Title: Forgive me for my sins.

Aion - February 15, 2006 11:44 PM (GMT)
Light pours in from the stained glass windows of the sanctuary, laying quietly on the white cobble stone floor and glowing with tranquillity. People walk amongst the sanctuary quietly, paying their respect to the statues of the Arch Angles, who stand beside their Goddess and whom they pray will one day bring them salvation. Or in the very least, peace after death. Serentiy filled the atmosphere and a warm light bounced from person to person, and statue to statue; giving the building an even heavenlier feeling about it.

A dark clothed figure steped inside the holy sanctum, pausing only momentarily to gaze about the crowd; then continued to venture further into the sanctuary. The light danced off the flowing black cloak wrapped about them, till they stilled and knelt infront of a statue. A statue of an Angel of Forgiveness and Mercy. Gloved hands took position in prayer, and the hooded figure bowed it's head.

"Dear Angle," his voice was soft and soothing, speaking only loud enough so that the statue and himself could hear what he was saying. "please forgive me. I live a life of sin in my mother and father's name, a sin between the holiest and the eternally damned. I humbley ask for you forgiveness, in the life that I live I shame both of my kin, merely by being what I am."

Aion continued to speak softly, praying to the Angel he hoped would one day grant him forgiveness.

From behind the statue she listened in silence as the half-angle continued, this person was weird, not as weird as another person she knew, but still weird. She tied her tail around her waist as she climbed out of her spot. She silently jumped down, landing on all fours she looked to make a clean escape. Unfortunatly her tail came free and felt around the persons leg. She froze as she realized what happened and slowly turned around. "Hehehe...my bad. I didn't mean to disturb you in any way." She stood up since she was still on all four of her limbs, and looking around for any other means of escape. People these days...tend to misjudge demons. People like angels or anybody who has anything to do with angels. "Yea I'll...be on my way..." She slowly walked backwards toward the exit.

Aion froze as the felines tail brushed up against his pant leg, his eyes closing with a heavy sigh following. He stood up tall, cloak still wrapped about his figure as he stared up at the Angel's statue; violet eyes scanning over it's face.

"You are forgiven, but don't you know it's rude to listen in on a person's prayer, Miss?" he spoke softly to her, finally turnning around to face her, although his hood kept most of face hidden. Save for a few whitish silver stands that fell around his face. "The exit is over there, if that is what you were looking for."

He had no reason to be hostile, nor rude; even though he found he was in a slight position to be, he decidedly choose not to.

Daemona wandered silently through the sanctuary.
...Well. Here I am. In the Sanctuary of the Angels. What on earth am I doing here?? I don't belong here, I have no place among such beau---
Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard a voice, seeming to be praying, nearby. She ducked behind a pillar and listened intently....heh. How funny...Half Angel....She stayed behind her pillar and used Stealth so as to neither be seen or heard. After, all she usually only got these kinds of chances once every...1000 years or so. It would--heh heh---be a sin not to take them whenever she got them....

Jen Cerolinia - July 6, 2006 03:21 PM (GMT)
Jen walked up to the sanctuary of the angels. She had come her to pray for her mother who was...murdered by her father. Jen had been here before with another fallen angel as well. She looked at the fallen angel and thought about that fallen angel who broke his promise. Valdrek. He promised to help Jen when she was so hurt, lost and frightened. But that vow was broken and she refused to be concerned with fallen angels in the such. Since then the vampiress figured they could not be trusted.

Jen continued up to the statue memories filling her mind as she walked.
[COLOR=teal]"This was where Valdrek, left me."
She said to herself.
"Lance, Khan, and I watched him leave me with them. He promised but that promise had been forever broken and lost." Jen continued to walk up to the statue until she saw dried blood on it. That was when Valdrek had been pushed into the statue by Khan who was a formidable opponent but ended up being there ally in the end. The vampiress shook her head and fell down on her knees to pray.

"If there is really anyone up there..." Jen began. "...please take care of my dear mother. She was a great woman...and take care of my father as well...even though he did not mean till kill her....Im sure it was something else that drove him to do so. Please forgive my father." She added softly. Jen rose and turned to face the fallen angel. "I once knew a fallen angel....but he betrayed me...long ago. Tell me sir, is that normal of your kind? To leave someone when they need help the most just for pride? I do not mean any kind of harm. I just want to know why I am cursed with such horrible fate...I do not mean to be rude by asking this. So tell me."
Jen thought she could hear her mother's voice calling her but she shook her head and waited for him to reply.
