The vast structure of the Parmamar library complete with glistening windows, and stone steps, laid with vast pillars composed of stone built upon the backs of workers who had spent night and day toiling away to complete the ancient vault of information. It was midday before a visitor had shown up at the steps of the vast building, a heavy cloak was draped about the figure's body, a drow to be more specific. She stood looking up to the vast structure of the library with the hood of her cloak held around her head tightly. It had been a windy day and didn't want her hair to be a mess once she had stepped foot inside of the library.

As the drow began to climb the steps up to the library, the wind began to pick up; a strong gust of air blew around the drow's body blowing the cloak left and right creating folds in the material as it bended and shaped to the wind's command. Keeping her hand firmly upon her cloak. Illiamynrae trudged up the steps as the wind continued to howl and push upon her keeping her back from the information she so desperately needed to know. The wind dramatically picked up blowing the hood of the cloak back off of her head and flowing in the wind as it stayed attached the cloak. The streams of snow white dyed hair, as well as a few strands of natural red/auburn hair began to blow in the wind.

" Xsa'ol... " Muttering a small curse underneath her breath as she kept her left hand firmly placed upon her cloak, while her right hand began to try and get her hand under control. Once she had reached the door, the wind still hadn't ceased it's consistent howl as it continued on. With her right hand the drow instantly shot out toward the door handle with her fingers wrapping around the gold plated knob. With a quick turn of her wrist and a slight tug, the door opened revealing the contents of the library, The drow quickly stepped into the library and pulled the door to a close forcefully. Rubbing her hands together trying to warm them up the best way she could, Illiamynrae began to look around the library, looking to the vast book cases that we're all around.

Pulling the cloak off of her body with a tug, the drow threw the cloak upon the back of the chair, and began to look around the library once again. " This could take some time to find... "

The Dark Artisan - December 21, 2007 02:27 AM (GMT)
Declan had seemingly made his way into the Parmamar Library unscathed, something not quite oftenly seen as the Dark Artisan wasn't a particularly favored man among crowds. Being the cynical man that he was, Declan peered over the residents of the library, muttering under his breath a curse-word for each citizen that passed by him, although not loud enough to disturb the grand library's tranquility which he admired to a high degree.

The artisan soon stumbled upon his prize however; a book. A book which had been engraved with figurative "runes" on the cover which, in a glistening sparkle, spoke for itself as the runic text revealed a subject far more hideous than the spectacle which lay before Declan, the art of human sculpturing, a technique long forbidden and archived by the citizens of Lomedor.

Declan took a seat as he absorbed his mind into the book which he had grasped tightly into his hands. His cold, sinister, eyes were soon met by those of another passer-by, perhaps a person who had been here before him, a drow. Interesting species they were, at least according to Declan they were. He had never even dared to tamper with the complex bodies of the Drow, figuring that they seemingly graced themselves as animant statues subconsciously in real life. Declan couldn't help but grin, as he decided to take a seat far closer to the drow, although still maintaining his distance as to not intend to invoke fear. As Declan inched towards the drow however, his eyes had been caught up in his readings, preying over the book as if his eyes had been lazering a whole in the pages.

Biting her lower lip softly as she read over the words of the first book that she had taken from the shelf. " This can't be the only one... " Getting up from her chair rather quickly, almost toppling off the chair that she was just sitting in as she rose up with her hands firmly on the table. Her eyes had caught the attention of someone that was close by, though she hadn't even noticed that someone else was even in this library. They more than likely wouldn't have been any help for her cause at this point, the books seemed to be her only source of knowledge of the dark at this point.

Walking back to the shelf of books with her fingers slowly moving from right to left, As her eyes followed her finger. " There should be another one.... " Muttering underneath her breath as she continued to search for the text that would reveal the answers to this land as well as confirm a few of the questions she had about her past. Once the book had been found, her fingers gripped themselves upon the binding of the book as she quickly pulled it off of the shelf and moved back to her seat. Once sitting back down and looking to the first book she had earlier, Ila began to flip through the pages of the second book.

As she placed the second book on the table and began to read through the pages as she slowly moved her thumb up to her mouth softly biting onto her fingernail. Her eyes shifting back toward the person that was close, Still quite curious if he may shine some light onto the questions that she had in her mind about the land. It would shave off a lot of time she would be using at the library.
" Excuse me... " Turning her rose-hued eyes toward the person that was rather close, hoping that he wasn't to busy into his book that he would take some time to help her with her questions. " Umm, excuse me, but I have a few questions and was wondering if I could ask you. "
