as he watched the clouds drift sluggishly by. He sighed and waited, until he heard the sound of another person. Perhaps it was one of his friends. Oh well, he was too comfortable here anyway to find him.

Greed - May 21, 2006 04:01 PM (GMT)
With his body covered with blood and feathers, greed walked over to the person that was at the shoreline. when he got closer, he saw that it was sloth. "Hey sloth, were is everybody? I thought that we had a meeting going on at this island. Because while i waited, i was attacked by killer birds." he then put his sword away and walked over nearer to sloth.

Wrath - May 22, 2006 12:28 AM (GMT)
Wrath appeared from the trees a malicious grin curved her lips and distorted her pretty little face.

"Oh dear, did poor Greed get attacked by little birdy's?" she laughed sardonically. "Sloth too lazy to help? Well, nothing new there."

She glided silently over to where Sloth leaned against the tree and looked around the island.

Envy - May 22, 2006 02:35 AM (GMT)
Envy let out a huge roar of a laugh as he watched greed fight the birds. he was in his demon form so the laugh was extremely loud. he then overheard wrath's comment. he then let out another roar of a laugh. he walked over to meat the group of the lost souls."Wrath was right you almost got beaten by little birdys HAHAHA!" envy bellowed.

Sloth - May 22, 2006 11:33 AM (GMT)
Sloth smiled amusedly, and said,

"Surely you could have left a few for us, Greed? Or did you try to take them all on yourself?"

Turning to the others, and looking at them with his steel-gray eyes, he realized how long it had been since they had last gathered like this. He then said,

"Good to see you all. I see we're not all here yet, but I'm sure the others will arrive soon."

Wrath - May 22, 2006 12:01 PM (GMT)
Wrath rolled her eyes at Sloth.

"I'll personally see to their deaths if they don't." she muttered darkly.

She turned her gaze on Envy and looked him up and down.

"Well, look what the cat dragged in." she grinned wickedly. "Though it may be a more appropriate greeting for Greed here."

She gave Greed a disgusted look and smirked at the feathers and blood that covered him still.

Greed - May 22, 2006 05:08 PM (GMT)
Greed then remembered that he was still covered in blood and feathers, "I'm sure that there still a few out there that are afriad of me right now. " he said. he went into the water and cleaned himself off.

Sloth - May 23, 2006 11:23 AM (GMT)
Sloth smiled. He said with a tone of advice to Greed,

"People do not fear you, greed, but rather, what they may lose in the process of you satisfying yourself. People rarely truly fear another. Most often, they fear what may be lost because of that person or thing."

Wrath - May 23, 2006 11:41 AM (GMT)
Wrath laughed coldly at Greed and turned her mocking gaze on Sloth.

"Where those wise words from Sloth? I am shocked and surprised your mind actually took the time to think up such a thing and manage to communicate it out to the world." she smirked. "And to actually turn it into an insult at the same time. Did it hurt? I can see the steam coming from your ears already. You must have been working overtime for that one."

A smile lingered at her lips, but her gaze was cold and held no warmth at all.

Sloth - May 23, 2006 11:48 AM (GMT)
Sloth runed to wrath, and answered coldly yet patiently,

"Actually, Wrath, I just didn't want to have to bother dealing with correcting him in the future, so I did it now, nipping it in the bud. the longer a spring is wound silently, the greater the stroke. I prefer to relax, but that doesn't make me incompetent, as you will see soon enough. It was merely advice to all of us, even myself, that people do not fear evil. They fear what evil does. That's why we must be ruthless, and not merely prattle about how intimidating we are."

Wrath - May 23, 2006 11:58 AM (GMT)
Wrath stared at him coldly.

"Don't put words into my mouth." she snapped. "I did not say you were incompetant, I merely pointed out that you were lazy!"

She turned her back on him and took a few steps away from them. Anger seethed through her body like fire and she paced back and forth to cool down. She wasn't about to let her wrath out now. She needed to stay calm, which was a hard thing to do. She was too easily set off. Anything and everything tended to get at her these days.

After a while she dissapeared into the trees to find some place better to calm down. Somewhere where she could cool the dark storm that threatened to break through and harm all those around her. Not physically as such but emotionally, she had a sharp tounge and needed to learn how to curb it before it got her into trouble.

Sloth - May 23, 2006 12:03 PM (GMT)
Sloth got up and followed her through the woods. Leaning against a tree, he smiled and said,

"Forgive me, Wrath. It's easy to take a statement by a Sin the wrong way, for obvious reasons. If we want to corrupt Arda, we have to work together. What do you say we stop bickering, huh?"

Wrath - May 23, 2006 12:13 PM (GMT)
Wrath turned on Sloth as he followed her. Her eyes looked him up and down in bitter contempt. She couldn't help the quick anger that sprang out of nowhere and she wrenched her gaze away and took a deep breath to choke back the fierce retort that sprang to her lips involuntarily. After a few minutes she felt cool enough to look at him once more. The fire in her eyes only a dim flicker.

"You actually followed me? Now that was the last thing I was expecting." she replied with a wicked grin. "And your right. I let my tounge run away with me and I will do my best to keep it in check from now on."

His whole casual, calm, and relaxed demeanor set her on edge a little but it also made her feel less threatened so she was able to calm down.

And yet every other Sin also seemed to set off her anger with small things such as that and so she would have to learn to put up with it once again.

Sloth - May 23, 2006 12:17 PM (GMT)
Sloth continued to speak gently as he leaned against the tree.

"Ironic how it is the ones who share most of our traits and veiws that annoy us the most. We are all seeking the destruction of Arda, not each other. Come on, let's head back."

Wrath - May 23, 2006 12:27 PM (GMT)
Wrath nodded silently and walked over to where Sloth stood She then turned her head towards him and gave him an annoyed look.

"Why do you have to make sense?" she asked and then proceeded to walk past him back to the others.

They had gone a little further than she had expected, as she brushed passed trees back along the path both she and Sloth had made walking into the woods.

Sloth - May 23, 2006 02:38 PM (GMT)
Sloth smiled as they went back. He was looking forward to the upcoming unity of all of the Sins. If he could just get them all to work Together, then perhaps there would be hope for their goal to be accomplished.

These thoughts rang through his head as they walked back. Finally, they reached the shoreline again, where the others were.

Greed - May 23, 2006 06:41 PM (GMT)
"Ok. now that thats settled, let's get to buisness. I am mostly wondering how we're going to get more people to get into our alliance. and on the other hand, trying to remain undercover until we have enough in our group." said greed with the look in his eyes and the smile that says he wants to get a lot of people in the group so that he can makes that arda was in the lost souls hands. "What should our plans be, we don't want to make ourselfs really now until we have alot of people."

Sloth - May 24, 2006 11:06 AM (GMT)
Sloth replied lazily,

" I think that our time should be spent on building up our power at the moment. If we stand together, we alone can do great things. Then, once our strength is great, we will find allies, and crush those who oppose us."

Wrath - May 24, 2006 09:43 PM (GMT)
Wrath paces along the shore and nods her silent agreement.

"And are we to stay here until you have decided we are strong enough?" she asked with a hint of sharpness.

She kept on pacing.

Greed - May 24, 2006 09:54 PM (GMT)
"OK, i can see that point, but would we need more recruitments? like say, more people that will come into our gang of sins?" ssaid greed. he got up and started to look into the forest. only seeing a faint movement and seeing that it was a bear coming towards them. "Heads up, a group of bears are coming this way, and it doesn't look like they're very happy that we're here."

Sloth - May 25, 2006 05:36 PM (GMT)
Sloth stood up and smiled. He made a strange hand sign, and summoned a Stronger Shadow, floating in the air next to Sloth, crackling with Dark Energy. Sloth then said,

"The shadow is immune to physical attacks, so these bears will pose no threat."

Sloth motioned, and the shadow flew away after the bears, attacking them with dark energy. The bears swatted and swung, but to no avail. Soon, all that remained of the bears was their corpses, badly damaged from the shadow's attack. Sloth then dismissed the shadow, returning it to the darkness from whence it came.

Sloth then made another symbol, and cast a spell of Animation, causing the dead bear's corpses to rise of Undead. As the two undead bears walked next to Sloth, he smiled and said,

"Soon, all of Arda will fall before the might of the seven sins, even as Arda has fallen."

Wrath - May 26, 2006 09:38 AM (GMT)
Wrath watched as Sloth took control and killed the bears with the Shadow, only in the slightest impressed.

"Hmm... we don't need to see such tricks." she scoffed coldly. "We need to learn them. So stop with the antics and please get to the point of this meeting. How long are we to stay here? And where are the others?"

Her eyes flashed dangerously as she halted her pacing.

Khan Delnoch - June 4, 2006 07:36 PM (GMT)
Khan stumbled through the tree's, knocking aside animals and foliage to reach the meeting place. He had received a message telling him to find the so called "Lost Souls" and having nothing better to do had followed it up.
Ducking as a flock of birds flew off past him in a strangly direct route he blundered on, wondering about the groups motives, and most importantly the prize. A wide grin appeared on his face as he pictured gold, weapons and even corpses.
He stumbled over the remains of a bear and froze. Turning his head slowly to the sounds of talking he saw four figures, of them seemingly undisturbed by the Corpses. It seemed doubtful that they hadnt noticed so only one choice was left. They had caused it.
And they stood in the meeting place
With this new revelation he walked towards them, ready to find out what this new group could do with his strength...

Wrath - June 5, 2006 12:39 PM (GMT)
Wrath turned on the intruder, anger flaring in her like a fire.

"Who are you?" she demanded in clear icy tones.

She halted her pacing and watched him with a dangerous glint in her eyes.

Khan Delnoch - June 5, 2006 01:03 PM (GMT)
"Quiet child, I was asked here and I will only answer to them"

He turned to glare at the small being only to to find them glaring back, unperturbed by his size. He suddenly felt scared and unsure.

"..Er..I...found a letter...told to meet here"

Wrath - June 5, 2006 10:51 PM (GMT)
Wrath had to hold back a malicious laugh at his uncertainty but her fury at what he had called her overrode this amusement.

"I am not a child!" she growled, her eyes studying the intruder up and down with scorn. "I am Wrath! Who are you?"

Her lips curved into cruel smile and she looked nothing like a child anymore, her eyes far too intelligent, her smile too cold and full of wrath.

"Sloth, did you invite this brute?" she asked darkly, after a moment of tense silence.

Sloth - June 5, 2006 11:01 PM (GMT)
Sloth smiled, and hopped onto the back of one of the undead bears, and said, "Of course I did. If I wouldn't have, he would have been dead before he could have said a word." His steel-gray eyes flicked over to Khan, then back to Wrath. "Every 1000-man army begins with one soldier. And a strong soldier he will be." At this point, Sloth began to look Khan over, riding in circles around him.

He slid off of his undead mount, and removed the spell that was animating them, leaving two crumbling bear corpses lying in the sand. "So, Khan, what is your purpose in wanting to join us? It will be tough, but we can lead you to power unimaginable. Are you willing to go through any trial for the advancement of evil?"

Wrath - June 5, 2006 11:07 PM (GMT)
Wrath listened to Sloth.

"Great! Another unintelligent brute to add to the ranks." she smirked, indicating Envy and Greed as well as Khan. "You'll all get along just fine, really. You can all go fight over some raw meat over there or something. Find out who has the bigger muscles."

She was being sarcastic but she didn't care. She just stood there, watching as Sloth inspected this new edition.

Khan Delnoch - June 6, 2006 08:42 AM (GMT)
Khan shook off his initial confusion and felt anger replace it. Who were these people? And why did they fill him with dread, he who had destroyed bandit emcampments alone, he who challenged the ogres of lore in sheer power. He cast his eyes between each of the members, wavering again on the strangely malevolent creature. Each member seemed powerful, but somehow flawed. To quick to anger, too fast to claim more than what they earn. It was strange, but Khan felt right at home. Nonetheless if he was to join he would need to prove himself brave.

"I am not here for power, I am not here for alligences. I came here for one reason only. You needed a fighter, you found me"

He looked at the other two hulking creatures and grinned, unimpressed. Toying with the idea of challenging them both he quickly decided it to be a bad idea. They seemed to be on par in power with the other two, and he had no qualms with them yet.

"Whatever I need to do to join you I will, but I am no man's slave, no womans lap-dog"

Sloth - June 6, 2006 08:53 PM (GMT)
Sloth smiled. "So you claim to be hare only as a fighter, then? Well, let's see what you have, then. Prove your prowess. There is no turning back." Sloth nodded to the others to make sure he didn't leave, while at the same time drawing a blade-tipped flail, a metal whip with sharp ends.

Sloth stood lazily, waiting for the ogre to make a move. Sloth's relaxed stance was almost tauntingly loose, as if daring the ogre to move. Sloth's steel-gray eyes stared unblinking at the ogre, with an inhuman stillness. But then, Sloth was not human. Sloth was one of the Seven Deadly Sins, powerful and ancient Demons.

Wrath - June 6, 2006 09:31 PM (GMT)
Wrath would have loved to chop off the brute's head for his little remark but held back as Sloth would most likely scold her afterwards in his damn calming manner. Instead she watched as he challenged Khan, a small malicious grin curving her lips, secretly hoping he would kill the hulking mass of blood and bone with its stupid brain.

Vaul Felinate - June 7, 2006 02:28 AM (GMT)
"Toying with mortals? Is that really a job for the likes of the Seven Sins? I thought you were above such trivial conflicts... well... all of you barring Wrath." The Knight shot a dark grin towards the petite figure of Wrath. "After all, surely it is a prerequisite of Wrath TO be concerned with such conflicts."

Vaul strode into the clearing, spear in hand. Gazing round at the other Sins, he could feel the desires that fueled his very existance magnified ten times within him... and he loved it.

"I was told that I could find a place to perfect and utalise my skills here... was I mislead? Are you the Sins I have heard so much about... the Sins that mortals know to fear? Or are you merely upstarts vying for power within this wartorn world?"

Sloth - June 7, 2006 02:33 AM (GMT)
Sloth smiled, and turned to the newcomer, while nnot letting his gaurd down, and said to Vaul, "Welcome, mortal. Indeed, we are the Sins whom Arda has come to fear. I myself am Sloth. Feel free to watch our little match, as long as you don't interfere."

Vaul Felinate - June 7, 2006 02:48 AM (GMT)
"I would not dream of it. I will wait my turn to prove myself."

The dark knight stepped back and seated himself upon a flat rock behind him. This would be something to watch... now he would see if the Sins were everything he had heard... and hoped they were.
Vaul sat patiently upon the rock; not moving, not flinching, barely breathing and most of all...never removing his gaze from Wrath.

Wrath - June 7, 2006 03:23 AM (GMT)
Wrath glared at the stranger, anger flowing through her body like fire. Her eyes were dark and glittering with cold fury as she watched him. His gaze upon her adding to the wrath building inside her and she walked silently over to where he had seated himself. She bent down to his ear, her breath skimming down the back of his neck, her hair brushing his cheek, her whole body merely milimetres from his.

"You are lucky Sloth seems to care somewhat for your kind or else you would not be sitting here so arrogantly right now." she hissed dangerously. "Let me make myself clear, you are nothing to me mortal. I would not think twice about taking your insignificant life, as mine was taken from me."

Her tone was serious and flickered with malice.

Vaul Felinate - June 7, 2006 03:37 AM (GMT)
"I would say there is no need for tempers... but present company accounted for I'd say the point was rather redundant." Vaul sat quite still, unconcerned that his very life could be hanging by a fine thread. "But do not misunderstand me... I do not seek to anger you, when I look around at the Sins I am filled with emotions more powerful than I have ever felt before... as if their very presence was magnified... except with you. When I look at you I am filled with the same raw emotion that I have felt all my life... a deep coursing fury, the same fury that drives me to be the best."

Vaul shifted himself in his seat and looked directly into the eyes of Wrath, unflinching and not blinking. "Do not ask me how... or why... those are questions for the Gods themselves to answer... but since birth I have felt the same anger, fury and... well... wrath that you personify so well. I have fought to control it all my life... now I wish to unleash it upon the world!"

Wrath - June 7, 2006 03:48 AM (GMT)
Wrath hated calm. It drove her insane. She prefered to see emotion, something with power in it, something real. But this mortal was calm, just as Sloth was calm. Her eyes danced with a wild fury as she stared back at him and she would have killed him but for his words.

"You speak so calmly for one who has bottled up his rage his whole life." she replied. "If you really feel such wrath as I am, then do not hold back. Show me."

It was a challenge. A dark and dangerous challenge, for once unleashed fury is hard to contain.

Vaul Felinate - June 7, 2006 04:13 AM (GMT)
It was impossibe to determine whether it should have been timed in eons or milliseconds... but in an impossible instant, Vaul had looked up at the morning sky, uttered something so quiet that only he could hear, then lept from the stone and thrust his spear towards the sultry figure of Wrath.

There is a place within the soul... hidden from the guiding lights of conciousness and rationality... deep within the recesses of the primal form. There exists a bond... a link to every soul that had ever existed in creation... and within that link there lay emotion in its purest form.
Vaul knew that Sins were the embodiment of these emotions... the source of the link. There are few who knew of this link and even less who could take advantage it. But Vaul had long ago broken the bindings that chained his soul to this reality.

In that instant, Vaul had dug deep within himself and grasped that which he knew would keep him alive... Anger, Wrath, Fury in all its unbridled glory.

Deep within the ether of the Gods... they heard the quiet whisper...
"I cannot die!"

Wrath - June 7, 2006 05:19 AM (GMT)
Wrath moved, flickering from the physical. She returned to her spirit form as she watched him call forth all the pent up wrath he had held inside him and felt it ring true with her own. He came towards her, quick and lethal but he would find nothing for which his spear could connect with. It slid through her and she moved aside.

She kept her own fury under control, but it growled within her, wanting to escape and be free to match that of the mortal's before her. Her eyes flashed with it and her body moved like that of a predator, circling the man, watching him. Testing him. She felt the tug of his fury but would not let herself be drawn, although it was tempting.

She stayed silent, waiting to see if he could control it.
