Xuvin walked into to small town, it was a rundown village, most of the houses looked as if they would come tumbling down, in a strong downpour. Most of Estolads people were human farmers; there was also a small market, but nothing worth looking at.

The drows eyes darted around looking for potential enemies, there were many about, every on seemed to be starting at him with hatred in their eyes. The dark elf shook his head and continued to stroll down the street looking for a proper place to eat, and rest.

He found one, and the inn was as attractive as the rest of the town, its once panted walls were now chipping, and the roof was missing some of its wooden shingles. "How beautiful." the drow sneered, he turned around when he heard the crash of broken glass, and a thump, tuning around Xuvin saw a man laying on the ground not ten feet from him. "Barbarians." he muttered disgustedly and went to open the door.

As the drow stepped through the portal into a semi large room, he looked about taking notice that this seedy tavern held more cloaked figures, than he had seen in most of travels on the surface. The dark elf took a seat at a small round table, towards the back of the room, as he sat down some drunk got up from his set and walked over to stand in front of the drow.

The drunk's closed fist smashed down on the table, as he demanded "Whosh you think yoush iss drow, yoush a pig, gets out of my bar." a chorus of shouts followed the drunk humans words as well as the metallic sound of knives being drawn.

The drow shook his head, and closed his mouth, before the words he was thinking came out, and took a deep breath, inhaling as much smoke as air, from the filthy tavern. "I'm Xuvin Firefingers, if you do not wish to learn how I got my surname then I would leave." Xuvin said trying to bluff his way out of this one.

Star had walked into the bar ontime for work for once. It was a bar full of smoke, stink and drunks. But it made sure that she got gold every week. And she needed it, she was new to the realm and needed the money. She had walked in late when only drunks were there, she put on her apron over her skirt and walked over taking orders, they all said aweful things to her but she simply ignored them, she did have emerald eyes and slik black hair, blood red lips. And she had a power that could vex any human. She was a vampire. She had a charm that dripped from her white skin that no human could accomplish, her apperance held her vampire name well, Consort of the flesh or Empress of angels though only fellow vampires called her this.

Star had been taking orders when she saw someone who was not drunk and not human step in, immidiatly her drunken boss walked over and started yelling at him. She rolled her eyes and walked over to him, she looked her angry boss in his eyes and smiled. "Its ok, I'll take it from here." She stared at him until her emerald eyes bore into his mind and swayed it, ti took a couple minutes but it worked.

Star stood infront of the man and smiled, but they expected her to get him out so she simply took a seat beside him and began to tell him the only plan she could think of. "Listen I need this job and I told them I could take care of it and if you dont leave I'm pretty much screwed so I have a plan." Her black hair fell over her shoulders as she spoke. "Let me lead you out of the bar, I will bring you drinks when your outside. But let them see me take you outside so I dont loose my job. Unless you have another job for me?" She asked pleading in her emerald eyes.

"The woman saved you." The drow sneered as the drunken man stumbled away, he could hear some of the knives return to their sheaths, and a few shouts of disappointment. The serving girl sat down at Xuvin's table, and spoke about a plan. The drow nodded listen, almost after the fact he noticed that she was very attractive, to much so to be working in a place like this.

But as she talked the dark elf caught sight of elongated canines, the teeth looked as if they had been sharpened to a point. The drow let out a small laugh she was a vampire.

"Well," The dark skinned elf said "I could probably employ you, what kinds of skill to you have?" Xuvin looked into the woman's pleading eyes. The drow got up from the table, and motioned for the vampire to follow him. Once they reached the door leading out he opened it for the woman and called out "I’m glad to be leaving this place, their ale tastes like deer piss." Xuvin closed the door when a few patrons flung empty mugs at the departing drow.

When he did ask of her skills she was sitting with utter shock, she didnt think he would actually take her up on that, and whats more is that she had no idea what to tell him, she had no skills other than those that came with being a vampire. The charm, the quick reflexes, and the agility. Other than that she had no idea.

She heard his little laugh when he stared at her teeth, she had only fed minutes ago on a deer and had forgotten to make sure her cannine teeth werent extended still when she went to work. She closed her mouth abruputly. But she was sick of this place and wanted to leave. So when he got up she followed.

They walked out of the bar slowly, men were throwing mugs relentlasly at him but shouting at her, when they got to the door he opened it and before going into the cool night air she turned and hissed showing how sharp and ruthless her fangs could be. The bar went silent.

Afterword the two were standing outside the moonlight making her pale skin glow. She smiled thanking him for taking her away. She couldnt help but laugh out loud when he told her their ale tasted like deer piss. And it did. She laughed her black hair flowing with her. She looked at him and smiled. "My skills are lacking, I can only take peoples blood, and be silent and have great agility bla bla bla because if you hadnt noticed by now I'm a vamipre." She smiled showing a row of white teeth along with two canine teeth sharp as daggers. "And your right, their ale does taste like deer piss." She laughed again.

Once again Roja Bloodbane found himself in Estolad, a great deal of the damage he caused from his last visit still remained. But as usual he did not know why he was here. Perhaps he would cause more destruction, but maybe that would not be the case on this stale night. But anybody who would say that would be lying because there would be something broken that night. Each step he took knocked dirt into the air and left a fairly deep footprint but the ground did not tremble by his presence. There, mostly in shambles, stood the inn where he started his rampage here, distinctive marks were left in the front of it aside a newly formed hole. Outside of the inn stood two people, a pale human and a drow. They did not look as if they would be any challenge. Roja peered through the hole and stepped through it, his step thungdered through the wood a bit and caught the attention of the drunken patrons.

There was a chorus of shouts and rejections as the drunken people threw their mugs at the Mighty half-minotaur. Wrong move. Roja Bloodbane let out a fierce roar as he took up a table and slung it at the drunken fools, hitting several and knocking them unconcious. The others quickly sobered up as they took cover. Bloodbane scoffed at them as they trembled. He walked back out through the hole that was made by what he thought would be a powerful being worth any effort.

As the drow and the vampire talked a large beast entered the tavern, from the shouts Xuvin heard out side he was not welcome. Trough one of the windows, the dark elf saw a circular table fly across the room and strike several of the drunken customers the rest fell silent. Soon enough the minotuar, reappeared through the hole in which he entered the bar.

"You," the drow said looking up at the tall minotuar, "I could have some use for you, with that mighty strength of yours, might I ask you your name good sir?" then turning back to the female, "And your my lady?"

Star stood watching in horror at the mess that such a large creature could create, but then again she could create damage if she wished too, he stepped out and the strange dark elf asked thier names, She still was just watching waiting for the minitar to reply, she would never tell them her vamipiric name but just her regular one, only vampires new her as the Empress of Angels.

She watied, never wise to tell strangers your name if you dont know the game they play and if you can play it too, she curtisied quikcly at the minitor and smiled politely.

When no one answered his question the drow continued speaking, "There is a group of drow bounty hunters, after me. I was looking for a small group of talented adventurers, to help me slay or at least scare the drow off my tail. Last time I checked there were around eighteen of them, roughly a quarter can use magic and the rest are warriors that studied in the school of Melee."

The drow looked both the vampire and the minotar up and down waiting for a response.

Star raised an eyebrow for a moment, the question was, what had they done to tick someone off that much? Did he deserve it and it was the 18 who had a right to be after him? But for the time being he was the highest bidder. So she for now would have to stick with him though she thought that being a spy would be soo much fun no matter how you slice it.

She smiled and at reply to his question she hissed and showed him her teeth that were as sharp as razors and could slice skin with the most ease.

The drow watched the beautiful vampire's face as she thought about her options. When she bared her needle sharp fangs and hissed, the dark elf laughed like a little girl, and said "I take that as a yes." Then turning on his heel he looked up into the primitive face of the giant minitour warrior. "How about you?" he asked.

As the night depend the group of drow bounty huntress put up a perimeter around the town, not wanting to take any chances and lose their quarry like they did the last time. He was a sneaky son of a spider, and they wouldn't let him escape this time.

The man laughed like a little boy, yes thats what her fangs did to most, scare them out of thier witts, good that she just fed other wise she would be staring at the blue vein in his neck. He was indeed handsome though. Something she could sink her teeth into. Star laughed at her own joke out loud, the minitor was simply doing nothing.

"Listen he can be your strenght" She said pointing to the minitor. "And I can be your spy." She said stating the obvious her vampiric nature let her blend in with the shadows nautrally and she could simpy spy on anyone that needed spying, seduce them and take thier blood if she must.

Xuvin looked at he girl as she spoke and turned his head looking into the darkness beyond the circle of light that the lanterns cast. "You go scout out the area, see if they have surrounded the village yet, if they have kill the one that stops you, if they havn't yet then look around for them." the drow said to the vampire and sent her on her way.

Turning his attention back to the minatour, "So are you in or not, if not we can find find some others." he stared at the monster waiting foar a reply.

Star rolled her eyes, she was getting fairly sick of him bossing her arround and the minitor doing nothing. "I'm going to go, I'm sorry, maybe we shall see each other another time, but unless I'm hungry and your food." She hissed and licked her lips. "I doubt it, good luck anywho!" She walked away with much finesse and her hair blew in the wind, thats the last of what the two saw of each other, the minitor watched in awe and the other, she didnt look back to see, she smiled and sent them a kiss in the wind, that was the end of that...
