Maya walked for a fair distance, her mind set on finding somthing, though what, she still wasn't sure. This night was getting colder and colder, and the further she walked it seemed the closer she was getting. Yet.. what she was looking for she wasn't entirely sure. Spotting a small bunch of tree's, Maya rushed over gratefully, and sat down, resting her back on the thick back. It had been an odd day for sure, and she was getting tired of all walking.
Nightfall was fast approached, and Maya couldn't help but eye the Graveyard. It was creepy, and if the rumours where correct, the dead walked this area at night. She would leave when Nightfall came, for sure. But right now... Maya stretched and get herself comfyer, closing her eyes and bring her hood of the cloak tighter about herself in a desperate attempt to keep warm. Just a small nap. Her eyes closed, and ever so slowly, Maya drifted off into a wonderful slumber.
It was cold when she finely woke, which was odd, since the sun was at it's highest peak. Sitting up really fast, she looking around shocked, aware that the sun had, in fact set. How had this happened? Rising to her feet, Maya shook off the dust and slowly her eyes scouted the area. The only light was from the moon, risen high above her, and also from the off twinkling star. How it had gotten so late she did not no, but she knew that god knows what was probably also awake like her.
Taking out her Katana, she stood poised... ready.
