I speak from experience here, having run a few boards myself...new members of the staff is ALWAYS a good thing. Why? Eventually, apathy sets in amongst veteran staff. What used to be a hard-earned privilage is now a boring labor. So, as a reccomendation, Lothlomendil, don't be too lenient with the staff, if anyone starts getting apathetic, it's time for staff reorganization.
Just my 4 haypennies.
