Alzon strolled along the island as he was preparing to catch some fish. The water was sky blue that matched the sky very well. Touching the hot sand was soothing so he stopped and looked down in the water. There wasn’t much fish, but he would have to do on what he saw. And he saw one fish that looked so different, it was very colorful, like a rainbow after a storm. Holding the hilt of his dagger, he prepared to catch this wonderful fish who seemed to be searching along the cost for food. Being ever so quick to leap before looking, Alzon leaped into the water head fist. Since to water was shallow her got a very hard hit on the sea floor, which scared off the rainbow fish.

Standing back up the demon breathed deeply, allowing the air to return to his lungs. This was embarrassing, being soaking wet and with a bump on the head. He stepped out of the water and dried himself off in the sun, when her head footsteps approaching his way.

Kirana walked towards the man who was catching fish. She caught his eye and smiled.
"That was a close call," she said. Her hair was waving in the sea breeze and her cloak wove around her.
"I'm Kirana, and ice dragon. Halfling," she said, forgetting her manners. It was a long time she came to the ocean. She breathed in the salty air, and closed her eyes. She then opened them and laughed.
She then looked at him inquringly. "And you are??"

Dravach was in the form of a parrot and was soaring over the many waves of Palanen Ocean. He was heading for Lómëdor but on spotting Haudhiaur Island he decided to take a break and relax in the shade of it's many Palm tree's. As he flapped his wings too slow himself down he spotted to creatures talking to each other. Not being able to distinguish faces from where he was he perched on a nearby tree and watched them. A demon and a human of some kind? He could sense trouble afoot.

Kirana listened carefully as the palm trees rustled disturbingly.
"There's someone watching us," she whispered.
Her eyes narrowed and the nearly invisible scales glinted in the sunlight as she tried to look who was intruding on their conversation...about fishing.

Noticing them stopping their conversation too look around he realised that one of them may of heard him arrive. There was no need to panic, he was only a simple parrot taking a short breather. Why not have have something to watch whilst he rested? He gave a short high squark and rustled his feathers in hope of showing them who was watching them. He didn't want them to stop talking, he too enjoyed occasional fishing.

Turning his gaze away from the demon and the human he stared up at the beautiful sky. He watched as one cloud dreamily floated slowly through the air and it bared some resembulance to a crab. The sun was shining brightly and it warmed him up all over. It was a nice place this island, he should stop here much more often.

"Awww," said Kirana looking through the trees. "It's a parrot!!! I've never seen one before, but someone told me about them..."
She stared at the parrot, noticing it's beautiful colours as it sat in the sunlight, enjoying and absorbing it.

Alzon flinched at the sight of a human. Was she crazy or something, why would she talk to a demon? It was no matter, a small hiss came from Alzon as he slowly came closer to the girl. His hand rested on the hilt of his dagger, but then before he could pull it out something caught his interest. What a weird looking bird, Alzon thought to himself as he looked at the parrot. Ingoring the girl Alzon came closer to the bird. “I bet your blood will taste better then the girl’s blood Sir. Bird.” He said in a half way muffled voice for bandages covered his face.

Kirana saw that the stranger had a hungry look in his eyes, as he looked at the parrot, sitting in the breeze...
She knew what was going to happen...

"Please, don't!!!" she cried. "It's just a bird! Look, if you want food, then there's a whole ocean full of fish, but i won't let you eat that bird."
She stood with her hands on her hips and looked at Alzon challengingly with her silver eyes.

How foolish the Demon was to think that he could get a meal so easily! He decided to have a bit of fun with his shape shifting abilities and made the parrots beady little eyes bulge grossly out of it's sockets and squarked loudly. He began making him self twitch and wobble on the branch he was sitting at and made his feather's stand on end. He started to click his beak irratably and made his buldging eyes begin twitching. He gradually change the beautiful colours on his feathers from a bright red and blue into a sickening green and a pale yellow.

He was now one ugly parrot and even funnier the human would suspect the demon of casting some kind of spell on him!

Alzon grinned under neath his bandages as he say the parrot turn ugly. It was funny to see such a thing and could only imagine what was going though the girl’s mind. The parrot was too disgusting to eat, so he would have to find something else. The demon wasn’t very hungry, he just wanted to killing something. And there was something, the girl. Quickly he shot a look at the girl, his pupils became slits and a low hiss was heard from Alzon. Now how am I going to kill you? He thought to himself as his hand rested on the hilt of his dagger. The hiss turned into a growl as Alzon lunged the dagger into the girls chest.

Shalura was flying across the ocean in dragon form occasionaly dipping her silver blue head in the water to catch stray fish. She spotted a tiney island in the distance and headed for it, as she got closer the island grew larger and she could see masses of forest and a beach encircling the island. She went to land but saw a demon facing an extremely ugly and mad parrot. The demon then turned and attacked the person behind him.
"Oh crap" she thought "and just as I was having fun"
She swooped down and rammed the demon aside, she then soared into the air and landed on the beach in human form, her dueling staff drawn.
"You alright?" she asked the demon's almost victim "and what's with that bird"

Dravach enjoying himself, continued to make the birds eyes and head swell vastly out of proportion and expanding so much that any spectators would think it was about to explode. 'This is getting a bit out of hand' he thought to himself and made himself shrink back to his original shape and change back to his original colours. He gave out a feeble squark and stayed resting on the branch panting gently to himself.

Once he had recovered his breath his attention was drawn to the small fight taking place below him involving a newcomer - a dragon. Was there not anywhere around here you couldn't simply rest alone? 'Never mind' he thought, 'at least it's entertaining.'. He wondered who would win Demon or Dragon. It was a tough call be would be interesting to see the outcome. No doubt the fight would be prevented by the human girl before they got into real action.

"I don't intend to fight you" said Shalura to the demon "unless you make it necissary, I only attack in self defense and for the defense of others"
She stood up straight looking Alzon in the eye.
"Why did you attack her anyway? She's done nothing to harm you"

'Here we go right on schedule!' Dravach thought to himself. You can always tell when someone is good aligned as they always explain why they used violance and never seem to realise that the reason is always the same; to protect others. Pathetic really when you come to think about, whatever happened to the phrase, "God helps them that help themselves."? This was getting rather tedious now. Dravach wanted action!
