Title: Meeting The Elfs
Description: OTA. *^_^*

Star Dust - December 17, 2007 11:02 PM (GMT)
It was her first time visiting Yomenïampa and Stella was rather excited. Not only was their home territory absolutely breathtaking, but the people themselves where something to admire. The all had an are of Nobility around then that Stella respected dearly.

She herself had gained pointed ears when she had been granted human form by Vaul. Her whole life she had looked for a place where other Pointy eared ones lived. And here she was. Checking out her appearance she sighed, and walked into what looked to her an inn.

It was quite empty, and so Stella left in a rush. She was unsure where to go, and so made her way to the forest ground, where she "frittered" about the trees. Her glow was bright in the shade of the trees, and many elves came up and admired her glow. She had received it from her days as a star and was indeed proud of it.

Stella looked unlike any other person. Her hair was a shimmery blond colour, a blue silk bow atop her head. Her eyes where like crystal sapphires, sparkling in the slight. Her figure was slim, and was covered with a tight blue silk dress. She had the outer appearance of a 16-17 year old, but she was much, MUCH older then that.

Atop her shoulder sat Azulu, the great white dove familiar. She too had the strange glow about her and people too admired her. Stella sat down at the base of a tree and watched nature pass. She loved nature, but being new to this planet saw she deserved not to prey to a god/guardian until she had visited there shrine. She had seen Vaul, next on her agenda she was not sure.

Before long it was night, and the stars came out, but by then, Stella was sleeping below the tree, dreaming pleasant things, until a tree branch snapped, rousing her.

"W...Who's there?" She stuttered, afraid.

Melusine Flarell - December 17, 2007 11:47 PM (GMT)
Melusine yelped. Her feet were so tired from standing where she had been talking with Aralishia that she thought she was going to collapse. Had that been a tree branch or her ankle she'd just heard cracking?

"My name is Melusine and I'm an elf. I think my ankle is injured," she said, pain twisting her face as she sat there in the dark.

Star Dust - December 18, 2007 09:12 PM (GMT)
Stella's eyes opened wide to the sound and she looked about, yet saw no-one. Was some body here? She would probably need to get higher to see the whole land. Fumbling around in her dress, Stella searched for her wand in a panic. At last she found and it, and drew it carefully.

Rising it, she called "FLOAT" And rose into the air. That was better. Looking around, Stella finely saw the cause of the noise. A elven girl. Landing, Stella rushed to her. "Hello Elven girl!" She called, then looked at her clutching her ankle. "Are you injured? I of no healing spells" She confessed, but looked around for help. "Perhaps i could support you to Yomenïampa?" She asked.

She felt alittle helpless, like she could do nothing at all for her. But if they could make it into the main part of Yomenïampa, surely the healers could help her.

Melusine Flarell - December 18, 2007 09:19 PM (GMT)
"I have only a minor heal spell myself. I don't think it would do much good here," she admitted. "I don't even know if I can get up, let alone walk all the way to the main part of Yomeniampa. Does that wand of yours... can it make both of us float? Perhaps that would be easier than walking."

Star Dust - December 18, 2007 09:26 PM (GMT)
Stella shook her head, but the girl had given her an idea, the next best thing. "But.." Stella went on, "I know what CAN!" Whistling, she waited. Nothing appeared to be happening, but Stella stayed still, searching the air determinedly. Finely, salvation came.

Azulu, the great white dove familiar flew down and landed on Stella shoulder. Stella quickly gave the bird affection, then went straight to business. "She is injured. I will float, so you carry her and follow me okay?" She asked and the bird's head nodded. Azulu could carry twice Stella's weight and so Stella felt certain.

Turning back to the Elven girl Stella kneeled by her. "Is that plan okay by you?" She asked, not wanting to be rude. She hoped the girl wasn't in pain, or badly injured. Perhaps it was just a sprain, and would be alright when the healers took a look at it.

Melusine Flarell - December 19, 2007 06:55 PM (GMT)
"That's fine." Melusine stood carefully and climbed on the bird. "I think it's just a bad sprain, but it is swelling very quickly. You're a beautiful bird," she said to Azulu, giving her feathers a gentle stroke. She wondered where Gil-Estel was, but she did not ask. It would not do to wish for him, even in her pain. She closed her eyes and tried to ignore the throbbing pain that only grew worse as her leg swelled more.

Star Dust - December 19, 2007 07:20 PM (GMT)
Stella nodded then pointed her wand at herself. "FLOAT" She commanded for the second time, and she rose in the air. Azulu flapped her wings, she soon was in the air. She followed Stella's lead, and soon they where touching down in the elven city.

Stella landed first, then ran to aid the elven girl. She supported her wait and spoke the the elves around her. "Is there a healer among you?"

Broken Wings - December 21, 2007 03:13 PM (GMT)
Yang stared as the floating girl and her companion drifted into town. He had seen stranger sights, but not many. Then he recognized the floating one. She was shouting into the crowd for a healer. He pushed forward, through the elves and to where the pair were.

"Stella" he said, kneeling down "what has happened, who is hurt?"

Melusine Flarell - December 21, 2007 05:38 PM (GMT)
"It's me," moaned Melusine, her cheeks streaked with tears. "I think it's just a bad sprained ankle, but- I-I heard a crack as I sat down and then it swelled so quickly. I hope it isn't broken, for I've only just moved here and have no way to get back to my flet. It's a special one that has stairs instead of a ladder. I was born with feet that have always given me pain anyway." Melusine was in so much pain that her breath was coming in gasps. She hoped there was a way to make it stop.

Star Dust - December 21, 2007 06:45 PM (GMT)
Stella stood listening, looking up at Yang often. She was scared, not because she thought the girl would die, but because she was worried for her well being. She was in obvious pain.

Looking up at yang, her voice was high and it cracked often. "Can you help her?" She asked worriedly, looking at the girls ankle, which had indeed swelled at least 3 times its normal size. The sight was quite ghastly.

Broken Wings - December 22, 2007 10:36 AM (GMT)
Yang knelt down by the girls swollen foot and examined it for a moment. He suspected a fracture, nothing major if it was treated soon.

"Just relax" he said, "I'll have it fixed in just a moment."

He laid his hands on the girls foot and closed his eyes. Saying a quick prayer to Loth he gathered his energy and pushed it from his hands. Little bursts of tiny blue sparks shot forth, sinking into the foot and reducing the swelling instantly. He pushed again and more sparks shot out, going deeper this time, right to the source of the inflammation, mending, fixing. After a minute, it was over. Yang lay back, exhausted.

"You need to rest." he whispered faintly, his breath coming in short gasps.

Melusine Flarell - December 22, 2007 04:30 PM (GMT)
She would have laughed if she hadn't been so confused. It was as simple as that? Really? Having only a minor heal spell herself, Melusine was in awe. Then again, the swelling had gone down a great deal. "It sounds like you need the rest more than I do," she said to Yang, "but very well. How long shall I rest?"

Broken Wings - December 23, 2007 11:35 AM (GMT)
Yang smiled at her statement. Exhaustion had taken it's toll on him, healing was not as easy as it looked. It took a great deal of energy to heal something, and even then there was no guarantee that it would stay healed.

"Just take it easy or the rest of the day" he said, "And I will too. Whilst you're here, why don't you take a look around."

He staggered to his feet and offered his hand.

"It's a beautiful day."

Melusine Flarell - December 23, 2007 05:43 PM (GMT)
"It is beautiful," she said. "I love it here. And thank you for healing my ankle. It sounds like it was worse than I thought it was, but I didn't want to panic unduly. I should pay you, but I left my coins back at my flet." Melusine blushed at her forgetfulness, but how was she to know she would be injured? "When I lived in the Misty Forest, the elves used to pay me for the use of my minor heal spell," she explained.
