Title: Guidance
Ploay - March 1, 2006 12:57 AM (GMT)
At noon when the sun is shining very brightly as it beams off the roofs of the houses. A faint shimmer of light from the sun shines off of Ploay’s silver wings as she flew over the holy city. The archangel slowly flapped her wings as the air lifted her up in a steady motion. There wasn’t a cloud in the blue sky as Ploay descended from the sky to the ground landing right in front of an angelic statue. Ploay long forgotten the story behind the tale, but often imagined that the archangel was a wonderful being. Tilting her head in a bow in respect for the angel, Ploay sighed happily for she was in a city that reminded her much like her old home. Sitting down on the cobblestone, she prayed quietly for guidance in her ways and hoped that she was in favor in eyes of the holy ones.
Loriauna Blazenoak - March 3, 2006 03:03 AM (GMT)
Loriauna watched Ploay pray, wondering if she, like herself, was praying for favor in the eyes of the higher ones. Loriauna had prayed day in and day out for two weeks in hopes of at least one deity finding favor in her. So far, there had been no response, but Loriauna would not stop.
She was dedicated to Tithdaeron and this tournament...she would fight on and pray as much as she needed to help them both. If anyone could help, it was the gods and goddesses. She now simply waited in hopes of a reply.
Loriauna wondered whether or not to speak to Ploay. They were on odd terms...neither enemies nor friends, yet not aquaintances either. She decided against it and merely watched from her spot in the shadows.

Ploay closed her eyes tighter as if she was experience some sort of pain but they were just flashbacks. As Ploay gripped her hands tighter she remembered her past, how it was so peaceful just like this place and there were no crimes upon anyone. Of all people why was she picked out to have her power sealed? It was anything but fair, some days Ploay wanted revenge other days she just excepted her fate. A few moments the archangel opened her eyes and stood up with her head still bowed in respect for the statue the statue didn’t mean anything to her but in some way she felt as if she knew the angel of the statue. A tingle ran down her spin as the crisp air chilled her, of course Ploay couldn’t stay here, she never wanted to stay in just one place for she was a wanderer. Slowly, Ploay looked up at the sky and muttered something in her native language which could be roughly translated into, “I’m sorry for the pain I’ve caused.” Turning around the archangel sighed as she passed a few holy men and women who were waiting to pray on the cobble stone too. They didn’t seem too concerned that they were passing an angel, maybe seeing an angel wasn’t any new news for them so they didn’t pay another thought towards Ploay. It felt wonderful not being bothered because of your race yet it felt lonesome at the same time, no one to talk to or share ideas with. But this is how the archangel’s life went, always walking away and very few times sitting down and talking to someone for Ploay felt that other creatures were annoying and were wasting her time, all the time.
As she walked along the road ignoring the quiet sounds from prayers something caught her eye, and made her come to a quick stop as she looked into the shadows which was the only place that had shadows for the city was pretty bright in light. With an emotionless stare in the dark Ploay thought she saw someone, but she didn’t speak as she put her hands in her pockets and seemed to slouch to one side of her hips. The archangel wasn’t in the mood to be sneaked up on so she constantly stared into the darkness. But as she watched she didn’t notice the hand that reached her shoulder, “You okey miss?” The voice that belonged to the hand said. Glancing with her eyes Ploay noticed it was a town cleric that wasn’t too surprising to find one of them in a holy city. With a slight nod Ploay brushed his hand off with her wing as she continued to stare in the shadows, watching and waiting.

Loriauna looked to Ploay and stepped from the shadow. A few beings nearby were startled, having not noticed the female at all. Those icy eyes locked with Ploay's, her voice coming out as calm as ever. "Repenting, Ploay? I thought angels did not sin." It was not meant to be cruel, ut a bit ironic. Loriauna had always had slight doubts about Ploay. Something didn't make sense about her.
Ploay - March 7, 2006 10:35 AM (GMT)
Ploay slouched to the other side of her hips as if she didn’t care about the remark Loriauna had made for all her days since she was sealed Ploay was used to idiots trying to hurt her. And as ages rolled by she stopped caring and these idiots were annoying little pests that you often shooed with your hand after they gave you an itchy bite on the arm. Looking away from the girl Ploay saw that the towns people were hurrying away from the two. Were these humans afraid of the both of them? Turning on her heal Ploay muttered under her breath, “Leave me alone...you annoy me.” In fact walking away from these types of people were somewhat common for her. Stretching her wings she fly up in the air and start to fly away but only a few miles away she landed on a flat roof of a two story house. Changing back in her human form Ploay tucked her knees under her chin and gave out a low sigh. Would she ever be free from idiots who couldn’t seem to keep their big mouths shut? And of all people how could Loriauna annoy her? Pushing these thoughts away all Ploay could think was, anything is possible.

Loriauna leapt up and around, jumping over to where Ploay had ended up. "Ploay, you know I don't mean to annoy you. Perhaps you should go back up to the heavens...this world is obviously changing you in a negative fashion. Why stay here, anyway?" She stood there calmly, wondering what was going through Ploay's mind. "Why stay in this annoying world when you could be in the heavens?"

Before praying for help with evrything Shadow saw that Ploay was in the area. Linking his and zero's mind together he asked Zero to go see Ploay and see what is wrong. Zero replied in agreement and flew off to see whare Ploay was. On his search he found Ploay sitting on top of a roof top. Hovering just above Ploay Shadow spoke to Ploay through Zero's mind and said "Ploay I am sorry to disturb you but you seem to be sad. If you don't mind me asking, whay are you sad? If you do not want to tell me that is fine but I would like to help you in any way I can. If you do not wish for me to help that is fine, I will leave you in peace then." With Shadow's mind still linked to Zero's he waited patiently for a reply.

The angel stood up beginning to be a little annoyed by the both of them. Just what did she do to have two people flock around her? And how did this new guy know her name? Shaking those small thoughts around her Ploay turned to them both, “Look, I know you both mean well, but today I really want to be left alone.” The angel started down the stairs hoping that the crowd would hide her presence. Ploay didn’t like to talk and when she was she started talking, not the other way around. The archangel when she was cold only sat down and talked to two other people, why that was she couldn’t grasp.

After getting an answer from Ploay Shadow told Zero to return to the spot he left him. Also after hearing what Ploay said Shadow thought to himself "She must be in a lot of pain or somehting. I just wish you the best of luck with whatever it is that is troubling you."
