(Open to only one other person)(Who wants to go hunting!?)

Jellian made his way into town, he felt a little lonely, and tried his hardest to be invisible. He walked through town stepping around people until he found a nice bench to sit at. His stomach grumbled, he hadn't eaten since the evening prior.

He wanted to go hunting, but he had not the equipment. maybe he should find a hunter, someone to hunt with, he can of course help, and they could split the meat! yes, a marvelous plan, they hunt I skin it would be just perfect a plan. not a sceme a plan. and both would win... but who would be a hunter?

The streets were bare, barely any people, let alone hunters, in sight...

The day was growing old, sun slipping in and out of clouds. Rayer was just about to turn in when the hilt of a sword caught his eye. He trotted over to the isolated bench, already taking pouches from his back. "Paladin right? May I interest you in some short swords? Chain mail? I can get you a bargain on some shields..."

It'd been so long since he'd made a decent sale, he seemed a little desperate. Often times people just didn't have the money. The town seemed to be going through a financial slump, and he'd have to leave it soon if things didn't pick up.

Still thinking about hunting, or food, anything that could please his stomach, he hadn't noticed the centaur walk toward him. "No money, and shields aren't much use in real combat, I like to stick to my hide armor anyways."

"You look like you haven't eaten a good meal in a while... bad buisness right?" Jellian smiled, "I was going hunting soon, just need an able bow, can you hunt?"

Rayer's expression fell, putting his items back with a murmur. "Bad business alright...of course I can hunt."

Well, things were going to pick up anytime soon, and there was the issue of food. He flicked an ear. "Okay, couldn't hurt. You thinking deer? Which forest? It oughta' be night soon, if we're going we should go now, or bring a lamp."

"Lets move quick then," Jellian said as he stood delighted. "I can hunt, and skin, if you can aim, I'd say we are set." Jellian stood next to the centaur, "I wall lead then?" Jellian asked "Or would you rather lead? fine either way with me."

Jellian held out his hand, 'shake,' he beckoned. Jellian was an honorable man, a handshke would be a sign of partnership, a bond that, if broken, would cause for an unsettling awkwardness between the two. The handshake, no better than an alliance, and no worse.

"You lead, I'm in the following mood today."

Rayer stared at the hand for a moment, then took it, "You know you're the first human I've seen 'round here for a while, I think your kind is becoming a minority, heh... unless you're half-elf or...some demon in disguise." Know that he thought about it, it was foolish to assume someone was human, so many things could masquerade as them, "You're not a vampire are you? Open your mouth..." His still hadn't disclosed a name, but neither had the paladin.

"Human, through and through, pure to boot." Jellian said, he even opened his mouth. His pearly whites were kept clean, he used a toothcleaner made from certain tall grasses, although once and a while, he accidently used poisonous plants. He never liked the occaisonal slip up... vomit was impending and unwelcome.

He closed his mouth and said, "Maybe I'll mave some venison stew, garlic for flavor, if you need anymore proof," Jellian chuckled hardily. He began walking "So what is your name? and what is your nationality?"
