Zae glanced skyward, and marvelled in it. It was like being at the edge of the astral plane, but not quite. This was the material plane, her personal favorite plane to study. It wasn't quite the Elemental plane of water, but it was close enough. Especially this lake, with it's mirror like surface. The elemental plane reflected all types of water, and she lived near the center of it's storms. Certainly that came within the elemental plane of wind, but the sea created it's own storms. The beauty of a storm and how it casted lightning to the ground was incredible, but she didn't have time. Her mission on Arda was clear.

Zae crossed her legs as she lounged in the oak. The lake wasn't too far from her, perhaps ten feet. Today she was garbed in a simple blue woolen dress. This showed her ankles, and that was a guilty pleasure. The elders would never have allowed a scholar to walk around like this! It even showed a little bosom, and that made her, if anything else, a little nervous. But she didn't show this, and as she leapt from the tree with a smile, she had to say it.

"I'm free...I can wear what I want, when I want, and I can even do something other than study!" Zae screamed. A couple birds darted from their trees as the high pitched voice pierced through the forest.

Akio comes to visit the calm waters and notice some was there. He wondered if he should talk to her or leave her a lone.he just decided to sit beside her to see what she would do.

Zae glanced to him, an uncanny fire of curiosity in her eyes. An elf, that's right. She had wanted to meet one, and soon. It looks like she had succeeded! The extra-planar being's ears twitched with pleasure, and she turned her head to him, with a smile.

"Unless I'm mistaken, you my silent friend are an elf." Zae said. Through her smile, razor sharp teeth became apparant, and a pair of canines turned fangs were the most obvious. Zae's gills opened slightly as she stood up and walked to the water's edge. She could see a couple fish playing just below the surface, and she licked her lips slightly. Little finned things like herself were the only things to eat. She kneeled down next to the water, and watched the tiny little minnows flit away from her.

"So, elf, what's your purpose here?" She asked.

all of a sudden a bat came flying out of no where followed by two eagles. then there was a bright purple flash and adrion stood up with the eagles on his shoulders. "I'm sure he's here to cast out all of the evil ma'am." said adrion as he walked forward and bowed. "Exactly what is your purpose here?" he asked in curiosty

Shelurath flew over the lake in her human form but with slitted pupils and black dragon wings unfolded from her back. She used the powerful muscles in her wings to fly high above the lake, she was almost at the clouds. She looked down and saw 3 figures down on the lake shores, from what she could see one appeared to be vampireish, as he had just transformeed from a bat, to vampire, but she could only guess at the other two. She folded her wings behind her back and made herself as straight as possible. She flew down to the ground at a blinding speed, she unfolded her wings and used them as a parachute, she glided above the small group and settlet out of sight, hidden in the bushes. She pulled out her staff just incase anything happened.
"Now" she said "let's see what we can find here, I wonder if any of them know where I can find Shalura"
