Title: A Forbidden Darkness
Description: (p)

Ashley - November 25, 2007 05:25 AM (GMT)
For the past couple of days Ashley had felt eyes on her, looking, thinking, surveying eyes that showed curiosity and evil. Planning and decite. Times she thought she would have to run from invisable things. But other times when she felt as though she should run to them. So, in short, she was utterly confused. Very and uterly confused.

So there she stood at the port over looking the sea. Thinking about the situation at hand. I might just be overreacting, maybe just more guys than usual find me attractive.... She said not convincing herself.
Ashley now heard the voice of her familiar in her mind as he nuzzled her leg for a moment. Its ok, your just being paranoid. Dont worry, all will be well. Her familiar told her.

But her wolf was wrong, behind her she heard a deep laugh, and she felt again the prying eyes that had been watching her for the past few days, and the smile, the smile that invited her to a darkness so luxurious filled with power and lust. But she felt she had to move against it, it was all a game, a game of chess and now the dark side was preparing to make their first move to win.

Tybalt - November 25, 2007 11:32 PM (GMT)
Tybalt kept to the shadows, stalking his prey. His fangs were aching to slip into flesh and seep the blood from it. He shook his head to clear the thought away. He needed to take her alive, not as vampire food. He growled, finding an opening and leaping at her, sword drawn.

Ashley - November 26, 2007 12:01 AM (GMT)
Ashley now could see one of the pairs of eyes that had been watching her so faithfully, but this was only one, she could still feel others, but from the looks of the situation she would have to take them one at a time, this one came, roaring with fangs and sword.
Ashley drew her own sword as quickly as she could and blocked his attack. Their swords clashed together like angry lighting, her dark brown hair fell over her face, her aurmor shone in the moonlight, her wings out for defense, her green eyes filled with an emerald fire. Ashley's small body moved gracefully through the air with the sword. But there she stood, their swords making an X two blades together, one only inches away from her face.

Tybalt - November 26, 2007 01:07 AM (GMT)
Tybalt jumped back from her block. He grinned, so she had some skills with her toy. He jumped at her again, swiping his blade down low and following up with a flurry of slashes towards her torso. He snickered, his cape billowed out behind him with every slash. His fangs were throbbing however, he would have to quench his thirst after this was all done with.

Ashley - November 26, 2007 01:21 AM (GMT)
Ashley kept on fighitng, but she could still feel eyes, more powerfull, more wanting. But, for now she would have to ignore them. He kept on going for her small torso, where some of her skin was bare, for her armour was protective, but for looks also. Ashley jumped back and kept on blocking, but one got through and scraped across her stomach, and blood began to seep out of the wound. She saw he was a vampire, and maybe, this, her blood could distract him from his sword, she took her own sword and made the gash sligthly deeper, more red blood seeping down her stomach. This, she was hoping would be his weakness.

Ashley was distracted when she saw a tattoo on his wrist as he moved, it was a picture of a dragon with a serpents tounge. She stared at it for a moment forgetting she was in a fight.

((OCC: All cult memebers that are trying to kidnap her have this tattoo))

Tybalt - November 27, 2007 02:38 AM (GMT)
Indeed the blood was distracting, and he instinctively went into feeding mode. He attacked viscously, though not without thought and awareness. He attempted to blast through her defenses to reach her neck and take his fill. He was hungry now, and he didn't care what he needed to do he wanted her blood.

Ashley - November 27, 2007 03:04 AM (GMT)
Ashley took this chance, he had paused, frozen in a deep kind of trance that she didnt understand. But, she took that time, she went at him with her best reflexes and weilded her sword, he blade shinning in the moonlight, so sharp it could cut the finest of bark in a clean scrape. Her sword made contact with his stomach, and there it lay, in his stomach, but he was unphazed, she put her hands up to her mouth and her eyes became big. "No! no." She said desperatly willing it away, she turned to run but felt cold hands on her small shoulders.

((OCC this will be a good time to let soulreaper post))

Soulreaver - November 27, 2007 04:10 PM (GMT)
Kos'harn had been watching with interest for sometime now. He had been atop a large building, looking down on the fight below him. The vampire, the latest in a long line of henchmen, was doing well against her. He would have her in no time.

But then the vampire started doing too well, and was inches away from her throat. No! he thought, you must not kill her!

Kos'harn lept from the top of the building, half falling half gliding in his haste. He reached the struggling pair in less than a second, flinging off the blood thirsty vampire and drawing his sword, leaving the point to rest directly above the targets heart.

He made a gesture in the air, a shadow appeared; a Dragon with a serpents tongue.

"Calm yourself Tybalt, no need to get too...excited." he spoke to the vampire.

Looking at his quarry he spoke.

"It's been a while..."

Ashley - November 27, 2007 08:19 PM (GMT)
Ashley turned, She saw another one, this one taller and more sinister than the vampire who stood lusting after her blood. He seemed to have more authority some how.
Ashley’s head turned to the dragon with the serpents tongue in the sky, these were people of a same organization. One of evil and darkness. But why did they want her? She was only half daemon, and her angelic side ruled. This man also had the tattoo on his wrist.
Ashley’s green emerald eyes looked tired and scared, but her body showed strength, and bravery. Ashley’s white wings were out to their maximum and her brown hair fell over her shoulders. Her lean body stood, frozen.

Her voice came out as audibly as she could manage. “What is it you want with me? An angel.”

Tybalt - November 28, 2007 01:53 AM (GMT)
Tybalt snarled, the bloodthirsty tint leaving his eyes. "Apologies...an angel hmm," He crossed his arms, "Didn't you pulverize one's wings?" He grinned at the thought, he disliked the angels. To him they were all high and mighty, paying no mind to people that suffered and died. He kept tabs on her hand, not her blade, as he knew the hand was what told you what they would be pulling.

Soulreaver - November 28, 2007 08:19 AM (GMT)
"You are well informed my young man" he spoke to Tybalt, "I still need a few answers...".

Kos'harn allowed himself a smile as he thought about her the question. What indeed he thought. He reached down and wrapped his hands around her throat. She struggled furiously but he held his iron grip. Her breathing came in short, ragged gasps. But eventually she gave in, he was too strong. She was limp in his hands, unconscious.

"Thank you Tybalt" he spoke, "You have been of great use to me. I may consider using you in future."

Without a word he handed the vampire his reward and picked up the angel, before striding off into the night...

Ashley - November 28, 2007 09:53 PM (GMT)
Ashley treid to run, fly away, but it was no use, she felt the metal like hands close arround her long throat, she faught, slashed, and tried her best to fly away or to fight, but it did no use. Her aurmor plated boots were off the ground and her wings were becoming tierd. Her breathing hard, her lungs filling with much air but only some escaping. Her body felt limp and her head fell backwards, her dark brown hair and wings falling limp. The last thing she heard was about tybalt.

---------------------------

Ashley woke up eventually, she felt the cold on her exposed skin, her long, lean body laying on a cold floor. Ashley stood up abruptly, she was a a large room, almost like a quart made of black and grey stone, and the dragon, the one with the serpants tounge lay etched on the floor, and she had been sleeping on the outstreatched tounge.

Ashley's fear began to escilate, she was in round, dark room, alone. Ashley began to run, in any direction so find a way out, but suddinly she was pulled back by a force arround her neck. Ashley again began to panick, she felt arround her neck and felt metal, like a metal leash. She found the chain that it was attatched to and followed it, only to find. Him. Again.

Soulreaver - November 30, 2007 03:16 PM (GMT)
Kos'harn looked upon the pitiful creature, lying upon the floor. So pure, so innocent, so...good. It made him sick. I will rid the world of you all he thought, Not one will be spared as they fall before my blade. He continued to watch as the Angel stirred. It had been a simple matter to bind and gag her after she fell unconscious, then to throw her over his shoulder and carry her here.

The angel had fully woken and now looked upon his with a mixture of fear and repulsion.

“Torri de Neo Angelo” Kos’harn spoke, his voice as deep as midnight, “The tower of the Dark Angel; a fitting title, I assure you. You lay now upon the crest of my old battle standard, a standard that has not been raised in over 150 years.”

He gazed at it intently, as some unknown memory washed over him. The faces of people now long dead filled his vision. Vanquished foes, treasured friends, loyal servants… He snapped back to the present.

“The time is nearly at hand, I will raise my army once more, and the world will again cower in fear as I, Kos’harn, the greatest Warlord ever known will eradicate your race forever.

He walked closer, close enough for her to feel his rancid breath washed over her in waves. He looked into her eyes, conveying his malice for her race, his hatred, his thoughts of their destruction.

Ashley - November 30, 2007 03:36 PM (GMT)
Ashley now understood, she was angelic, and like so many others, he hated angels and all their kind. Ashley was ready to stick her tounge out but she didnt in fear of loosing it. What he didnt realize though, was that she was only half angel, the other half was demonic. That card I could play, to save my life. My demonic side could save me, painful irony I'd say.

Ashley looked for a moment at the dragon, so that is what it was. She was laying upon his crest, and for the last time she hoped. "If I were a dark angel, I wouldnt admit it. Its far too shameful."

He was so close she could smell him, she began walking in the other direction, but she was tied, she had to stay still which was a great disadvantage. But she stood still for a few moments before flying into the air and staying their as far as the chain would allow.

"You think I'm just some perfect angel, well then you would be wrong." She said angrily.

Soulreaver - November 30, 2007 03:52 PM (GMT)
Kos'harn continued to watch as she prowled the confines of his standard, the leash restraining her from moving further. It was taking a great deal of will power not to just kill her now. She spoke to him and he found himself wanting to listen. The things people say before they die. How I love begging. But he was to be dissapointed.

"Alas" he said, "for there is a feature that may have redeemed you. Unfortunately for you, it is your goodness that is your downfall, for none who's heart is pure may carry my sign. I am in need of generals. I shall have to dispose of Tybalt, he knows too much. This only leaves me with two others."

He watched her as she spread her wings and rose into the air, as high as the leash would allow. She spoke again.

"Wrong am I?" he asked scathingly, "I am never wrong. You are an Angel, a being of Light, and for this, I will destroy you."

Ashley - December 2, 2007 05:12 AM (GMT)
Ashley flew back down, her feet landed softly and gracefully on the stone tounge of the dragon, she looked down and scoweled for a moment. Ashley then decided to turn the tables, the leash allowed a good amount of space, and he was near. She stood infront of him as close as she could allow without gaging.

"Alas, you are wrong, I am not just an angel. I am half deamon, you didnt know that, you assumed I am full angel intending to kill me but if you did you would be killing your own kind which would be a stupid idea on your part. So you were yes wrong about my species, and you are also stupid to kill your own species. understasnd?" Ashley often mouthed off when feeling nervous.

Ashley sat down on the floor of the chamber, and put her hands on her sides when she did looking up at him with a slightly victorious look on her pretty face. Her eyes twinkled as if she had a plan, and she did though she didnt know if he had mind reading powers so she simply tried to to think about it for the next few moments that he spoke.

Soulreaver - December 3, 2007 08:31 AM (GMT)
Kos'harn just watched and listened as the Angel strode around and ranted to him. She came closer and continued to speak as if she were the one with the power.

"You are a half-breed?" he questioned, "No, there is no way, It's not possible. Unless..."

He grabbed her by the throat again, pulling her close.

"There is but one way to prove this. The only way you will ever leave here alive."

His teeth were bare millimeters from her face, his whole body shaking with suppressed rage. He grabbed her arm and pulled it out as far as it would go, leaving her gasping for breath as the collar dug into the flesh of her neck. Carefully he placed one rotted, haggard fingernail onto her forearm and watched as the black energy flower from him into her.

Shapes started to form, black things, swirling beneath her skin. They coalesced, broke apart, and reformed, becoming cleared and clearer as ever more of his substance flowed into her. Slowly a large shape could be seen forming, one that was all around them. After a minute, it was done. He let go of her arm and there, flowing from where he had touched, was the head of a dragon, with a serpentine tongue.

He stared at her in mild surprise.

Ashley - December 4, 2007 05:23 AM (GMT)
The metal collar dug into her neck, he then grabbed her only adding to the pain and anguish. Her breathing was very constricted, her breath shallow. Her eyes becoming very large. His aweful math was only inches away from her own mouth and it made her want to gag though the leash and hold had stopped that reflex for the time being.

A fingernail punctured her wrist and she screamed out in pain, not wanting to close her eyes for fear of what she might see. Black magic and ink began to seep under her olive skin. The pain was unbearable, she looked up at the sky in utter horror, screaming.
Then suddininly it stopped. She fell to the ground clutching her wrist, the pain had stopped forever. She fell, her dark brown hair fell past her face concealing the look on her face, she couldnt give in now, she had to absolutly had to get away and use her words to talk her way out of it.

He stared at her with a look that could win this battle, suprise. "Thats right you jack a$$. I'm half deamon as if you didnt know. And I never will or want to give into that side."

Soulreaver - December 4, 2007 08:19 PM (GMT)
Kos'harn studied her expression for a moment, searching for a sign that might indicate if the cross-breed was lying or not. After a moment, he relented. He stepped away from 'it', crossing to the edge of the room where, mounted upon the wall, was his monstrous scythe. He plucked it from its mountings and walked slowly back toward her.

"A storm is coming" he said, "when the walls shake and ground is rent asunder it will be me, and those who stand with me, who will look out upon the desolation as masters of a new order. The eternal order of undeath."

He raised the scythe above his head and in one massive sweep... cut through the thick iron shackles that bound the cross-breed to the floor. He looked at her.

"When the time comes, the wrong that I have done will be forgotten and this world will only know peace. You are what you are. You cannot change that. But I can. It has begun, the corruption has entered your body, strengthening the part of you that is demonic. The battle that rages inside you will soon be won, the good crushed out of you, and you will follow me into infinity. To think anything else is but denying the inevitable."

He stood and watched, waiting for the half-breed to accept his generous offer...

Naois - December 5, 2007 02:29 AM (GMT)
(I got the permission)
Naois entered in an act of righteous furry. He had healed quickly since their last encounter and he was intent to make justice befall the wraith. He had sensed the wraith as he was scouting around the area, quickly shifting in. He had managed to make it to the room the two were occupying and was unnoticed in the confrontation taking place between the two.

The wingless-angel drew his blade, its edge pointed at the wraith. "You. You will pay," He leaped at the wraith, his blade a flourish of silver as he brought it down at the wraith. He was going to release some soul's anguish upon the wraith, to let them be free from his tortures.

Soulreaver - December 5, 2007 03:37 PM (GMT)
Kos'harn heard someone speak behind him and turned quickly, just in time to see the sword come crashing down at his head. Faster than Naois could blink Kos'harn had stepped aside and shoved the 'Angel' away.

"It is good to see you again, old friend." Kos'harn taunted, "I see I left you with some stubs, would you like those removed too?"

He swung the scythe in a deadly arc, aiming to cut Naois off at the knees.

Naois - December 5, 2007 09:00 PM (GMT)
Naois made a vertical leap, doging the blade. He hacked down again, aiming for the section between the neck and shoulder. He kept it going down, not bringing himself to think about if it hit or not, and hacked at the legs. He jumped back, braced for an attack that was innevitable.

Soulreaver - December 6, 2007 04:54 PM (GMT)
Kos'harn was quick to dodge all of the blows, instead concentrating on the half-breed who had as of yet, not moved. He continued to battle with Naois, dodging and attacking back, but his concentration was fully on the girl.

As he continued to battle he asked her again, "Will you join me? This pitiful creature will be dead in a few moments, why waste your life the same way? Join me, and together we can rule Arda!"

He was being very generous to this half-breed, she had better show due respect.
