I was curious as to how harsh this rule is... i didn't see a topic on it so i posted this one. Sorry if there was already another one made. XD
Back on topic, i was wondering, if there is absolutely none at all. My character will sometimes sink in a line that could be considered flirting, but then he usualy doesn't follow up after that, just a grin at the comment and then he moves on.
Was this rule more for the no flirting back and forth for the whole topic, and getting pretty emotional? >.> I can understand not wanting that on the boards. Having a flirt topic or "kissy" topic can get annoying if they start popping up everywhere however. I'd also like to note that doesn't this take away from characters? If this is like real life aren't you going to have an interest in someone? I find it highly unlikely there's a realm without flirting XD.
Besides all that, is there some flirting you can get away with? Just slight? or should i try and Avoid it at all costs? And what if someone THINKS your flirting with them and reports you?
Last but not least, my oppinion is not all flirting is unwelcomed..... <.< i've never seen a board have that before, unless it was incharacter. Obviously if a theif is flirting with a sorceress she might not think highly of that IC, however i dont think it transfers to OOC. *shrugs* not trying to change your oppinion or the rules, just thought i'd let you know where i'm coming for.
