Title: A first time in Talche'el
Description: [p]

It had been a long and hard march through the Taurerosa Rainforest and he wasn't looking forward to the trek back through it in the slightest. The bugs had been horrible and he had been bit and stung so many times his whole body began to itch. Though the itch wasn't a real problem he knew after a while it would go away. Either that or he could do something about it but what about the itch he couldn't quite reach. An itch you can't reach borders on the point of torture. He would have to try and ignore the itch in the days to come or hope that it goes away.

He had been traveling through the rainforest for the soul purpose to get to Talche'el. This place was mostly populated with lizarains, lupines, and werewolves but there were also others as well. At least this time his reason for coming here wasn't due to some mission or assignment. He had come here simply because he hadn't been here before and he was in the mood to learn more about this place. He knew that once before this city was the capital of a mighty land naga civilization. He was really interested in learning more about them.

Now on the outskirts of the city still near the edge of the forest he checked to see how much of his supplies had made it through the woods. Before coming he had prepared quite a selection of foods from a basket of fruits to even some cabbage. He also carried a few needles as well. They really didn't have a use, more like he kept them because they had belonged to a friend from her childhood. She had often ran about thinking she was some sort of ninja. Her favorite saying as she did this was Nancy Norton never needs new needles. Which held true as she had all ways carried them around even after they were taken several times.

All his other usual equipment was fine. He wasn't sure if he would need any of it he wasn't expecting a fight but he had heard that outsiders weren't liked that much here. With everything checked he began to make his way into the city. Along the way the first thing he noticed were the lizarains. Most of them would just glare at you then look away. One however so displeased at seeing a human got a top a roof and drenched him in some unknown liquid. He was completely soaked and quite a bit of it got into his mouth as well. He was shocked to find out that it had been wine, which was the last thing he wanted in him. He had problems in the past with the stuff and didn't want to get hooked again. The wine tasted just like bathing water. Whoever this lizard was most have used it for something other then drinking. He could tell cause he had once almost drowned while bathing cause he had been drinking at the time as well. He would need to dry off if he was to continue further into the city. After all he didn't want to keep going like this. One the plus side the wine seemed to have cured that itch he had . If the itch came back however he was sure he wouldn't go through such a thing again to get rid of it.

It seemed however that the stupid lizard wasn't finished with him. Whoever he was he seemed to really hate humans, or perhaps the thing was just insane, but he seemed rather effusive when it came to that subject. It charged, as if a hippotamus about to pulverise him. Luckily it didn't have the size or mass of one as he was easily able to side step the thing as it continued and crashed into a wall.

It took a while but he finally found a place where he could dry off and switch out his cloths without anyone watching him. Now dry and ready to continue he hoped he didn't run into another like that lizard. As he walked out the door however there seemed to be a rather large crowd. He wasn't sure why but he didn't want to stick around to find out either. Trying to get through he realized that he might have still stunk of the out wine. That would most likely draw unwanted attention. While most were looking away he checked to find out. Yep he still stunk of it, with that in mind he choose to go around the gathering then through it.

In a new section he found this area much more empty. He liked it better this way but as he continued down the small dirt road one of his older problems returned once more to bug the hell out of him, another itch. Once again this itch was out of reach. It must have been the same itch come back to haunt him. Could an itch do that? He wasn't sure but if this itch came back again after this he would have to hurt something, as it was bugging him that much.

He did his best to ignore it. If his friend had been here he knew exactly what she would have said. Itch, Itch, Itch, Is that all you can complain about. Come here and I'll give you something to complain about. With that in mind, bring up alot of bad memories from his childhood he tried to push everything out of his mind as he continued on.
