Meh, we need PrC's that cater to people who arent in alliances or who have special relationships with certain deities/warlords/alliances.

Even if there is a chaos deity it would be fitting to not have one, because, well a deity indicate that there is control and that requires laws of some type or another AND that is very unchaotic-like.

Not true, in times of chaos the strongest usaully steps forward and claims the crown, but he does let everyone run wild, free of the rules, so it is kinda pointless. There was also a goddess of chaos in Greek Mythology; she didn't really lead any followers though.
