Title: A Fitfull Storm Of Lullaby
Description: Anyone Welcome

Phedre - May 29, 2004 09:12 PM (GMT)
Phedre sat on a rock in the shallow pools of the water, letting the coolness of its depths massage her strained and exhausted muscles. The water splashed and rippled at her midsection, the tips of her loose, midnight black hair damp with the effects of it.

Her weapons lay hidden on the shore nearby along with her black velvet cloak and her leather boots. The air was humid and damp, a heavy rain was to occur soon. The heaviness of the air dulled the sounds, making the sounds around her muffled and unclear.

Mazzer - May 30, 2004 05:39 PM (GMT)
Mazzer had been following this storm for hours, hoping it would come near a small village. The Guardian of Lightning often chases storms, and makes them seem more powerful by making more lightning strike. Mazzer came up upon a pool of water, and noticed a woman was in it.
"You know, it isn't wise to be in water, during this kind of weather. You never know when lightning might strike." He said, dragging his sword inches above the water, making small sparkes appear imbetween the blade and the surface of the pool.

Jessoko - June 8, 2004 11:57 PM (GMT)
Jessoko soundlessly hopped from rock to rounded rock. She did not wish to get caught in the rushing water just yet, and she did not wish to walk on the moist turf; she would not leave behind a footprint if she had a chance to avoid doing so. She was not on a mission, and had decided she would come and rest in the nature that her sun-loving cousins so adored. With all her time above land, she had come to appreciate the certain calmness and tranquility, yet chaotic din of nature. She respected it much more then she once had, and found herself enjoying the company of plants and trees and water.

What Mother would say if she saw me now... She thought, chuckling to herself. Her silky, strong voice adding to the natural music created by the falls, and she paused for a moment to appreciate it. If it wasn't for the color of her skin, one would have thought she was an Elf for sure. It was nearly unheard of, a Drow that loved nature and song.

She continued along her way, gracefully jumping from rock to rock, following the steady flow of water. She knew of a lovely spring in this area, and she had thought it would do her well to relax, and bath in nature's gift. Ah, at last! she thought, smiling to herself. She could see the clearing in which the spring hid. She was surprised, however. There was a voice, unusual patterns of movement coming from the water. She stopped dead, balancing easily on one foot, the other raised, about to jump. Her ruby eyes darted around, piercing, searching. She could not see anything, the foliage was in her way. She would have to rely on her Drow ears.

There was one voice, male it seemed. But he was not in the water. There was another, ones who's movements were so scarcely audible that she could barely make them out. An assassin...? Lu'oh terini'nestg... It would seem I was not the only one searching for a break...

Her muscles began to ache, and she saw no reason to keep herself still as stone. Another assassin, brethren, caught unaware by a commoner. There was no cause for alarm. Soundlessly and with amazing grace, she skipped a few more rocks, and then stepped out into the clearing. Her polished leather corset shone brightly in the sudden burst of sun. She cleared her throat, white hair blowing in the wind of the impending storm.

"I hope I am not interrupting." She said smoothly, her voice calm and cool, and her face displaying no emotion.

Mazzer - June 9, 2004 12:44 AM (GMT)
Mazzer turned around, at sound of a woman's voice.
"No, you are not interrupting. I was about to leave anyway." He said looking at her. Mazzer noticed her white hair, and dark colored skin.
"A drow? It has been many years since I have seen your kind. Vel'bol silara dos ulu nindol aglust d'lil tresk'ri?" Mazzer said, trying to recall the drow language.

Jessoko - June 9, 2004 01:04 AM (GMT)
A perfectly formed eyebrow shot up, and she grinned slightly, impressed. She rested a hand on her hip, looking intently into the hooded cloak. "L' xanalress d' ussta lodias zhah dubo ulu screa, quin dos telanth ol ves al. Dos gumash henotep k'lararl whol natha Ilythiiri. Henotep." The brow came down, and she shifted her weight to her right leg, folding her arms across her mostly exposed chest. "I have come to relax in the spring, and enjoy the beauty and chaos of the coming storm."

She walked closer, arms still folded. "Usstan gumash inbal della dos dos inbalus naut keffal jala d' ussta valyrin doeb d'lil Har'oloth. Wun jal ussta drasven phor eairthin, usstan inbal quin ulu thalra jalbyr Ilythiiri. Nind kuuv naut thalra l' ta'ecelle..." She said with a slight sigh, and then looked to the woman standing in the water.

Jessoko bowed, with a flourish. "Greetings, sister." She said, her vivid voice cold as she smiled a her sister assassin.

Mazzer - June 9, 2004 01:26 AM (GMT)
"Usstan orn'la usieva nind orn'la naut saph uns'aa mzilt t'yin..." Mazzer said grinning, as a thunder bolt striked right beside him. He sheathed his sword, and put his hood on, as light sprinkles of rain started to fall to the earth.

Jessoko - June 9, 2004 01:49 AM (GMT)
Jessoko's brows raised, and she stared with the same little grin on her face, at the Guardian of Lightning. "Sjaad'ur uns'aa, ussta senger S'argt, whol naut bel'laon dos lu' dosst equidain. Xal ka dos zhahen jalil..." She gave a shrug, and looked to the sky as water began to fall. She smiled. Perfect timing. Whatching the chaos of the skies will do me good, I think.

"Tlu zhaunus ulu ssussun phor l' Anulo, d'anthe S'argt. Usstan orn tlu kyorlin." She said slyly, and walked to the edge of the pool, looking into the crystal water as the raindrops marred the natural mirror.

Phedre - June 29, 2004 05:12 PM (GMT)
Phedre watched the two, too tired to even move for her weapons. She let out a small sigh and sunk shoulder deep into the water, letting her black hair stream like shadows from her head. She smiled at the drow, and nodded a silent hello.

To Mazzer she shrugged. She feared not the lighting or the coming of a storm. She only craved for the relaxation the pool gave to her screaming muscles. Though she wasn't one for company, usually, these two she didn't seem to mind. She let out another sigh and sunk her face into the water, and slowly surfaced again.

Jessoko - July 3, 2004 01:43 AM (GMT)
Jessoko sat after a moment, setting to the unlacing of her boots. She had suffered through many a storm while waist deep in water; she was not worried about doing so once more. She she be hurt... well, 'twas her Fate.

She removed her bracers, laying them with her boots by the side of the pool. She made a small shelter for her things with a few leaves, to keep the dry. When she got out of the pool, she expected to have dry clothing; it would not do her well to becom sick with psnemonia. She unclasped her cloak, too, folding it neatly and placing it with the growing pile of garments. Her belt, then.

She rolled up the legs of her pants to her knees, placing one slender, dark muscled calf into the pool, testing the water. She gave a little laugh. Cool, yet comforting. She smiled.

She removed her leg, and stood. Unlacing her pants before a man would be far to indecent. Bathing while Mazzer stood there was riske as it was. She grabed at her cloak after a moment, and draped it about her shoulders, hiding away her body. She grinned again. How amusing this all was to shee.

She slipped out of her remaining garments, folding her pants within the stiff corset, and placed then beneath the makeshift shelter. Hiking up the cloak to her thighs, she waded into the pool, placing herself promptly behind a large rock the jutted out of the water. Hidden from the neck down, she unclasped her cloak, and did her best to ball it up and throw it beneath the shelter. It landed half in and half out, which was good enough. With a quick, silent breath, she dove under the water, the thin silk of her underthings clinging to her dark, smooth form. She emerged not far from her sister Assassin, and settled in to relax. How sickeningly comfortable the pool made her feel...

Phedre - August 16, 2004 12:20 AM (GMT)
Phedre yawned and sunk below the water again. Her eyes remained opened and watched the dying light dance across the surface of the water. She saw the swaying legs of the lady drow near her and let out a sigh of bubbles.

Peace is so hard to find now-a-days

Loraina - June 3, 2005 07:14 AM (GMT)
Loraina had been in the waters of the falls looking at the variety of fish when she heard someone enter the water. Not completly unusual, but not very common either. A few momments after the person entered the water a small electric charge seemed to pass throug the water. This intreiged her. She didn't know who had done it so she turned and began to swim towards the sound. On her way she herd another person enter the water, then two more people arrive. This was unusuall. This many people in one place. In the Falls for that. Even more curious now she swam closer untill she could see the group. Soundlessly she stuck her head up out of the water just enough for the top of her head and eyes to show. Seeing a drow was the biggest supprise, then a man...and a woman, and two dog looking men. Curiosity overcame her sence of fear and she swam closer untill she was a few feet from the submerged woman. Soundlessly she came out of the water up to her waist. The pink silk of her dress shone. The water shed off of it like rain off glass. Her long brown hair hung dry down to her mid back. Her bright green eyes shone with curiosity. Not saying anything she stood there amongst the group eyeing each in turn before speaking.

"Hello"

Her voice was silk, smooth and clean. Smiling she eyed the man. He was rather handsome.
