Yoro sat beside the lake with gazing eyes. This would be the last time he'd enjoy himself before defeating his... other. After a trip through the Misty Forest, Yoro had felt a strange pain, causing him to decide to sleep. The next morning, in the place on his neck where he felt this pain, there was a dragon mark. Outside his tent, his searing dagger released Aurox from inside of him. After a battle, Aurox came out on top before vanishing into the air.

After that, Yoro took Crystallica, his horse whom he had worked well with, and sent her to Estolad Stables for some time. He then went through intense training to become stronger. Finally he would fight Aurox again in the summoning circle found in the Ancient Tower. But first, he would need the Medallion of Dreams learned of from his master. It was somewhere near the lake. Yoro was to relax, then search for the medallion.

The lake seemed without activity other than his own. As he looked down at his rose, he had a strong feeling he had never felt before. The mark on his neck became warm. It felt calm. For the first time in what seemed like forever, Yoro managed to smile.
