((Open: No you cannot be the thief. She is a random NPC fairy. This is a lighthearted quest with NO fighting.))
Sunlight crept over the horizon piercing through the gaps in the trees and reflecting off of the morning dew collected on the forest floor. The songs of the early birds swam across the light breeze mixing with the mystical feel of the woods. Slowly all of the creatures hidden with in the trees began to stir. Stretching, they brushed away the last of their sleep. But one small being still slept in the forest. Resting in the branches of a small dogwood in full bloom was Chuck, a small wood elf. He wore a smile across his face that spread from one ear to the next. He was lost deep in a wonderful dream.
The pitter-patter sound of feet could be heard as the two elves bounded through the forest. The Mystic Woods were covered with the sweet aroma of spring time that trickled down from every tree and flower. The song birds sang their merry tunes overhead as the searched for their mates.
"I will catch you, my sweet Kitten," Chuck called out to his love.
Swiftly Chuck made his way between the trees as he chased after Kathrine the most beautiful of all the young maidens in Clarieden. He had been seeking after her for almost a year now, and thoughts of marriage began to fill his head. But he knew he needed more money before he could provide for her. That is why he had accepted the request of the Table of Elders.
"I got you," Chuck shouted as he pulled Kat, who screamed and giggled both at the same time, down softly onto the bed of grass.
The two lovebirds simply laid there on the ground for the next few minutes hand-in-hand as they caught their breaths. It was Kat who spoke first, "I don't see why you are leaving Chuck. I don't know if I can stand not seeing you for an entire year."
"But sweet Kitten, I must so that I can marry you. You know I have not a single penny to my name. I know this isn't ideal, but it is the only way we can be together forever."
Kat did not respond immediately. She just sat there thinking about Chuck's words and listening to the song birds. Finally she spoke again reaching over and tickling Chuck's ribs. "Let me see your lute," she pleaded in a soft voice.
"What!?" Chuck replied fidgeting a little, "you know I don't have it with me. I left it back in the Clarieden."
"Aaaah!" Chuck awoke with a sudden falling sensation. This was, of course, because he was falling. THUD! He hit the ground hard on his back. "Owwww," he whimpered as he rubbed his back, "that really hurt."
It took the elf a second to realize what had happened. He shot up off the ground on looked all around him. "Where is it!" he screamed in alarm. Then he saw it up in the air flying away, his lute."
