Drygonsky - April 24, 2008 04:15 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky yawned, his mind deep in the adventures of the book he was reading. With his nose nearly touching the thin parchment that made up the book, his eyes scanned through the words rapidly, absorbing all of the writing like a sponge. He kept going until he reached the final page, then looking at the clock that hung on the wall of the library noticed that he had been here for about four and a half hours. I'd better get going! I've been here longer than I thought I would! Placing the book back in it's rightful spot on the shelves, Drygonsky began towards the double doors of the library. Pushing him aside, two people ran in through the doors, not even noticing him. Drygonsky fell over onto the floor. Who were those people? Allowing his curious eyes to follow the two mysterious people, Drygonsky watched as one of them opened their mouth, fire bursting out through the opening to burn up a large shelf of books. Gasping, Drygonsky saw the other one leap onto a different shelf and open his mouth, only to have water come out, ruining the books. Drygonsky growled, then grabbing his short-sword yelled at the two people, "You have no right to ruin those books! THey're private property!"
"Really, and are you going to--"
"Stop us?" The two demons spoke as if they could read each other's mind, not pausing when they interrupted each other.
"As a matter of fact, I am!" Drygonsky ran towards them, shielding his face as fire and water rained down on him. As soon as he leaped towards one, the other was on his back. Whirling around to get that one, he other one would attack. Drygonsky was being overpowered.
"Hehe, looks like you're not--"
"Going to be stopping us--"
"Today, buddy!"

Shintai - April 24, 2008 10:01 PM (GMT)
In the back of the library Shintai sat. In front of him was a book on weaponry. He had been here for about three hours, yet he was only on page... 4. Shintai wasn't completely skilled in Common, but he could actually speak it pretty well now. The sound of someone being knocked a few feet back caught his ear. Shintai stood and walked towards the front.

"You have no right to ruin those books! They're private property!" shouted a slightly less-than-average height man.

"Really, and are you going to--"
"Stop us?" said two demons. They seemed to be connected, reading the other's mind.

"As a matter of fact, I am!" The man ran for the demons, only to be pelted by fire and water. They were double teaming him, knocking him around to save the other.

"Hehe, looks like you're not--"
"Going to be stopping us--"
"Today, buddy!"

"But me are, demons!" said Shintai, stepping forward, unaware of his incorrect grammar. He pulled out his overpowered weapon and ran for the red one, trying to grab it by the leg and throw it across the room.

Drygonsky - April 26, 2008 12:04 AM (GMT)
The demon yelped as the newcomer flung him across the room. Drygonsky took advantage of the moment, using it to attack the blue twin with his short-sword. The sword connected with the demon's face, creating a loud SLAP as the blunt edge hit the demon fully in the face. The demon cursed in a strange language, sending another barrage of water down towards Drygonsky. This flood was much different from the first on and washed the young man away into another bookshelf. By now, some of the other bystanders had noticed and were quickly evacuating the building. Drygonsky quickly looked over to see how the other being was doing. The red demon was now randomly sending fireballs flying everywhere around the library, driven mad by rage. The blue one, much calmer than his brother instead leaped back towards Drygonsky.
"I'll take care of this one, you stop the other one!"
Drygonsky yelled, hoping that his new ally would hear him over the din of the chaos that was now happening in the library.

Shintai - April 26, 2008 02:56 AM (GMT)
"Right... Step on the weakling!" Shintai said, catching his words with slightly sensitive ears. To defeat the red demon, he would need speed, so his sword was out of the question. He quickly smashed the huge blade into the already damaged floor before running for the demon. As the demon shot fireballs, Shintai jumped to the side before running around and then under it, as the momentum of the fireballs was propelling him upwards. He then jumped and grabbed the demon's leg before rapidly spinning around and throwing the demon at the wall, producing two sounds at once... Bonk and Smack. Shintai smiled before firing off an arm pump. The demon quickly jumped up and shot a fireball at Shintai's arm. Shintai jumped to the side, but some of his fur pulled a bit of the flames inward. Shintai blew out the tiny flame, grunting at the now black fur. He patted the ash away.

"Gwehehe!" laughed the demon as it jumped for Shintai and kicked his shoulder. Shintai just frowned and grabbed it before throwing it on the ground and jumping on it. It vanished into thin air.

"What?!" Shintai looked around. Suddenly he felt warmer. He didn't take the time to turn around- he instantly got down. An ember passed between his horns and hit the floor. Shintai stomped on the flame and reduced it in size before smudging it away. He looked as the floor fell away. He pulled a board away and looked at the demon, chucking the wood and barely hitting it in the knee.

Drygonsky - April 27, 2008 03:28 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky climbed up onto a bookcase, dropping his sword to lessen the weight of climbing. Once he was at the top, he leaped towards the blue demon. "I'll get you now!" He yelled, the blue demon nimbly jumping away to another bookshelf. Drygonsky looked over at the next bookshelf. Although it was a far jump, it wasn't impossible for a human. Drygonsky leaped, grabbing onto the edge of the bookshelf and quickly pulling himself up. There were no other bookshelves in the jumping range of either Drygonsky or the demon. The two of them circled around, each looking for the other's weak point. The blue demon suddenly sprayed water into Drygonsky's face, causing him to be unable to see. Drygonsky groped around blindly, searching for the blue demon. He grabbed him by an arm, shoving him off the bookshelf onto some already weakened floorboards. Drygonsky fell through himself, getting the rest of the water out of his eyes. The two were now fighting under the floorboards. Drygonsky punched the stunned blue demon upwards, causing him to fly through the air.
"Aaaaiii!" The demon shrieked shrilly. Drygonsky covered his ears, now running back towards were he'd dropped his longsword. Grabbing it up, he ran towards the injured blue demon.

Shintai - April 27, 2008 09:18 PM (GMT)
The battle was being brought below the floorboards. Shintai jumped and grabbed a book from the top of a close shelf and tossed it in the demon's direction. The demon jumped out of the way and shot a fireball at him. Shintai dodged and watched as the book hit a chalkboard of sorts and flipped it, capturing the demon and throwing him forward. Shintai jumped on the demon and crushed it into the floor, breaking the boards. Shintai grabbed his sword and came down.

"You get red one- me need cool off," said Shintai to Dragonsky. He tossed the red demon onto the floor in front of the blue demon.

"Quit throwing me and fight!"
"Hey big and ugly, need a drink? Wahaha!"
Shintai got a face full of water.

Drygonsky - May 1, 2008 12:39 AM (GMT)
Drygonsky panted, looking at his new-found ally.
"Wha? Oh! Sure!" Drygonsky replied as the red demon skidded to a stop in front of him. Gripping his sword tighter, Drygonsky swung down, wincing as the red demon's skull shattered into a mass of splintered bone, flying everywhere. Drygonsky dropped his sword, his right arm numb from the force of hitting the thick skull. Reaching up with his left hand, he plucked several pieces of bone from his face.
"Ouch...?" Drygonsky sighed, finally he had killed the enemy. Only thanks to his friend, though. Stunned and hurt enemies are much easier to kill.
"I killed my--" Drygonsky looked behind him, pausing in mid-sentence as he heard a creak behind him. The red demon was up on it's feet, even though it's skull was still destroyed.
"B-but...?" Drygonsky stuttered, barely throwing himself to the floor in order to dodge a huge wall of flame that soared towards him.
"MUAHAHAHAHHAA! I've got you now!"

Shintai - May 4, 2008 03:29 PM (GMT)
"I did actually need that," said Shintai. He smelled something funny. He turned to see a flame under his hoof. He stomped on it only to get the blue demon jumping on his head. Shintai tried to grab him, but the demon stabbed him in the head before jumping away. Shintai grunted before pulling out a chainmail. He placed it over his head and looked around.

"MUAHAHAHAHHAA! I've got you now!" A huge wall of flame swept past Shintai's ally and hit him instead. Shintai's arms began to burn. He rolled into a large puddle on the ground to cool the flames. He got up. His arms were very numb. He couldn't feel them.
"You're dead."

Drygonsky - May 16, 2008 12:35 AM (GMT)
Drygonsky yelled and threw himself at the ground. The rotten boards let him through and he soon found himself underneath the library floor again. He looked up, and through the tiny cracks he could see what was going on above. His friend had been hit by the fire that had been meant for him and was now rolling weakly in a puddle, open for the blue demon to attack. Drygonsky looked around to see what the red demon was up to. He was sitting upon a shelf and looked weak. Creating that huge wall of flames must have drained him slightly. Drygonsky decided to help his ally, and then went until he thought he was right beneath the blue demon. Grabbing his sword tighter, He brought it up until it's tip touched the underside of the flooring, creating a loud thunk. The blue demon looked down,
"Wha?" The blue demon looked down, and for the slight second that it's guard was down, Drygonsky rammed up with all of his strength, gouging straight through it's stomach and then slashing upwards and creating a deep gash up to the creature's chin. Spilled guts rained over Drygonsky and he could smell the stench of the demon's stomach acids.
"Heh... One down... One to... Go!" Drygonsky said, panting for breath.
