The wind blew hard. Snow was cold and bitter, and climbing a mountain in this kind of weather was the worst thing ever. Why was Jade always in positions when she needed to do rigorous things for a quick assassination. The payout was gtreat, but the weather was horrible. Any normal man would have quit long ago. Why did jade not quit. Jade was a woman who liked the smell of gold more than the labor of getting it. What ever had to be done to get the money she would do it. If it meant surviving the cold then let it be done.
Today’s convict was a murderer who had a bounty of over 2000 gold. That money was enough to settle down for about a month or two in jade’s eyes. She wanted the money so she would risk her life in the biting cold to get it. She climbed the mountain slowly but surely. She clung close to the wall as her muscles guided her up the mountain.
The man was a dwarf that happened to live in a cave. Why was she always after short people? Jade quickly reached the top of the mountain where she saw the cave opening. She ran inside only to find gold everywhere. Would she really need to kill him then with all this gold around?
