Penetrating vision allows you to see through things. If you focus extremely hard, you can even see through walls. If you looked through a wall with this, then invoked teleport; could you potentially go through the wall? Also, could one use Far Sight to look a great distance, and then use teleport in that instance as well?

Definitely sounds feasible since teleport is based off of what you can see.
