Description: Private to Zenny's alt. Nero Black

Saranduil Eläthien - February 7, 2008 02:38 AM (GMT)
A light dusting of snow fell from the morning sky, it landed upon the shoulders of a strange mountain. It raised high above the rest and its peaks were more like the merging of two. The great mountain was so high that there was a soft and gentle sense of stillness in the air. It was thin this far up, to thin for human life. No human rested upon this peak today in the morning's light. No humans indeed. With a flurry of snow and ice the mountain shook and quaked. It was an unusual sight, the barren wasteland atop the sun's closet friend teemed with life. Mist and white snow flew into the air masking the top of the mountain with an eerie glow under the morning sun. When the mist began to fade a majestic sight remained. Rare and virtually unknown Dragon silver in color stood atop the rocks. Its claws clung to the surface of the terra, its tail swung in the gentle breeze. This massive beast stood high in the air as if stretching itself to merge with the sun. When its neck had reached its full length the dragon let out a massive roar. It was deafening and yet mesmerizing. Painful to the ear yet you could not shield yourself from such raw and natural beauty.

The great beast began to relax its snarling face as it looked to the sun with wonder and care. His cold scales warmed in the sun, soon he could take flight. The beast surveyed its surroundings carefully, seeing that it was in no danger the dragon looked on into the distance. Suddenly a bright light below him caught his attention, looking closer with a gleaming eye he noticed without much care that his roar had caused an avalanche. Spreading his great wings the dragon shoved its feet deep into the mountain top and as the rock crumbled under his weight the dragon began to rise high into the air. Allowing plenty of distance between the peak and its tail, the dragon turned downward sharply and swooped low toward the source of the light. The creature’s scales let a rainbow colored glow as it speed down the slope of the mountain. The creature carefully calculated his landing distances and with an upward motion it flew upward slightly to land upon a large pair of boulders within yards of the light source. Saranduil was surprised to see a creature with interest it peered closer.
