The Salquedor Grasslands is a beautiful place, even more so if you are able to come at the time of the sun's set. The vision of seeing the now orange orb setting into the West of Eä can be breath-taking, and leave one in awe and with a bit of understanding. If in Lómëdor or Ondolond one can easily be swept up in the hustle and bustle of the big cities. The constant moving of everything. Is it not good to get away from such a thing for a time, even if just to see what some dub 'boring'? Kobushi could see and appreciate such beauty, for he was easily taken in by beauty. And one could not help but notice the heavy wind blowing across the lands without a storm. It was strange, but one such as Kobushi did not mind the cool and refreshing breeze.
It was not quiet, but the wind could carry the sound of anything traveling far, and apparently Kobushi was at an area that hear much from Estolad, the people working until the sun inevitably set in it's gorgeous exit. It would be hard for any such combat on Arda to take place, but as the Sun's setting is inevtiable, so is a fight somewhere. Kobushi's barrel sat to his left, and his staff leaned againt his shoulder lazily. Footsteps could be heard upon the ground, the wind was carrying it and alerting the Pandaren to somebody's presence. The steps were light, Kobushi could tell after several years of training. But what he could not telll was the race, until he turned his head. It was an elven woman with long hair that seemed to glisten in the light of the setting sun, and her eyes seemed to be a pale blue. She obsiousley wan't evil, Kobushi would know if she was or not.
There was a certain silence that was almost louder than the roar of the ocean, it filled her mind, as a reminder that the wind's influence had left her. Aurre'lisha was simply left to roam, and that was what had brought her to the open grasslands, as what better place would there be to find the wind than out in the opne where it would not be hindered by trees or city buildings. Eyes closed, she simply allowed her feet to pass one in front of the other as she moved along, hoping that a sign of trust would bring back the guidance she so felt she needed. Unfortunately, closing one's eyes while walking over unfamiliar terrain usually leads to bad things, and this time was no different. The elven woman suddenly stumbled forward a bit, eyes springing open and hands flailing about just enough to manage to balance her body before she was to plunge downwards to the ground below.
A few random words slipped past her lips as mumbles, and once again she was looking off into the distance for some sort of sign that would lead her in the next direction to wherever she was supposed to go. Of course, she nearly had to rub her eyes when she saw what might have been that sign, curious as to whether it was that, or just a random being who had decided to rest, out here in the open, void of any comfort, as it seemed.
The sun was bright overhead, causing her to question whether it was playing with her mind, perhaps due to a certain lack of liquid refreshment since her trek into the sunlight. One hand was lifted to block the direct light that streamed towards her eyes, giving her some hope of discerning just what it was ahead. What she saw confirmed yet again that she had indeed come to a strange world. The wind rustled about again, a physical entity and reminder that she could feel what she had no bond with still, as if her mind was simply numb to it.
The time of day made a beautiful backdrop for this sudden discovery, almost as it to say there could be no evil within that which she saw, and if there was, she was prepared. Her feet returned to carrying her forward, deciding to approach what she saw, a slightly disoriented smile settling across her lips as she searched for the proper greeting, and failed at finding one.
