So here's my little problem. I signed up to be with the bad guys for the war back before I disappeared, but now my character has switched sides and I never deleted the password to the evil encampment. I really want to be in the war and I want to fight on the good guys' side. A little help here?

You can still switch sides and post in the war for the good guys, you just can't have the password to the light encampment (which really isn't that important anymore anyhow).
