(Please feel free to rp but i realy am getting sick of rps under a paragraph could you try to lengthen them?! its just i want a good topic going here so I need good rpers just try to keep em longer, thank you)

Snori stood on a mound that was pilled up high above the swamp trees srounded it, the shadows began to close in on him once more. He looked his way and that as tree limbs reached out and probed him, touched him and sratched him. He wirled around as a shadow reached out and placed its arm like protution on his shoulder. He looked at wear the shadow had been and began to step back tentivly. Where were a good bunch of dwarfs when you needed them?. He backed up into a tree that moved to engulf him with twisted and knarled branches. He pushed away stumbling out of its embrace. Another shadow was born from the darkness, it moved gracfully behind him and touched its dark claws on his face with a delicalcy know not even to elves. They were teasing him working him up into a frenzy.

He swong his axe in a circle, it flew behind him, slicing through the aperitions head but it swirld way and turned into a mist that was carryed by the winds, it twisted and turned mini vortexes apeard then faded as it blew by him. grunting he threw a punch at another newly spawned shadow but again the aperition turned to a mist and curled around him toying with him as it drifed around his head and off into the darkness. "What are you! Shadows of the other relm? I will destroy you!" He cried but he himself was worryed by the shadows. He wanted flesh and bone to fight no matter how grotesk, he couldnt fight mist!

Again driven by blind rage hefted his infernal axe and swiped at a shadow, but yet agian it simply evaporated. The force of the missed swing sent him stumbling into a tree that began to take hold with a branch. Roaring again he struck down at the limb and it shattered beneith the infernal axe. He was now worked up in a rage and he set about himself with the axe destroying the tree's extremitys. It audably cried out in pain and anguish, causing the other trees to pick up the wail as they all now stoped trying to enfuriate him and tried to use their branches to hurt him Their fetted branches streaching out trying to grapple him.

"Thats better now we'll have some fun" He shouted as he smashed down at another branch. "Who eles is out their and wants a peice of me?!" The shadows now began to close in, swinging at one the axe struck as the aperitions became a reality, still shadow but now with phisical body. The axe bit deep and blood ran thick from the wound and it covered the now aparantly real shadow with sickly red blood. Laughing Snori pressed his attack at the shadows and tree.... as the night itself closed in upon him, he would destroy this entire forest if needs be!

Avénnian - May 13, 2006 10:33 PM (GMT)
Avennian had been making his way through the misty forest for some time. But during about the past fifteen minutes of his journey, he had noticed that the fog had thinned, no longer making him strain to see his way. However, it seemed as though the fog had been traded out for an eerie haunting. To Avennian, it seemed as though each time he turned, something would grasp at him. He wanted to strike, but each time he would swing his sword, there would be nothing there. However, he wasn't too disturbed by this, for his conclusion was that demons were nearby. Of course, demons seemed to be Avennian's conclusion to every strange happening.

Avennian tried not to let it disturb him much, but something had recently pushed him. Avennian's right leg had fallen into a puddle of mud, and he began to sink. He tried desperately to pull his leg out of the water, and had actually been able to do so. As he continued, he realized that his leg was aching from the intensity of being pulled out of the sinking mud, causing his evasion of the grasping demons to become difficult. Now they seemed to be pulling and grasping at him repeatedly. Avennian turned and turned, swinging his sword to no avail. But then, he saw what exactly was happening.

His neck had been grasped by something very hard and uncomfortable, and proceeded to try and choke him. Avennian struggled for a few moments, but finally managed to break lose from the hold. He turned to see a moving branch come flying at his face. The branch smacked him hard, and he fell to the ground. He turned his head to look back at the branch, and saw an eerie amount of shadows on his body. Avennian quickly jumped up, and he started to run. Branches were cutting his face, and shadows seemed to be pulling at his legs and crawling up his body.

That's when Avennian heard a voice. It was a bit muffled, but it was close enough for him to make out the words:

"Who eles is out their and wants a peice of me?!"

Avennian ran, heading in the direction of the voice. He jumped over mud puddles and dodged branches, eventually coming upon the source of the voice; a dwarf. There was a single tree between himself and the dwarf, and Avennian began to say something, but then something grabbed onto his hair. His hair!

"AAGGGGHHHHH!" Avennian yelled with anger. He looked like a madman, really. His face was covered with dirt and blood, and his mouth was widened open as he struggle to get the branch off of him. He turned and swung his sword upwards, cutting through the branch. He wanted to say something to the dwarf, but the constant grasping of branches kept him occupied.

Azami - May 14, 2006 01:02 PM (GMT)
Azami sighed, walking through the Misty Forest. How did she get herself into these things? The fog around her was so thick that she could barely see anything in front of her. Suddenly, the fog thinned, allowing her to see her surroundings. Chills crept up her spine and she placed her hand on the hilt of her katana. Twice, she thought she heard someone walking behind her but when she turned around there was nobody there.

Suddenly, she heard someone cry out. She ran in that direction, feeling something coiling around her ankle. It pulled and she fell face down into the mud. Wiping the mud off her face, she turned. A branch had wrapped itself around her ankle. She cut it with her katana and sprang up. The branch recoiled before lashing out at her. She jumped back and ran in the direction she heard the voice. There were two people in the clearing--an elf and a dwarf. Both of them were fighting against branches as well.

Azami turned around, seeing the branch lashing out at her again. She jumped back swiftly. The branch struck the ground where she had been standing seconds before. The tip of the branch hit her ankle hard and she cried out, falling into the mud again. Grabbing her katana, she stood up, her ankle protesting the movement. The branch attacked her and she blocked it with her sword. The branches attacks became faster and it was taking all her energy just to block the attacks. One attack came through, throwing her to the ground. Her katana clattered inches away from her fingertips and her ankle throbbed from the fall.

She cried out as the branch picked her up, throwing her against a tree. Black edges crept around the edges of her vision as she fought to keep conciousness. She felt the branch pick her up and lift her into the air. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw her katana lying on the ground. In effect, she was being suspended in the air completely defenseless, and it was taking all her effort not to black out. Suddenly, she saw branches creeping up behind the elf and the dwarf.

"Look out!" she cried, hoping that they heard her.
