Title: Food Fight
Description: [p]Krythian, Kat, Langv
Drygonsky - April 10, 2008 12:41 AM (GMT)
Drygonsky took a deep breath and prepared himself for the noise he knew was going to come as he walked into 'BLURKFORG INN', a popular place with plenty of tables for anyone who dared to try their food. Drygonsky sat down at an empty table and decided to order something, though he'd often been advised against it. Soon, a beautiful woman walked over. "What can I get'cha?" She asked him, flashing him a quick smile. Smiling slightly back at her, Drygonsky asked, "What would you suggest?"
"Well, we make a mighty fine Barb Roast Chicken!" Drygonsky grimaced at the name, but decided to go with it. "Sure... How much does it cost?"
"Never mind that, sweetie, I'll pay for you! All I want in return is yo--"
"I said, how much does it cost?"
"Fine, sweetie, it's 10 gold..."
Drygonsky pulled out several gold pieces from his pocket, yawning as he did so. "Tired sweetie? I've got a nice place where we can stay togeth--"
"Just leave, okay?" Putting on a pout that made her face ugly, the woman opened her mouth to protest, but glaring at him, decided not to. Several minutes later, she came back with his food, setting it down quickly and striding away. Drygonsky sighed in relief, Finally, she's gone!
Who's gone? Are you okay? What happened? Should I come in?
Nothing Paek... nothing... just an-- annoying waitress...
Okay...
Drygonsky looked down at his plate. It appeared to be a deformed chicken with some kind of thick sauce dribbled over it. It looked exactly the opposite of what someone might call appetizing. Drygonsky sighed and casually flung the chicken into a nearby trashcan, accidentally hitting someone who was hurling into it, probably from drinking a bit to much rum. The person looked up (once done hurling) and yelled, "What was dat fo'?" quickly grabbing some food off another person's plate, he chucked it at Drygonsky, who quickly ducked, causing the food to splatter onto the back of the annoying waitress who was serving at someone else's table.
"SWEETIE! THAT WAS TOO FAR!"She screamed, also grabbing random food and beginning to attempt to chuck it at Drygonsky. Drygonsky ducked, dodged, and was hit by many pieces of food. Looking around, he could see that everyone else had started to join in the fight.
"FOOD FIGHT" someone yelled from somewhere near the middle of the room.
Kat - April 11, 2008 04:52 PM (GMT)
Kat climbed the side of a busy inn. I wonder what those people are doing in that thing, inns here are usually less busy than that! perhaps theres some Wats in there! She thought. Kat quickly jumped down landing on her feet perfectly. Kat opened the door and quickly ducked. She had almost been hit by a cheap looking piece of meat. Kat's ears flattened and she hissed irritably. Kat picked up the piece of meat and hurled it back in the direction that it came from. Kat looked around the bar, all she saw was an angry looking, ugly waitress yelling at a man, food in the air, food on the ground, food on tables and one big, huge, mess.
Wat (pronounced Wot!)=rich person
Drygonsky - April 11, 2008 05:36 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky ducked as a hunk of cheap looking meat sailed over his head. He looked behind him and watched as it continued it's long arc to almost hit a tall, but slender girl in the face. Drygonsky nearly chuckled aloud, but then slapped a hand over his mouth as the eyes of the girl came searching back towards him. He raised his hands in the air, to silently tell her that he hadn't thrown it, but as soon as he had, a large helping of mashed potatoes landed on the side of his face. Groaning, he wiped off the worst of it, then turned around to make sure he wouldn't get hit by any more of the disgusting food. Instead, he saw the angry looking waitress rushing towards him, one hand holding up her skirt, then other waving in a fist in the air. Drygonsky snickered as she nearly tripped twice and was hit with flying food once, but then stopped as she kept on coming towards him. He began to back away slowly, letting out a surprised yelp as he tripped backwards over an unconscious drunk man, landing on his back with a thud. The waitress kept advancing and was now standing over him. He smiled guiltily and then started to explain, "I was aiming at someone in front of you, but they ducked... It wasn't my fau--" Drygonsky stopped as the waitress landed a loud and satisfying punch on his face. Drygonsky swore lightly, then turned back to her, "Do that again and I will take out my sword and--" The waitress landed yet another punch, only pausing for a few seconds before doing another. Drygonsky, now very dazed and seeing stars in front of him, tried to protest again "I--" SMACK, BANG Drygonsky groaned, leaning his head back on the ground and attempting to block oncoming punches. This woman was stronger than Drygonsky had thought, and now in this state, he could barely even see her fists. His eyes were swimming in and out of vision, his face was numb with pain, and Drygonsky was seeing multiple stars flying in and out of his view.
Kat - April 11, 2008 06:10 PM (GMT)
Kat watched as the man she had seen before, got punched in the face. Kat didn't like to see anyone hurt (except for the people she hurt). Kat silently aimed at the ugly waitress
and... *whoosh* Kat threw her dagger at the lady hitting the spot she wanted to hit, her skirt and underwear, the dagger that Kat had thrown kept going after hitting the lady and sailed into a wall getting stuck there. the lady turned around in surprise. Kat jumped over all the people (and food!) in front of her. Landing squarely on her shoulder blades. Kat knocked her down took out the dagger from the wall and threw her out the open door.Kat left the inn leaping over anything infront of her. Kat raced out the door and quickly climbed up the wall onto the roof of the inn. " Too bad there was no Wats in there...
Langv - April 11, 2008 07:47 PM (GMT)
There was a cool breeze that sailed over the waves. It ruffled the trees, making them whisper in the wind. Busy sailors walked back and forth, carrying cargo to the docked ships waiting to leave Lomedor. Little noticed a saggy, ginger-pelted cat that sat on the docks, looking blankly at one of the trees. Rats gingerly scurried above the creature, but the cat did not stir and did not even blinking once. This cat had no interest what so ever in water, rats, or ships. Her musty golden eyes gave the appearance of a human, and a human she was.
Langv sat there, as a cat, in deep thought, refreshing where she was and why she did what she did. Why am I here? she asked herself.
You are here because you live here, you like it here, and your home is here. The cat got up and briskly stalked away.
What shall I do.
Live.
She inwardly snorted. Of course she would live. It was what she did best.
What should I do now?
Transform back into a human, get something to eat, and continue your search for your friends. She nodded and walked into the alley between the Blurkforg Inn and another shop. She smiled as a heap of clothes appeared in the shadows of the crated box. The cat grew into a middle-age woman, with cream-white skin, musty golden eyes, and sharp red hair. Silver-streaked arms darted under the crate and plucked the underclothes from the pile. She put the underclothes on and agile fingers darted back to the crate to grab her tunic and breeches. Once she was fully dressed, she slithered to the front of the inn. It was a broken down, old place, busting with humans and elves alike. One would see a barbarian or a shape-shifter switch forms once in a while but it stayed mostly calm. Nodding her head once, twice, and thrice, she walked in calmly.
Langv was not ready for the mad chaos in the inn. She was instantly hit with several objects. Wiping them from her clothes, she retreated to a turnover table. Humans were throwing food everywhere. Many drunks were sprawled on the ground and women hurried to leave the place. “What the?!?” she yelled as a waitress started beating up a man. She ducked before several pieces of meat and a spoonful of mashed potatoes hit her. Langv heard a whistle and a dagger struck the opposite wall from the door. A young girl who looked like she was 15 came crashing into the inn. She gingerly picked up the waitress, as if she weighed nothing, and threw her outside the inn. She quickly dashed outside. Langv made a mental note to watch after the girl as she flung herself at the man. She drew her elven saber as she sailed over the table. Landing squarely on her feet, she started a vertical whirl with her sword. It served well as a shield but the woman was still hit by flying bits of food. She stood firmly on top of the bar and shouted above the fray.
“STOP IT!!!!”
The food ceased flying and the room grew still. Langv continued her speech.
“This place is a mess. Whoever responsible for this should start cleaning it up.” Reluctantly, the men and a handful of boys started picking up bits of food. Smiling, she hopped down to the man, stooped to her knees, and put a hand on his shoulder. “Sir, are you alright?”
Drygonsky - April 11, 2008 11:37 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky looked up slowly, a girl was running with the waitress and quickly flung her out the door, dashing away soon after. Drygonsky looked up, seeing a woman standing over him. Still dazed, he asked, "Are you going to beat me up as well?" His vision was still swimming in and out of focus, and his head hurt like made. He wiped his nose, only to draw his hand back quickly as he felt blood on his face. He sat up, trying to ignore the dizzy nausea that was sweeping through his entire body. He took a deep breath, then looked around. The food had stopped flying through the air, and many of the people were now cleaning up the mess they'd made, under the Inn-Keeper's watchful glare. Drygonsky put a hand to his forehead, then wondered about the girl that had gotten that waitress away from him, She was pretty strong... She was also pretty good with that dagger... I wonder who she was? Composing himself, Drygonsky opened his mouth to answer the woman's question, "I-I'm fine... Did y... you see the girl that ran out... of here?" He asked, surprised at why he wasn't able to talk. He looked over at the door, and seeing no girl in sight, he attempted to stand up. He placed his arms on the ground and pushed himself to his feet, only to fall back down in a heap and heave at the sudden nausea that swept up into his head. he shook himself off, and then braced himself, standing up. he swayed slowly, using a chair to steady himself. He looked around the table that was next to him and grabbed an untouched looking glass of water. He swished the water around his mouth and spat out. He poured the rest of the water over his face, using a clean towel to wipe any blood or food off of himself. He looked at the towel, surprised at how much blood and other objects had been on him. He took a deep breath and then took a step. He grabbed a random stick that was lying on the ground, using it as a cane to help himself to the door. "I...I've got to get to th-that girl..." he explained to the woman before hobbling and stumbling towards the street. Many of the people turned to look at the strange man who was covered in food, blood and bruises and was stumbling around with a cane. he glared at anyone that tried to talk to him, keeping most of his energy towards finding the strange girl.
Langv - April 12, 2008 03:00 AM (GMT)
Langv slung her sword into her make-shift belt before bending down to the man. "I wouldn't beat up anyone without knowing who he or she is." Now that she was up close to the man, she inspected him from top to bottom. He had curt brown hair and soft, brown eyes, which fit well for a slightly musclar build. The man looked like a fighter, for he was covered up in bruises. A thick stream of blood flowed from his nose and it covered his hand when he wiped it. His eyes were un-foucused and slightly glazed. Langv relized he was going to sit up and put a bit of pressure in his back. He looked battered, confused, and......very familiar. Someone she met a long time ago.
"I-I'm fine... Did y... you see the girl that ran out... of here?" Langv was brought back from her thoughts as the man stuttered out the question. She gazed at him with confusion before understanding his words.
"Yes, sir. She just ran out of the inn," she murmured in his ear as she stepped back to observed what he would do next. Shakily, the man stood up but crumpled into a heap again. Langv was at him as soon as he fell. "Boy, are you alright?" He did not reply but stood up again, this time more slowly, and steaded himself. Langv spotted a glass of water on the table and smiled as the young human took it, drank a healthy cup full, and spit it out. She laid a towel next to him, which he plucked gingerly off of the table, and wiped his face. Mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, a sliver of meat, and blood clung to the towel. Before she could say anything, he scooped up a stick and started out the door.
"I...I've got to get to th-that girl..." he said as he stumbled in to doorsill.
"Sir, I don't suggest you do that!!" The boy did not heed her words. She raced out the door and after him as he stumbled down the street. Langv go to him as a group of girls whispered about something. It was then when she noticed a large wolf that sniffed at him. The large wolf triggered a memory.
A young lupine, 10 years old, clung defiantly to a young woman. The woman had mystic purple eyes and long black hair. There was also a boy. The boy had dull brown hair and soft eyes. Suddenly she remembered the name. She took a long glance at the man and gasped.
"Drygonsky? Is your name Drygonsky?"
Drygonsky - April 13, 2008 04:42 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky turned around to look at the woman. How did she know my name? He thought, then realizing that he should respond, added, "Yes, I am Drygonsky... how did you now my name?" Glad that his voice was gradually growing steadier, he walked back over to her and sat down on the cobblestones that marked the ground everywhere. He beckoned for Paek to come sit next to him. The dire wolf studied the "Stranger" more closely, thinking to himself, Do I know her at all...? Then peering even more closely and remembering, LANGV! The wolf screamed into the woman's mind, Langv, you've finally come back! Where's Luces?
(OOC: Sorry for the short post... couldn't think of anything else to write about...)
Langv - April 13, 2008 04:57 PM (GMT)
Langv's face fell as the man could not recall her. "Maybe you aren't the one who I remembered...Maybe..." Her thoughts trailed off with her voice. I was so sure he was the one. He looks so much like I remembered. Could my mind be that failing? She barely noticed the man had sat and the wolf had put his head obediantly on his master's leg. Suddenly, a deep, rough voice shouted in her head. LANGV! Langv perked up with confusion. "What?"
Langv, you've finally come back! Where's Luces?
She peered at the wolf. "Luces is kinda dead. Paek that's your name. Langv, you remembered my name!!!" A small ember was rekindled.
Drygonsky - April 13, 2008 05:22 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky looked back and forth between the woman and his wolf... What is going on?? He wondered, partly because he couldn't hear Paek's half of the conversation, and partly because he'd just banged his head up. Hearing the name Langv, he looked back at the woman, "Uhhh... Langv! I remember you now!" Paek looked up at him, making the kind of expression a human would make while rolling their eyes. "Ummm... So, you wanna come with me and find some place to... Errr... have some breakfast?"
It's not breakfast time idiot! Paek growled playfully, then the dire wolf turned back to Langv, I think he meant dinner... So, do you know of any good places? Drygonsky shrugged and yawned, "Oh well... Breakfast, dinner, same thing but-- Wait! Where's that girl! Crap! I really need to find that girl!" Drygonsky stood up suddenly, looking around. Oh man... She's no where in sight... how could I have been so stupid as to lose her? Drygonsky put his head in his hands.
Kat - April 20, 2008 10:03 PM (GMT)
Kat sat quietly as the chaos in the inn stopped, the red head that Kat had almost bumped into when she was leaving was with the odd person that she had saved from the creepy waitress, she watched as they talked, "There talking is odd first she is talking about how this isn't breakfast and then it looks like the wolf is talking..."No, wolfs can't talk, I'm thinking madness... Large wolfs, hmmm that rings a bell... anyway I should go get something to eat. Nah, I'll follow them!
Drygonsky - April 20, 2008 10:16 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky sighed again, allowing some of his weight to be carried by the large Dire Wolf that was striding slowly beside him, his head reaching up to somewhere between Drygonsky's waist and his shoulders. Drygonsky sighed yet again, allowing Paek to lead him and his friend, Langv to a nice place to eat something. The young human put a hand onto his stomach as it began to growl at him, hungry for food. I wish I'd remembered about that girl a little sooner... She seemed... Interesting.
I know you wish that you'd followed that girl, but you really need to stop brooding.
I know... I just-- Wait a second, how did you know what I was thinking about? That was supposed to be a private thought... Drygonsky thought towards the large wolf.
Well, I've found that I've been getting much better at reading your thoughts.
Great... First I've lost the girl and now a wolf that can read my mind...
Kat - April 20, 2008 10:56 PM (GMT)
Huh... how much longer, I'm getting hungry... Those three are very odd, that person keeps looking over at the wolf as if they are talking... The good thing is that they are unaware that I'm following them. But I am getting tired from jumping from rooftop to rooftop... hey theres a bar! I hope they stop there! Kat leapt to another roof and waited till they got far away enough that they couldn't hear her land, but close enough to her so she could still see them. She silently crept closer and closer...
Drygonsky - April 20, 2008 11:03 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky put a hand on Paek's neck, telling him to stop. Paek looked up at Drygonsky who looked as if he wasn't able to stand up as well. "I think we should stop here... I am getting more tired and more hungry by the second. Looking up at the sign, the three of them could tell that it was a bar.
"THE BLACKFISH BAR"
Although the name was strange, Drygonsky decided to stop because he was getting quite weary. As he lead the trio inside, Drygonsky spotted a table fairly close to the door. Sitting down there, Drygonsky looked back. Only Langv followed him now, because as Paek and Drygonsky both knew, animals were not allowed into many places.
I'll meet you back outside and try to bring some meat in a little while, Paek.
No, it's okay, Drygonsky. I've got... Other plans for now. Drygonsky looked over at Paek quizically, wondering what plans he was thinking of. Looking back over to the bartender, Drygonsky called, "Excuse me, could we order something please?" The bartender nodded curtly and called in some foreign language to a waiter standing near by with a couple of water glasses. The waiter walked over to them, taking long strides and eating up the distance quickly. "How may I serve you, madam, sir?"
The waiter sounded as if he had a slight French accent. Drygonsky smiled, then looked quickly down at the menu,
"Ummm... Can I have one Chicken A La Tiny and one Mashed Potato Stir-Fry, please?"
"Sure," The waiter replied, "And what can I get you, madam?"
Kat - April 20, 2008 11:15 PM (GMT)
"Hmm, that wolf is still there how much more waiting now?! Oh well, I'll risk it..." Kat put on her hood and jumped down she saw the wolf look over and pulled her hood down more, she walked in the " BlackFish Bar" and sat down at a small table near to the man and woman."at least she isn't that waitress." Kat muttered shuddering at the thought of that creepy woman."I wonder where she is now." Kat thought.
Drygonsky - April 20, 2008 11:22 PM (GMT)
Paek sniffed the ground around where the girl had been, Drygonsky! I found the girl that you were looking for! She just went into the bar and is now sitting at the table behind you. Try to make your movements casual, I think she is trying to spy on you or something! So, what do you want me to do? Drygonsky shifted excitedly in his seat, whispering soft enough so that the girl couldn't hear him, but Langv could, "Did you hear that? Paek found the girl!" Turning his head over, he could see the waiter returning with his order.
"Here you are, sir."
"Thanks." Using the waiter as his chance to peer over, he peeked at the girl from behind the waiter.
"... Sir, do you need anything more?" Slightly embarresed at being caught in the act, Drygonsky looked back up at the man.
"Uh... No, thanks."
So, what do I do?
Oh yeah, sorry. The waiter came over. Just hide somewhere where you can see the door, but other people can't see you, then tell me if the girl comes out or does anything that I might want to know about, okay?
No problem, Drygonsky!
Langv - April 21, 2008 12:27 AM (GMT)
She nodded at him and grabbed his shoulder. As they made their way down the road, she pulled closer to the side of the buildings as guards passed them. She did not want to be reconized at the moment. If only they wouldn't mind me stealing a bit of dinner. Feeling utterly nervous, she looked longingly at the alleys.
They made their way to the nearest bar. Not bothering to read the sign, she walked in behind Drygonsky in the door and to the nearest table. A young waitress hoped up to the table. "How may I serve you, madam, sir?"
"I'll...uh...have what he's having." She smiled sweetly as the girl hopped off. Stupid. I hope no one from the gangs see me... Several people dressed in white skulled tunics and black legging slinked into the bar. Curse my bad luck. Three of the men pointed at her, snickered and sat down. Grumbling something, she turned over and unhitched a dagger she kept down her legs. Drygonsky said something but she didn't catch it. Soon the girl was back with both their food and she nodded in thanks.
Drygonsky - April 22, 2008 01:16 AM (GMT)
(OOC: Uhhh... Langv, you're power-playing again and redoing events that already happened the way I told them... For example: Drygonsky was not led by Langv anywhere. Paek spotted the young girl, not Langv. The waiter is a boy, not a girl, which Kat also got wrong... So... I'll go with it again, but don't do it anymore, k?)
BIC:
Drygonsky turned to look back at the girl again, hoping she wouldn't see. As the waiter came back, Drygonsky quickly focused back on his meal again. The chicken was indeed tiny as the name suggested, and the mashed potatoes were good. Although the food altogether wasn't very good, it was certainly better than it had been at the last inn. The service was also much better.
"Would you like anything to drink, Sir, Madam?" The waiter asked them, setting down another Chicken A La Tiny and another Mashed Potato Stir-Fry for Langv.
"Ummm... I'll have your Blackberry Smoothie, please."
"Yes, sir." The waiter noted that on his notebook, eying Langv as she made her decision.
"Do you need anything more?" Drygonsky glanced over at Langv,
"I don't need anything. Do you Langv?"
Kat - April 24, 2008 04:46 PM (GMT)
Kat tensed up as the noticed the boy do some quick exited movements. Perhaps he had noticed her."Well I can't hide forever!" Kat thought. She took off her hood and cleared her throat and said " I believe I am the one you are looking for." she said in a small voice, as she got up from her chair and walked over to there table. Well, uh... Hello...
Kat - April 24, 2008 05:02 PM (GMT)
Drygonsky looked over abruptly as the girl began to speak. " I believe I am the one that you are looking for... Well, uh... hello..." Drygonsky sat there for a few moments, looking at her in amazement. She's just walking right up to me and announcing herself?
What? Sorry Drygonsky, I didn't hear you... What did you say?
She... She announced herself to me!?
Who? What? WHAT? The girl announced herself to you!?
YES!!!
Then, noticing the girl still watching him, Drygonsky quickly replied, "Ummm... Hi, I'm Drygonsky... Uuuhhh... Thanks for... Ummmm... Well, saving me!" Drygonsky noticed that for some reason he was blushing and felt rather embarrassed.
Well... She is kind of... ... .. Pretty!
WHAT? What did you say Drygonsky? SHE'S PRETTY!?!?
Yeah... Wait, WHAT DID I SAY? Errrrrr... You didn't hear anything okay? Nothing! She's NOT pretty!
Drygonsky's blushing increased, and he quickly stood up, mumbling towards Langv, "Bathroom... Then rushing into a stall, he locked the door and closed the lid of the toilet, sitting down. Drygonsky sighed.
(This is supposed to be logged in as Drygonsky)
Kat - April 27, 2008 03:44 PM (GMT)
"Bathroom..."the boy said before rushing off. Kat looked at the wolf in interest, than looked at the girl he was with."I know them but from where?" Kat looked at the girl once more and nodded her greeting."Hello uh... Lav Lanz, uh... losv? Uh....Oh! Is it Linev?! Oh! Sorry... Bathroom!" Kat said using the same excuse as the boy did. "I remember that girl, boy, and wolf...But from where and when?I don't know..."
Langv - April 28, 2008 12:23 AM (GMT)
The waiter came back, asking for more, but she shook her head. She was more interested in the next scene. A young girl glided up to the table. Langv watched as the young man stood there blushing. The young woman, or more so ever girl, was quite a beauty. She had jet-black hair and purple eyes, which instantly put Amzela in her mind. She looked like she was born a fighter and clearly was marked a thief. Her slender body and her graceful movement was sure to attract any man and make them mumble. Drygonsky was surely one of them. "Ummm... Hi, I'm Drygonsky... Uuuhhh... Thanks for... Ummmm... Well, saving me!" he managed to get out. Langv hid a giggle and put on an actor's face. Drygonsky stood there, speechless from some more seconds before muttering to her. "Bathroom..." He dashed off. Langv, confused for the moment stuttered out. "Bathroom? But we have--" she cut herself off before embarssing him further. Everyone was staring at her. It was now just between her and the girl. The girl was the first to break the silence. "Hello uh... Lav Lanz, uh... losv? Uh....Oh! Is it Linev?! Oh! Sorry... Bathroom!" she stuttered out. Soon, Langv was by herself, not knowing what happened. She started to sit down before eyeing the large bags of money sitting on the counter. Her eyes gleam with a flame as she looked right and left before slipping down to the counter. She swiftly grabbed the bag and made a dash to the door.
"Thief!!" someone screamed behind her. Not caring about what mess she made, she slashed out her saber, stabbed her way through the crowd and made a dash to the door before someone called in the guards or a knight would step into the mess. She managed to hear screams of horror as blood soaked her clothes.
Drygonsky - May 1, 2008 12:16 AM (GMT)
Drygonsky quickly got over his embarrassment, then once he stood up, decided to go to the bathroom like he said he would. After he finished, he went to the sink and began to wash his hands. He heard shouts of anger and several cries of: "THIEF!"
Wondering what mischief Langv had gotten herself into, Drygonsky rushed out, accidentally leaving the sink on.
"Langv!?" Drygonsky called.
Hey Drygonsky, I think that Langv just did something drastic... I have no clue what, but people are yell--
I know... I'm investigating.
"LANGV! PUT THAT MONEY SACK DOWN!" Drygonsky yelled once he found out what had been going on.
Apparently Langv stole someone's--
I know... I heard you screaming from all the way out here...
Langv - May 1, 2008 11:02 PM (GMT)
Langv whipped around when she heard Drygonsky scream out her name. The rest, she didn't comprehend, for she was knocked down with an oomph by a large looking brute. Being mighty thin and super tall, the guy couldn't grab the money bag. Her legs, fat with mucles, kicked him and started scurrying up. A dagger shot out of no where and ripped open the sleve of her long tunic. Though it barely scratched her skin, she could see a large, straight red line between her intertwining 'tattoos'. Rage came and, before she knew it, her saber was out and she was attacking with all her might. She snatched a few coins, threw the rest of the bag on the counter, and dashed out onto the streets.
It was getting pretty windy when she sat atop the roof to another inn, three stores down the road. The incident left the inn in a mess. It had been only a few minutes. Her short hair danced like a flame in the wind. Weither or not Drygonsky would find her, she knew after that guards would be on the look out for days.
Drygonsky - May 16, 2008 12:41 AM (GMT)
Paek began to peer inside, trying to see all that was going on through the tint of the windows. Suddenly the door was flung open and Langv stormed out.
Hey Drygonsky, she's come out.
I know... You go ahead and follow her. Meanwhile I'll try to sort things out with the manager.
You sound exhausted... Are you okay? Are you surethat I should leave you alone? What if they get mad at you and attack? They could put you in jail!
I'm fine... And anyways, you know that I'm not defenseless. Go on without me and hurry before you lose her!
I won't lose her, Drygonsky, my sense of smell--
I know! I'm just saying... Nevermind... Just go! It's hard to do both a mental and physical conversation at once! And you're right, I'm completely drained from the day and this is pretty much impossible!!!
Sorry...
Hurry up and go already!
Paek sighed and scampered off to follow Drygonsky's friend.
