Title: A sleepover<private>

Ploay - March 31, 2006 10:55 AM (GMT)
Ploays eyes were closed as she sat with her head down, asleep. It happened so fast, first thing she knew she was walking down the road, about to pay a visit to the inn keeper, next that was, she sat down as her eyes became heavier. Small drips of drool came out of her mouth as she was dreaming about why she came to Estolad: It was another exciting day when something so unexpected happened. A horseman galloped behind Ploay at a rather fast pace. Whipping around, the archangel showed no expression on her face, if this man valued his life he would not try to harm an angel. But the horseman stopping, and quickly Ploay knew he didn’t have any harmful intentions. Lately people have been trying to catch her for those silver wings, maybe humans got a good price on those wings, but the archangel wasn’t going to let anything touch her wonderful wings.

The horseman reached down his hand, looking at it, she saw paper he was holding. And instantly he asked, “are you coming?” With an eye brows up she unfolded the paper and looked at it. The inn keeper was holding a small get to gather with other women. Thinking that the inn keeper was up to no good, she out stretched her wing to prepare to fly. The horseman was about to ask her if she needed a ride, but stopped himself when her heard the thunderous sound from Ploay’s wings. And in no time she had reached the gates, and walked in her human form.

Her eyes snapped open when a hand gently shook her. Following the hand up she saw a kind face of a man, an old man that is. “Are you okey, you fell asleep right on my porch,” his voice was rusty, but there was kindness in his tone. Ploay nodded and stood up to whip the drool off her face. If there was one habit she could stop, it would be drooling in her sleep. Looking around she noticed that in just a few hours if would be dusk. The village wasn’t too loud, for everyone was starting to settle down. As she turned to face the man she noticed the sign, welcome to Kaima inn. A dumb founded look aroused her features, “is this your inn sir? And the one who sent this?” Ploay asked in a somewhat polite voice as she handed a piece of paper to the man. The old man’s smile grew bigger, “hmm hmm, come in come in.” Before Ploay could object, her hand was held then lead inside the inn. The man let go and started to talk to a woman, Ploay could overhear a few words, like, big room, special treatment, and other guests. The other woman nodded and went to Ploay, “come with me.” Ploay almost chuckled for she didn’t know what to make of this rather interesting situation.

They climbed the three flights, and the woman seemed almost tired as she leaned over some folded cloths she held. The archangel didn’t break a sweat, but she wanted to be polite, after all she was being treated oddly nice. As the woman opened the door, Ploay walked in and saw this big room, it had a fireplace, one big bed, two normal sized beds, and two beds that looked like they were just made out of blankets. And of course the archangel placed her backpack on the big bed as she sat down next to it. The woman told her of other guest that were coming, and since the inn was full, only one room was open at the time. This will be interesting, Ploay said as she laid her back down with her feet touching the floor. She heard the woman leave, and the door shut.

Adsero - March 31, 2006 06:14 PM (GMT)
Adsero walked into the inn and smiled at the innkeeper. "Don't worry old man, I have no plans to burn the place down. Had someone read yer flyer for me. Looks to be an interesting time." She held up the flyer and then stuffed it back into a pocket. There didn't seem to be many guests out but then again they were probably upstairs. She walked to the bottom of the stairs and turned to the innkeeper. "Which floor?" The innkeeper cleared his throat. "Floor three, there's an angel already in the room." Adsero raied her eyebrow. "I assume you mean that literally? Fun." She started to climb the stairs, curious to know what kind of people she would be rooming with. "Don't break anything!" She laughed. "I'll try not to." The innkeeper shook his head as Adsero continued up the stairs to the room.

(Your post so beats my post lol. Oh well, this should be fun ^^)

Ita the Reckless - March 31, 2006 06:44 PM (GMT)
Negative energy danced across Ita's skeletal fingertips, but the mugger didn't seem to notice. Clothed in rags and burly in stature, the man had thought Ita a slow-moving, old-aged, easy target to try to steal from using force. Too bad he picked the wrong lich to toil with.

With her free hand, Ita lowered her hood so she could better see the man (in order to proceed to kill him). Due to the fact that she was dead, the only parts of her once lupine face was a decaying wolven skull, glowing orbs for eyes, and a pathetic set of ears. The mugger stood in shock, jaw slightly open and eyes wide. He took a step back from the advancing lich. But with a growl and a movement of the hand, the cloaked spirit unleashed a furious enervation spell. It missed, hitting the ground in front of the mugger's feet, but it was enough to send him sprinting away. Dust was kicked up every which way, causing Ita to hastily flap her large batlike wings in an attempt to clear it.

When the obstacle subsided, the lich saw a nearby sign marking the entrance to her destination: the Kaima Inn. Ita pulled up her cloak's hood and folded her wings in a manner that made them blend in with the normal folds and drapings of her clothes. With that, the former lupine slowly made her way towards the building.

Just as she walked in, a woman stood at the front table talking to the innkeeper. Ita overheard the conversation and took that as her directions to where she was headed as well. 'An angel, huh? Gag me.' Ita silently thought while gripping the staircase railing and walking up to the third floor. She finally reached the entrance to the room.

'I can't believe I got myself into this. Better just have...what's that word? Fun? Whatever.' she thought, sighing.
