Title: Mining

Dwarf_Warrior - June 16, 2004 05:29 PM (GMT)
Dwarves were mining all around her but Brevitas, or Dwarf as she lked to be called, would have nothing to do with it. She was a warrior not some common worker and she liked people to remember that. She walked arounf the dwarven city, axe on her back. She wanted to go out and kill something but was waiting for some warrior who was suppose to arive. Waiting bored her. She didn't need some outsider in the city. Still, orders were orders so she waited.

Lowri - June 17, 2004 12:05 AM (GMT)
Lowri survived the area around her as she walked into the dwarven city. Why would they have need of an outsider warrior? Well Lowri didn't know just like she didn't know why they had chosen her. Though she got a few odd looks, her masterwork chakram received more than a few approving looks. Oh well, Lowri thought with a slight shrug. They would have thought her even crazier if she had dressed in a skirt or a dress. But she hadn’t, she had dressed accordingly. She wore her durable leather boots and dark brown leather pants. Her long sleeved shirt, a cream brown color, wasn’t made of leather... That’d just be odd. It looked to be either linen or cotton. Hanging from the belt around her waist was her long sword. She loosely held her chakram in her right hand, her left resting casually on the hilt of her sword.

Dwarf saw the woman walk in. The weapons basically screamed warrior so she walked over to her. She sighed, this was going to be a long day. "Hello, I am Brevitus. Assuming you are the warrior they asked to come help, I am suppose to show you to where they are waiting. If you are not, I should probably kill you. Beware of open hostility from the dwarves, they don't like outsiders much. Neither do I for that matter so don't get all friendly. Now, are you the warrior or not?"

Lowri - June 20, 2004 04:33 PM (GMT)
"I am," she replied while looking down at the dwarf. "I don't care whether you like me or not, I'm just here to get what the job is done and then I'm leaving." She looked around her once more before returning her gaze to Dwarf.

"I'm Lowri and you should be thankful they took my advice. They were about to send an elf down here."

Dwarf_Warrior - June 20, 2004 05:05 PM (GMT)
"Damn. What has gotten into the king? First he decides to bring an outsider then I find out they considered an elf!? I think I'd better have a talk with him." Dwarf continued to mumble to herself as she led Lowri through the halls and to the door that led to the King's chamber. A dwarf stood at the door. "State your name and buisness." "Dwarf and I bring the outsider." "You know the rules Dwarf, you have to give your real name." She sighed angrily. "Brevitas Coarto." The dwarf opened the door and Dwarf and Lowri walked in, greeted by a very young looking dwarf, the king.

(try to think up a reason for being there or yell at me and I can edit one in.)

Lowri - July 1, 2004 02:42 PM (GMT)
Lowri followed after Dwarf, not really listening to her and not really paying much attention to the area and people around her. She was more interested in her thoughts at the moment though she was roughly pulled from them as they approached the guard. She listened absently, not saying anything and then followed Dwarf through the doors to the throne room and the king. How interesting, she though as she studied him quickly for a moment. He looks young.

“Your majesty,” she preformed a polite bow.
