Umiko spat and spluttered as the teleportal to the other world faded in to nothingness with a whizzing sound. Well, at least they had put her near water. What was she doing in exile anyway? She really hadn't done anything that bad. She was just chaotic, that's all. She was trying to protect her land, as their Sea Queen, their Aliikai. There were just too many evil beings around, that's all, beings who didn't really understand what she had been doing. And now she was alone in a country she'd had no idea existed until she'd hit the water. Ugh, it was salty. And worse, what if any of her spells didn't work here?

Triella had laid out a blanket on one of the sandy-beaches on the remote island. LaPlace had dragged her out here to wait for something or other to happen. Most likely he was avoiding some hunters in Lomeador or something. So they had to suffer by being dragged out into...uh...nowhere.

So trying to make the best of it, they'd chosen to work on a healthy tan. It was always better to be thought of having come from somewhere you didn't. In this instance more southern territories than the north where she'd come from.

Half-asleep in the warm-glow of the sun, she mumbled something about LaPlace making too much noise. Granted LaPlace was nowhere to be seen and it was Umiko making the noise, Triella wasn't entirely conscious to hear the difference...
