Title: A long day...
Description: open to anyone...

Ataecina - March 28, 2008 11:19 PM (GMT)
The icy cold clear water smacked against Ataecine’s body as she skipped from rock to rock beneath the falls. Her lengthy hair and dress clung to her as though she was walking through an inferno of flames and they had melted to her. She made her way across to the waterfall to land and squeezed the water from her tresses and garments. The air was thick with moisture and her skin warmed from coming from beneath the falls.
She had been walking for some time becoming more and more misplaced as she continued on. She hadn’t the faintest of ideas of where she was going, only that she wanted to get away from her husband and offspring. She looked around feeling weary and drained; her feet had become raw over the course of the day. She never wore anything on her feet. She sat on a large stone and tied the ends of her dress around her knees before sticking her petite feet out into the rushing waters. She washed them and tore a ribbon of cloth to bind around an open cut on one of her feet. She tied her hair up into a chignon upon her head and began to walk again. She picked up a pebble and threw it at a tree it bouncing back into her hand. She threw it again, the next time hitting a small bird out of a tree. She grinned sheepishly and continued walking. She was becoming extremely exhausted but realizing she was hopelessly lost and she didn’t really long to return home either.

Eraspeola - March 29, 2008 12:58 AM (GMT)
Eraspeola walked around the water, eyeing it warily. His chosen form for the day was a tall human male with brown shaggy hair and a bit of stubble. He gazed into the water, looking at his eyes. He disliked the murky brown he had chosen. Looking around quickly, he looked back, closing his eyelids. When he opened them, they were hazel, leaning towards green. He smiled and admired it for a moment. For the hell of it, he gave himself a small scar on his upper lip.

Shrugging, he walked along. As he rounded a rather large rock, he saw a woman walking along. He watched her throw a rock at the tree, then into a bird. He cocked an eyebrow in curiosity and thought for a moment. Thinking nothing of it, he followed close behind. He smiled and scooped the bird into his palm, looking at it. It was a robin. That was one of the few types of bird he knew. He payed very little attention to animals, as his main study was on humanoid psychology and anatomy. He grinned to himself as he imagined the feel of his dagger sinking into human flesh.

Such pleasures were in his blood, having been taught so from the day he decided to utilize his shapeshifting nature into something a bit more fun. He saw assassination as a form of game, to see if he could get along without making a sound. There was no greater pleasure in his life than following through a plan successfully.

His mind was snapped back into reality, when the sunlight glared at him for a moment. He smelled burning flesh, and tightened his cloak. The steaming stopped and he watched the woman intently. She was a beautiful one, by any standards. He looked back down at the bird in his hand. Most women would be saddened by the death of such a small creature. He was certain she had traits not so common, especially among elvenkind. Interested, he followed.

His foot broke a stick, and he let his shoulders slump. He dropped the bird, not even realizing he was still in possession of the avian. "Sorry if i alarmed you. I meant no such action, had i done so." He spoke truthfully.

Ataecina - March 29, 2008 02:11 AM (GMT)
Ataecine continued slowly for a moment before glancing over her shoulder. "Why should you alarm me?" She turned around glancing at the scar on his lip before anything else. She ached to bring him more scars but stopped short of it and forced a smile on to her face. He was tall and although he looked human Ataecine felt as though she were deceived in some way. The way he seemed almost too humanly constructed; the stubble, scar, and the neatness of it all seemed to perfect to her. The thoughts only crossed her mind shortly before she nearly grimaced when she realized she had stepped on a sharp rock and pain exploded through her from the cut on her foot. She looked down suddenly irritated and kicked the small stone away, "Such a long way out here...would you happen to know where I could find rest for the night, or are you lost?" She looked back up at the man.
Her eyes despite her mind’s protest went to the scar on his lip. Her thoughts began to race wondering how he acquired it. In the pretense she was giving him a second to speak as she continued to stare. Finally she strained to turn her attentions to something else and looked up at his hazel eyes. Distantly she wondered what they’d look like filled with terror.

Eraspeola - March 29, 2008 04:39 PM (GMT)
Eraspeola merely smiled and shrugged. This woman had a strange way about her, an evil sort of sense. He smiled at her, stretching the scar a bit. "I'm sorry, but i don't. Nowhere near here, anyhow. I'm just wandering through." He adjusted the cloak a bit more, uncomfortable with the reflected light off the water. He backed away a bit from the water. He looked at the rock she kicked away from her, seeing a bit of blood on it. He shuddered and looked away. He had fed a while ago, but the urge was always present.

Eraspeola chuckled nervously and turned his attention on her. He bowed for a moment, keeping his eye on her. "My name is Eraspeola, and i'm just a humble adventurer, seeking my lucky break. May i ask your name?" He asked, coming up to look at her. The woman was beautiful indeed, but seemed as deadly and experienced as most. He loved the idea.

BrutalScribe - March 29, 2008 04:54 PM (GMT)
From his post on a mossy, moist rock above the falls, Terion watched the sudden exchange. Silence and solitude were normally his domain out here but today fate had brought him a few visitors. One was a stunningly beautiful woman that appeared far from helpless despite her daintiness. The other, well, he was sort of unnatural. Both were innately dangerous, he sensed, but this was not something that daunted Terion Blackwind. He stood from his croutch, with a hand placed casually on the hilt of his longsword. He cast a whistle over the falls drawing the attention of the pair.

"A lovely day for a stroll is it not? Perhaps I could provide lodging for you if that's what you truly wish..."

He looks at the lady with this latter statement and his smile hides a cunning gleam in his demeanor. There is a tense sort of static in the air of the situation.

It's been awhile since I've had a good conflict... We'll wait and see how this situation pans out though.

"My name is Terion, ranger of the wilds. What brings such fair meetings to my neck of the woods?"

Ataecina - March 30, 2008 05:05 PM (GMT)
Ataecine looked up at who had introduced himself as Terion. She caught herself rolling her eyes in annoyance. She had been thinking of all the ways she could dig her nails into the cloaked Eraspeola. She had noticed how he continuously adjusted his cloak and noticed his sensitivity to the light. “My name is Ataecine; I seemed to have come somewhere I do not know familiarly. I do not wish to return where I came from for now….so I suppose I need to find rest somewhere.”
And a boiling bath of blood would be soothing… Ataecine felt a grin returning to her lips as images of crimson swamped her mind. She felt the inertness that Terion had brought with him. Ataecine looked back to Eraspeola close enough to see all details of his face. She had noticed his every glimpse and how he trembled at the site of her blood. It too kept her smile as she imagined pooling blood across the soil. She took a few steps backwards, trying to keep it unnoticable. She blew out a deep breath, blowing hair from sticking to her face. Her feet were throbbing painfully. She sat on the ground, smiling again once she looked back up. She realized she probably shouldn’t have sat down but she felt herself swift enough should Terion or Eraspeola appeared offensive. She was feeling as though she were mocking them as she sat before them, unworried of their capabilities.

Eraspeola - April 1, 2008 11:58 PM (GMT)
Eraspeola licked his lips for a second as she sat down, showing the cut openly. He caught himself and shook his head humorously. He chuckled to himself and his eyes twitched hues slightly for a second, to a reddish color back to hazel. he smiled widely to cover it up. He was sure she had already seen, and he did not mind at all.

She semed to be looking at his face quite a bit. He wondered about it a little. Was she catching on? Most were not that observent, elf or not. But he was rarely in the light anyhow. He turned his gaze to the dead bird to keep his eyes from drifting to the blood. He fumbled around his belt for a flask. He seized it and took a drink, feeling the coppery liquid flow down his throat. the brief mment ezposed in the light reddened his face quickly. As the blood did it's work, he sighed.

The wounds healed quickly, switching tones. He looked at the elven girl. "So will you be wishing company? or do you want to do it alone?"

Ataecina - April 2, 2008 02:45 AM (GMT)
Ataecine bit down on her tongue as she watched Eraspeola's face turn red and back again. She could see him well from the ground and nearly jumped up, looking into his eyes hoping they would turn back to the red tone they'd taken briefly. She slowly got up, patting at her pants. She began laughing as she thought of how ridiculous it was. Her clothing was ruined beyond salvage. Ataecine force a mistrustful look on her face, frightened if she could manage it. She wasn't worried but feeling it would be odd if she agreed so easily to companionship.
”I wouldn’t mind company for now….but are you trustworthy?”
Ataecine walked closer to Eraspeola and tilted her head. Her eyes almost closed as she inhaled the perfume of blood. She could almost taste it on her tongue. Her eyes narrowed at Eraspeola but she hastily looked to Terion hoping that it went unobserved. Ataecine scowled in frustration, the pain returning to her feet. She wondered how much further it would be until she could find rest. She didn’t mind sleeping in the wilds but she would much rather have a room of silence. If she had no other choice she would find her head upon the ground for the night. She glanced at Eraspeola again. ’Do you want my blood? I wonder if I’m tasty...’
Ataecine smirked at her thoughts almost snickering aloud at her them.

BrutalScribe - April 2, 2008 05:24 PM (GMT)
Terion frowned slightly as he watched the pair of devious souls down below. It seemed he had inadvertantly stepped into a hell of a situation. These two apparently wanted to kill eachother but they expressed it in a strange flirtatious way. He didn't really know what he should do in this situation. He knew that no matter the outcome he couldn't have two inherrently evil powers brawling so near to one of his "outposts". With a sigh he swung down with one hand from a jagged, overhanging rock and landed half-gracefully in the pool below the falls with a sploosh. He waded through the knee deep water until he stood closer to the pair.

"I have a... um... hideout of sorts, about a half mile back that way."

He lifted his chin gesturing over the falls in the direction he had come.

"It certainly isn't a castle but I don't get many guests here. You would certainly be welcome Ataecine and you're friend too, though he says little."

He glanced at Eraspeola.

"I'd rather not have any stains on my humble rock floors though. Are you sure that rest is what you are really searching for out here?"

Terion raised an eyebrow in a questioning manner and looked from one to the other slowly. His sword-arm, of course, never went far from his hilt.

Eraspeola - April 2, 2008 11:20 PM (GMT)
Eraspeola grinned at the man. He had heard of rangers being around the place, and the man seemed far too kind for his taste. Eraspeola also noticed his tendency to not let his hand stray far from his sword. Eraspeola smiled and placed both hands behind his back as if in thought and seized a dagger under his cloak.

"What are you implying, half-elf?" He grinned, a bead of sweat running down his face. He glared at the man, calming down after his drink.

Eraspeola looked back at Ataecina and smiled. He was somewhat attracted to this woman, despite her hidden demeanor. The assassin looked her over quickly.

Ataecina - April 3, 2008 09:15 PM (GMT)
Ataecine laugh quietly at Eraspeola, "He is only suggesting we may have ulterior motives..." Ataecine’s laughter died and she looked over Terion without worry. She had met many of rangers such as him before. Ataecine hadn’t ever really had any thoughts of seeing their pain although she was beginning to find it appealing.
Ataecine looked curiously at Eraspeola. She was sure blood was similarly pleasing to him. She wrapped her hand around her wrist, sure to make it seem as though she were fidgeting with her hands. She ran her thumb over it and pressed down. The veins began to pop up a little and red circled her thumb imprinting it on her wrist. She pushed harder until her palm began to feel numb. Then she glanced at Eraspeola, ”I don’t see why we’d have any problems…do you?” She raised an eyebrow, a thin smirk on her lips. Ataecine admitted to herself she admired the men; Terion for not running away at the mere sight of mayhem and Eraspeola for his restraint. She could tell some what that he was a bit annoyed with Terion’s kindness.
She wondered what it’d look like if she took off his cloak, to watch his skin in the light. The shock of that unbearable pain in his face. Ataecine couldn’t slow her thoughts and images of peeling back strips of his flesh appeared. Wondering if he was capable of defense she speculated if he could win against her strength. She sighed at the thought of her lying dead against the dirt. Her clothing scarlet, soaked in her blood.
Ataecine wondered what she could do, could she lead him on and them crush each of his bones into dust, or cut him to shreds. She feared his thoughts echoed hers though. Although he was behaving calmly, alike to her, she nearly felt herself as blood sliding down his throat, soothing his body.
Ataecine’s lip twitched and looked into Eraspeola’s eyes. She was hoping to get a glimpse of his thoughts. She couldn’t hear their thoughts but she had very good instincts and they mirrored her body at the moment. They screamed excitement. They screamed challenge. She questioned if she’d get either.

BrutalScribe - April 5, 2008 02:11 PM (GMT)
Terion doubted if he could stand to these two in single combat. He felt a hot sort of wrath in his stomach in responce to the smug, plastic faced man, who called himself Eraspeola. He assumed that if he were to start a conflict, the elven girl would probably stick with her own rotten kind and defend the thing. He made a decision to continue calmly and try to deal with this in his own way, without outright combat.

"Follow me if you wish to find respite. Just watch your pet Ataecina..."

Terion turned and led the way up a path beside the falls with a crafty grin on his face. He hated cockiness. But, perhaps, he had a cure for that.

Eraspeola - April 6, 2008 12:32 AM (GMT)
Eraspeola smiled to himself, playing out a scene where he bathed in the hot blood of the man. He allowed himself the small pleasure he derived from the image and cheered up a bit, looking back to Ataecina. "Well, then. Shall we follow?" He asked in his idea of what the man would sound like. Without giving her a chance to reply, he followed the ranger, playing out various scenes with him, all ending as the first had.

"I resent the idea of being 'owned' by any man, elf, or other form...err...being, of any intelligence, as any said being claim rights over me, they surely lack that intelligence." he smiled as he walked, relaxing as the shadows became more frequent. The water, however, concentrated sunlight into random patterns along the area, making it a bit more dangerous.

Ataecina - April 6, 2008 02:13 AM (GMT)
Ataecine walked slowly after Eraspeola, surprised they'd turned their backs to her. Turn your backs to me fools? Do you want to die? Ataecine decided to ignore that they had been thoughtless. She closed her eyes and hummed silently to herself. Ataecine watched Eraspeola her insides bubbling as she thought of his anger towards Terion. She laughed aloud, ”Well thank you for your consideration, Eraspeola…” She didn’t mind that he assumed she’d follow, only that he had assumed something in general about her. She walked faster coming beside him, ”You should be a better pet….” Ataecine continued, trying to press Eraspeola. She wondered how easily he would become mad. She looked, smiling continuously, into his eyes. Ataecine grasped his shoulder over the cloak and smiled still, tempting herself. She felt the urge to squeeze until blood ran down her fingers and pooled in her elbow. She let go feeling excitement like fire in her. She hoped that she was near his boiling point.
Ataecine imagined the blood of both men staining her skin. She laughed a little and looked back at Eraspeola, ”It is a nice…day outside….” She had noticed his avoidance of the sun light, again it bringing little smirks to her lips. She had to force her hands to stay by her side and not holding him in the light.

BrutalScribe - April 9, 2008 03:54 PM (GMT)
Terion led the two hostile intruders, who feigned friendship along with his own deception, through patches of dappled sunlight, along a mossy path through the rocky, wooded landscape. He whistled a mournful little tune as he went, with a coy half-grin plastered on his face.

It's a waste. If this Ataecina was a different kind of person I could think of some other things I could show her...

He chuckled quietly to himself and looked back to make sure they were still behind him and not killing each other... yet.

"Come, don't fall too far behind this area can be decieving."

His boots held firmly to the moist, slippery walkway that led upwards through the rocks. His silver eyes watched them carefully. He couldn't afford to be assailled from behind, in this place, before he reached his prepared 'hideout'. At the crest of the little rise he turned left shunning the right path that would have lent to his actual home. The wind rustled the leaves above him and the black hair around his face. He rested for a moment to allow the other two to catch up.

Normally violence wasn't his first instinct, but especially in the case of the man, Eraspeola, he wouldn't mind choking his false face into lifelessness. Something about him got under Terion's skin. Still he portrayed innocence as he continued onward. There was a tension still in the air and he was rather certain of it's cause. The land itself was appalled and unused to such devious visitors. In time he came to his intended destination where he stopped and waited for the others to follow him. When the arrived he open the short wooden door and waved them in. There was a warm homely glow coming from within.

"Welcome. Go on in and make yourselves at home. It's not much but it's better than a bed of leaves."

Eraspeola - April 9, 2008 10:28 PM (GMT)
Eraspeola grinned and shook his head at her pet comment. his mood was quickly killed, however, as the ranger led them on. eraspeola smiled to himself, not in happiness, but in sadistic pleasure at his internal thoughts. He watched the ranger's movements quietly, walking along in complete silence. Eraspeola somewhat could tell Ataecina knew one of his secrets, merely by the way she spoke to him, and her constant reminders of the sunlight.

Eraspeola watched as they came to a small building and he looked around it warily before stepping in. A small patch of sunlight was on the floor, but that was it. He shook his head and brought his hood down once he was out of the sunlight completely. He watched the ranger untrustingly before laying down on the bed.

"Much better, thanks." He gave a yawn. "I might go right now..." He laughed as he lay there, looking at the woman. She was indeed different from most, seemingly a bit more blunt, but she also seemed to enjoy hinting at his weaknesses. If only the vampire knew.

Ataecina - April 10, 2008 12:07 AM (GMT)
As Ataecine walked into the small room, finding nothing resembling her home, and watching as Eraspeola laid upon a bed. She sat on the floor and unknotted her hair from its bun. She looked at her feet, grimacing when she saw them swollen and cut open in many places. She tore another strip of her pants off and walked past Terion outside. She stuck the cloth into a puddle of water on the ground before heading back inside. She washed off the wounds, masking the annoyance of pain by humming again to herself. As she finished she laid across the floor braiding and unbraiding pieces of her hair. She wasn’t going to go to sleep while they were so wide-eyed. “This isn’t your home is it Ranger?”
Ataecine forced her eyes to lock on Terion. They’d been hoping around, constantly falling on Eraspeola. He had revealed his face completely and Ataecine became eager to search it for more exciting terrors. Ataecine curled up on the floor and used her hair to pillow her head. Her eyes wandered back to the men, angered at her weariness taking over. She sighed and looked up.
Ataecine distantly wondered if she fell asleep, would she awake to the pain of a knife cutting into her. She decided against it again and watched them. Her feet throbbed in pain and she was beginning to regret meeting up with them. She hadn’t even gotten a little challenge from it.

BrutalScribe - April 10, 2008 11:05 PM (GMT)
Terion chuckled from his place at the door of the hideout, although trap was more like the truth. In truth it was really a glorified cave with a shabby wooden door on the outside. His silver eyes landed on Ataecina after lingering on the moss covered lever by the door that the other two had missed upon entering. He felt another short pang of regret at his treachery, another time, another place he might have had a good tussel of a different sort with the elven lady.

"No, Ataecina it is not my home. Unfortunately it may be your tomb. I am sorry about this but I have to keep my home safe and I think maybe you two need some time alone."

So saying Terion reached over and gripped the slimy handle of the lever. With a lurch he pulled the rusted bar down and hopped back out of the doorway. He frowned at the two sinister travellers as a deadfall of loose boulders crumbled from the ceiling with a tremendous rumbling boom. Dust chased him out into the forest air and he heard, as if from a distance, the cries of those he had trapped inside. He brushed the dust from his shoulder and stared at the rubble for a long moment, hoping he hadn't been mistaken about the feeling he'd gotten from the other two. He shrugged and reached in his cloak, pulling out a long stemmed pipe packed with a pungent herbal, tobbacco mixture.

"Farewell friends, I hope you enjoy yourselves in there."

He lit up the pipe with a loose flint he had in his pocket and walked slowly back the other way taking a deep pull. As he loosed a thick cloud of smoke into the air he wondered if they would be able to find thier way out of the maze-like tunnels that eventually led out of the back end of the cave without tearing each other apart. The thought brought a little smile to his face. At least the falls would be safer now. And he hadn't even unsheathed his blade...

Eraspeola - April 17, 2008 10:44 PM (GMT)
Eraspeola cursed as the ranger pulled the lever, dodging out of the way of a boulder. He swore colerfully and pounded at the rocks. He looked back to Ataecina, anger filling his eyes of the betrayal. He had no intention of harm, for either of them. True, he had his urges, but some things could be ignored. He pounded the rock again before giving up. Eraspeola sat down on a bunk in the darkness, eyes seeing all. His vampiric nature, having evolved in caves and basements, allowed him to see much in the darkness.

At that moment he realized he could simply walk out of the place. Why he hadn't thought of it before, he did not know. Eraspeola stood and smiled, walking towards the pile of rocks. He had looked into achieving the ability to walk through solid objects and had finally achieved it after finding a wizard. He approached the rocks and set one foot through the boulder before stopping.

The shapeshifter bit his lip and looked back at his elven companion. He did not know if she was capable of the same ability or not. At that moment, he felt somnething he rarely felt, he cared about her well-being. The vampire grimaced and stepped from the rocks. Sighing, he sat down next to her.

Ataecina - April 19, 2008 10:42 PM (GMT)
Ataecine hadn't been very surprised when the boulders tumbled down blocking the entrance. She couldn't see more than Eraspeola's shadowed figure move towards her. He had tried to get out in frustration and then tried again. She had noticed he had quieted the second time and seemed more confident. Abruptly he seemed to stop and come sit beside her. Ataecine closed her eyes and pondered over the situation. She hadn't expected Terion to be quiet so cruel to leave them to death. "Then...there should be a way out..." She spoke her thoughts aloud. She leaned forward coming on her knees. Her feet still hurt and until she could figure a way out she was not going to stand. She listened to the sounds, rushing water all around were the only sounds she could make out. She groaned in annoyance, "Can't you see anything?" She wasn't sure if Eraspeola could see but she sensed he could at least make out more of the room than she could. She felt a sudden wave of rage hit her and she had to freeze from attacking Eraspeola. An image of Terion flooded her mind as she thought of ways of getting back at him. She swallowed hard and sat back again. She looked to where she assumed Eraspeola would be. She could see him just barely. 'I'll spare his blood, for now....until we get out at least...althought it'd be so easy in here..' She looked around again thinking of the darkness. She nearly laughed at herself for believing it would be so easy in there.

Vytautas Qamar - May 2, 2008 03:37 AM (GMT)
Vytautas flew in circles around the trees, as if he was a moth attracted to the flame. His second pair of arms (which have an extra appendage attached to the wrist, which is as long as the arm and has a thin membrane running from the end of the appendage to the last ribs which allows flight.) angled so that he could fly closely around the trees, and if he wanted to change tree's all he would have to do is angle his arms away from the tree, thus would launch him. Which is exactly what he did. He launched himself toward the sound of running water. Being only thirteen inches tall he is able to manuver through the tree's with ease.
As he lands near the water's edge, he is extra careful to get a drink of water, because he can easily fall in. It is very common for his species to not be skilled in swimming. He cups his hands and takes a couple of sips, then he pokes his head up like a meercat to ensure there aren't any animals around to frighten him. After he finishes drinking he lays down under a nearby rock to take a nap.

Eraspeola - May 9, 2008 11:38 PM (GMT)
Eraspeola sighed once more before admitting himself. "I can see little, but yes, i can. That's not all i can do, either. I could simply walk out of here, without batting an eye. But where would that leave you? No, i think you're too smart to try anything stupid. Yet, anyway." He chuckled. The laughter stopped, however, as he heard his laugh echoed in the room. The room was much too small to echo, so there must be a back way.

"Come on, then. Let's not wait around. I think there's an exit in the back." He stood up and walked over to the back, eyes making out little. He cursed and reached into his cloak, pulling out a demon the size of a very small bird. He whispered to it, and it nodded. The red demon took off immediately, flying about the back wall. He waited a moment before it returned and tugged on his cloak.

Eraspeola looked back at the woman and chuckled. "Come along, then. No use in waiting here." He followed the pull of the demon and found the opening. It was a bit too cramped for his large, bulky form, so he looked back and shrugged. It was dark. His form twitched, shrinking slightly and thinning. He had taken the form of an elf, based off Ataecina's appearance. He crawled in.

Vytautas Qamar - May 10, 2008 03:53 AM (GMT)
Though Vyqams nap was short it fully energized him, now he can continue his journey. Before he decided to set off he watched the river, the waterfall, the tiny guppies in the still parts of the river. It was a beautiful image, to bad he isn't skilled enough to draw it. Being slightly disappointed in his lack of skill, he crouched down and leapt away out from under the rock. He began to fly around the trees once more, as if he were using them as obsticles while playing tag. As he was doing so he noticed some figures in the distance. Vyqams curious side took power. He landed on a branch, and began a simple technique, in which his species called frogging (leaps from tree to tree with almost perfect accuracy). He finally got close enough to see a person with a little demon-like being with him. Instead of just flying down and circles around them he decided to just stay in the tree and be hidden.

orka_jade - May 10, 2008 04:06 AM (GMT)
Orka swim up the river in the shape of an otter. He swims swiftly and with much skill going against the current. He arrives as a calm spot of the river knowing there was a water fall ahead he swims to the bank of the river and shakes off. He crawls on his belly trying to stay hidden as he reaches a bush and begins to glow. Orka reforms himself into a large red wolf with a its tail on fire. The wolf walks slowly toward Eraspeola, being careful and but looking harmless at the same time.

Ataecina - May 10, 2008 06:54 AM (GMT)
Atacine followed Eraspeola out, her heart racing as theyre feet landed upon dirt once again. She could hear quite a bit in their surroundings. She glanced at Eraspeola and almost took a step back at his sudden change in appearance. She slowly smiled, "Why such a wonderful form?" She hadn't really meant it as a question although it seemed to sound like one. She wanted to thank him for not just abandoning her in that cave. She would of found a way out eventually although it would of been a uncomfortably long time until she would and she would of been exhausted beyond imagination. She again seemed to remember the pains of her cuts and now scraps and scratches on her knees and arms from not being able to see in the darkness. In all her years never wanting to change she instantly wished she could be any creature with wings. Her thoughts drifted and she imagined herself a lowly gnat flying away to small to be stepped on most likely.
She looked around, noticing the wolf approaching. She glanced at Eraspeola wondering what he would do and faintly noticing how lucky he was that the opening to the cave didn't open to the sun. She turned her eyes back to the aparently innocent wolf, "As I know you are not blind, Eraspeola...why would it come near unless to bother...or I suppose to play..?"

orka_jade - May 10, 2008 07:43 AM (GMT)
Orka still in wolf form notices Ataecina looking at him as he sits and wags his tail. He looks at her with big puppy eyes as his stomach growls from hunger, he lays down and rolls over on his back acting like a playful little puppy. He then jumps to his feet and looks at her tipping his head sideways in confusion.

Eraspeola - May 10, 2008 10:34 PM (GMT)
Eraspgrinned at Ataecina. She seemed in a much better mood now, knowing what he could do, but chose to stay and help her. He was pleased with himself. "Why? I suppose i could have become a halfling, or something smaller, but i guess you... inspired me." He winked and turned his head to the wolf, curiosity in his eyes. He had softened some, after meeting Ataecina, but the wolf set him back on edge. It was more than it appeared, that much was sure. His pet demon flew back into the darkness of his cloak, it's work done now.

He glared at it and drew his cloak over himself, in case they came out of the cave suddenly. He stared down the wolf, confused when it rolled onto it's back. It's belly showed, usually a sign of trust among the wolves. He glared at it, blinking in confusion.

The flame from it's tail lit up the room, and he shied away from it. He had a dagger in hand and was ready to strike at any given moment. He did not know what to do next, there was no sure movement until something else happened. For some reason, he wanted to sweep down upon the thing and feed from it. True, animal blood was not as satisfying as human or elven, but it could do, given he was quite hungry. He was out of blood, his flask was empty. He would need to find a new source soon.

"What should we do with it?" He asked, unsure.

Vytautas Qamar - May 17, 2008 06:17 PM (GMT)
After observing the people Vytautas he turned around and took a leap and flew away from them. He decided he must continue his quest, even though its not much of a quest, more of a vacation. Vyqam looked at several of the plants and insects, and ate a sample of them. Luckly none of them were poisonous. Though one of the herbs caused his tongue to be numb. He left waterfalls, to find another wonderous place.
