Arthur looked at the dark blue water of the lake the sun shimmering beautifully on the surface. He could see a few fish through the water. He knew there was a spring somewhere at the bottom that led to a cavern inside was a small airpocket as well as some runes. The runes were in draconic and supposedly held secrets to an ancient summoning technique. Arthur wanted to see for himself if this was true he tore down to only his pants. His boots belt shirt, swords, chainmail and other equipmnet he took off and lay in a tree which had an opening that way no one would find it and steal his stuff.

His hard muscles shown in the sun and his Dragon Emblem glittered in the sun. He waded into the water till he was waist deep and took a look at himself before he dived in. It was still the same the ruggedly handsome tall man looked back at him, the bright slited blue eyes and long sandy blonde hair still their as well as the slightly pointed ears. He sighed he guessed he looked handsome to some but the dragon inside him was there always just behind the eyes roaring to get out.

He then submerresed himself into the water feeling the coolness sweep past him and Arthur opened his eyes to the underwater beauty. He saw schools of fish swim by as he turned and saw the bubbling of the spring in the distance and swam toward it his legs kicking powerfully. Finnaly he reached the spring and saw the cavern to his right and swam toward it finnaly coming up in the air pocket getting his breath back. He said to himself," Not a bad day for a swim even if it is with a purpose". The sound vibrated off the walls and Arthru took a look around the cavern it was not well lit but Arthur could see well enough. He climbed up into the cavern and barely had enough room to stand but stand he did. He walked until he came to the end of the cavern which was not but fifteen feet away from the entrance. He looked and there were the runes of the summoning spell and Arthur took immediatley to deciphiring them wondering how many people had come down here to try and decipher these runes only to be turned away in dissapointment.

"Here we go!" he yelled. He ran towards the water and threw his cloak, padded leather, and boots off, tossed his weapons (all but his Lite Sword) and other gear down, then jumped into the water.

He burst up and quickly shook his head to get the water from his hair. A white horse began to come up to the water and begin drinking. "I'm sure you're thirsty, so we'll take a nice break, Crystallica," said the male. His name was Yoro. He leaned back to relax, then looked around. He decided to duck under the water, and began to swim around.

Fish swimming and birds chirping, this place was so calm... Yoro would like to stay here forever, but he knew he couldn't, as Aurox was still inside of him, but slower than ever. A slug would have to be. Yoro came to some bubbles- a spring. To his left was a stupid fish swimming in a complete circle, and to his right was a cavern that easily caught his interest. He headed on, inside finding an air pocket which he took to very well. He kept going through the cavern. He climbed in and stood, barely with room, noticing someone there. Yoro was quiet. They were only fifteen feet away. He just stood, watching.

As Arthur continued to study the runes he heard a slight movement from the water and knew someone had popped into the cavern with him. He didn't have his sword wit hhim or any weapons but then again Arthur himself was a weapon. His every body was tuned to be a weapon in every sense of the word he was a blade without having a sword.

He continued to study before finally saying," Interested in runes or here to see if the rumor is true". He did not turn to see who the person was he sensed no danger yet and his dragon insdie him would let him no if there was danger near.

He then said," The rumors are true it is a summoning, it seems an Ancinet one at that for monsters hmmm interesting very interesting for it to be written in draconic". It was interesting very few knew the language of the dragons besides dragons and Arthur knew more than most people almost as much as the dragons themselves.

The only reason it would be written in draconic was to hide it from thsoe who did not understand the power of this magic or somethign liek that Arthru guessed. He finished studying it and sighed and said," It will be interesting to test out once I get to the surface". Arthur did not turn for he was not sure if the person meant to attack yet.

The half-dragon only a few feet away knew he was here. "Interested in runes or here to see if the rumor is true?" he asked Yoro, not even turning to looked at him, he had his hand at his sword just in case. The half-dragon then said, "The rumors are true. It is a summoning. It seems an Ancinet One at that for monsters. Hmmmm.... Interesting, very interesting for it to be written in draconic."

Draconic was not a language Yoro knew, but he did know that is was one of the hardest to learn and that it was very uncommon. Only dragons and few other creatures knew it, so seeing the half-dragon here saying he knew this language was no surprise. "It will be interesting to test out once I get to the surface."

"And kill everyone up there?" shouted Yoro. "Are you some sort of psycho?! Some good answers would sound nice! What is this place?! Who are you?!"

Arthur listned to the man and tunred around and laughed a little and said," Do not judge a person by what they say, I am no psycho, I am Arthur, Arthur Pendragon and this placei a cavern which holds anceint ruens or could you not tell that, my belief is that this cavern could possibly have connections back to Merlin one of the greatest magicans that ever lived, and I was here following a rumor, I like following rumors mostly because most of the ones I follow are always true, and I wanted this Summon to help me on my way to being a Spell Warrior, I am no psycho merely a person who seeks knowledge".

He wasn't sure if he liked thsi man for he did call him a psycho but still he must have his reasons. Arthur looked at him and could tell he was very young far younger than him and was human. If the man decided to attack the fight would end quickly as Arthur had a slight advantage as this room was not big enough to fight in but he was in a certain spot in the cavern where if the man came Arthru could catch him before he struck. Arthur then said," I do not mean to hamr anyoen with this summon, excepting Shadowspawn but their evil anyway".

Yoro took his hand off of the sword. "I do not mean to harm anyone with this summon, except Shadowspawn, but they're evil anyway."

"What's this all about? What do you have against Shadowspawn? What kind of summon is it?" he asked.

Arthur looked at the man with raised eyebrows and said," WHat is it about? I do not know I am here seraching for something and you I am not sure about so thats what its about I guess". He laughed a little at that and then said," Who doesn't have anythign against shadowspawn there pure evil, work of Raku and Ita evil in every since of the word, I am one of the few who hunt them for the evil they are, as such I am an enemy to all shadowspawn".

He then paused and said," Its a Summoning called Greater Monster Smmoning it is part of a series of five I already have two with this I have three, what it foes is can Summon a monster of my choosing to fight for me, and sometimes even I need help in battle hopefully that answers your question"

He shook his head and then said," As for you, who are you and what are you ding here?". He was still not sure if the young man ment trouble but Arthur was tensed and ready like a blade on the edge of being drawn.

"What is it about? I do not know. I am here searching for something... and you- I am not sure about, so that's what it's about I guess." He laughed a little at that and then said, "Who doesn't have anything against Shadowspawn? They're pure evil, work of Raku and Ita. Evil in every sense of the word. I am one of the few who hunt them for the evil they are, as such I am an enemy to all Shadowspawn."

Yoro did think he had a point, then nodded. The half-dragon then paused and said, "It's a Summoning called Greater Monster Summoning. It is part of a series of five- I already have two. With this I have three. What it does is can summon a monster of my choosing to fight for me, and sometimes even I need help in battle. Hopefully that answers your question."

Yoro put his hand back on his sword. This could've been a hint that the half-dragon wanted a fight.

"As for you, who are you and what are you doing here?" Yoro grinned and said, "Name's Yoro. I come to kill all dragons." Of course, he was lying. "Then steal this summon." He grinned. Yoro only had his sword and magic. No Boomerang, Bone-Hilted Dagger, or Shortbow.

"So I suggest you move," added Yoro. Yoro's reason for these lies was so he could train himself and maybe obtain the summoning. "Let's dance," he said, drawing the sword and holding it straight out, not moving. "You're up."

(Uh not to be picky or anything but in your first post you said you left your weapons on the surface so how could you have your sword with you)

Arthur was not sure if the boy was bluffing but even if he had the summon hwe would not be able to use it for the words were in draconic and he very highly doubted the boy knew draconic. He said," Not all dragons are vad they shouldn't all die heck if they were all dead some of the greatest things in history would have never happned. Heck one of the greatets kingdoms ever was forged by dragons."

He was doing this only to stall as he gathered his magic, there was not enough room for his Summon Wrrior but enough room for a lesser mosnter summoming. He then said," If I let you have it you would not be able to read it anyway I higly doubt you know hte language of the dragosn and by the way its not nice to threaten people". He reached inside him and grabbed for the magic anb said," SUmmon Lesser Monster". Soon a monster no higher than hsi waits appeared in the form of a warg and he said," Distract him for a moment my friend iH ave only oen rune left to decipher then we can leave". The warg looked at its master and the looked at the man and growled and went in front of Arthur to protect him.

Arthur suddenly felt chains of steel around his arms as the man called up a spelll. This man had a little bit of magic in him it seemed he tugged against the steel his muscles straining but it was no good. He could not turn around to see if his warg was fighting but he could hear it. Arthur replied and said," No this is far from it". He concentrated his magic again and said," Summon Lightning". Nothign happned then he remeberd he wasn't in open air so lightining couldn't touch them here. Arthur cursed and then said," Have to do this old fashioned way then". He transfomred to his dragon state and then chains broke as he grew taller and more bulky. He was almost to large in his dragon form to fit in here but at least had broken through the chains. He then pressed his taloned hand against the wall causing a hole to open up revealing a scroll and Arthur said," I win, don't underestimate a half-dragon" He grabbed the scroll and detransformed becoming his normal size once more. He turned adn said," Now move before I get real angery, because your lucky if I had my sword with me you would be dead right now".

"Trust me, I can get big, but not in that kind of way..." Yoro grinned. "And I'm not really a dragon slayer... Winged Warrior!" Yoro was now capable of flight. Wings had sprouted from his back, causing what was to the sides of him to be held off slightly. "I'm actually a Dragonknight. Show me if you're worthy to keep that scroll. I won't kill you."

Yoro showed off with some spins of the sword and such. "I could very easily trample you with my horse and other gear." Yoro was letting the half-dragon come for him first. "By the way, I never got your name. I'm Yoro Magicklore," he said. This was the first time Yoro had used his last name.

Arthur laughed at the man and said," It does not matter what you do, or what you have there is not enough room in here to fight, we could fight up at teh surface but then again do we dare to trust each other that far". He laughed a little as his warg disappated the 30 minutes up but Arthur had more than that trick in his arsenal.

He then said," As to who I am, I am Arthur, Arthur Pendragon Ex-Evil Dragon SLayer now turned Spell Warrior and I do not have to prove anything to you, I have dealt with greater threats than you boy, your to young to be a Dragon Knight I have fought with Dragon Knights, I fought with them on the moon in the current War against the Darkness, you are human and me I am more what makes you think you are worthy of this summon when I have done more than you could have possibly thought".

He was already gathering his magic once more ready again to call on a summon he only hoped there was enough room for this one.

"Age doesn't matter to anyone! It doesn't matter if you're 2400 or 7 years old!" Yoro shouted. "That's it, Yoro. Get in touch with the demon."

"Get in touch with the demon in me.... Yoro's eyes began to turn read. In a very aggressive and demonic voice, he spoke, "I could care less about your childish summons and pathetic magic." Aurox appeared as a spirit-like creature of some sort, then said, "Hmph. Arthur Pendragon. I've heard this name before. A summoner, half-dragon as well. The clan you belong to... I knew one of them. He was weak. Where I met him? Time Magic took me. Alas, now I live through this guy. You should be just the same- weak."

"Bring out another summon. I'll kill it."

Arthur felt danger increase and could tell this man was not all huma possibly possed by some demon Arthru thought. He laughed anyway and said," I have no clan nor do I belong to one not anymore, of course The Shunned are disbanded now, I have no connnections to them now demon, and I am not weak not by a long shot". He cackled slightly as he needed a distraction to get past this man.

He then said," I have no time for games demon, and I do not paln to stick around so move or be moved". He had a slight idea and so he gathered his magic again and said," Monster SUmmoning and this time a slightly larger monster appeared in the form of a Hobbe". He said," You may be able to kill it but by the time you do I will be gone".

"Pathetic," muttered Yoro. "You send in some pathetic summons to fight for you. So cowardly...." said Aurox, disappearing. "No connections? Sad... I think I'll just have... to... CRY!!" He began to start firing rapid kicks at the hobbe.

"Kill him..." "Kill him... Kill him..." Yoro stopped kicking, then jumped off of the hobbe and took his sword in hand. As a demon, there could be no stopping him. Yoro had to stop Aurox to end the demon side of him.

Arthur just laughed a little and said," I have to summon something don't I, my weapons pur up at the surface". He could sense the boy fighting the demon and wished he was up at the surface with his weapons without them he had to buy time for himself so he could get to them.

He saw the hobbe fall and Arthur was a little worried he had two choices none which appealed to him. He could barrel past in his dragon form or cave in the cave and dig his way out.

Either way was difficult for him but he would take the easier of the two. He sighed and said," I didn't want to do this gain but I have no choice". He transformed again this tiem into a smaller form of the dragon where he was o n all fours definteiley abit large and long but still he could fit easy. He said," You have not seen me really fight today perhaps if you had allowed us t take this to the surface I would not be doing this but circumstance calls for it".

He knew the lite sword would have little effect on the hard dragon scales on his back and so hhe took a deep breath and let out fire from his maw at the stranger only enough to scare him back so he could charge forward and get out of here. HE then rumbeled forward to the xit hoping to get tehre before the man could regain from the schokc of his fire.

Seeing the fire, Aurox appeared as a spirit again. "You only damage Yoro. He is not the one fighting here." He laughed, and Yoro backed up, having taken a minor wound from the heat. "You have heard of a punch, right?" asked Demon Yoro. He laughed, then thought. "These hard scales won't be so easily pierced with my Lite Sword."

"Alright, let's take this to the surface." Demon Yoro began to back up some. "We'll both go full out for it." His eyes returned to normal. "Deal? Let's see who'll win." Yoro just grinned some more.

Arthur sighed thankfully as the man let him pass. In that he made somewhat of a mistake Arthur with a sword was dangerous being an ex-evil dragon slayer as well as an accomplished swordsman dide to tend to add up. He jumped into the cool water smiling at himself knowing that if the demon boy fought him on his own grounds he would the demon would lose. Of course there was the possibility of the boy getting hurt so Arthur had to think of a good strategy for this fight. He pullled himself to the shore and shook hsi dragon body dry and detransformed to his human state. He then went his tree and grabbed his things pullign his clothing on tightnign his belts and his shoes. He then placed his chainmail armor over his shirt and buckled his holy broadsword to his back along ith his shiled, bow and quiver full of arrows. HE then buckeld his longsword and turned ready for the man his Hobbe long disapated from his leaving its proximety. He checked the sroll though wet its words were readible as ever. He then said," Why is it never easy".

Yoro shortly came up to the shore, shaking out his hair. He pet Crystallica's head, then grabbed his padded leather, boots, and cloak, slipped them on, then smiled. He put his sword away, then picked up his quivers of shadow and barbed arrows. Yoro added them each to one shoulder, put his travel pack on the other shoulder, then added his dagger onto the sword's hold.

"Feel free to utilize the field to your advantage!" Yoro said. "Plenty of room to fly around in, open area to strike with a sword."

Yoro pulled his bow out and grabbed a shadow arrow. "We'll begin when I hit that tree," he said, pointing at a tree a small distance from them. Yoro put the arrow in, then pulled back on the bowstring, releasing the arrow. The arrow flew and just barely hit the tree. "You can go first."

Arthur nodded with a smile and drew his longsword not having need of his holy broadsword yet. He said," As you wish, lets dance with death". He pictured a flame in his minde and poured all emotion all feeling into it becomeing one with everything yet nothing. He put his sword into a mid guard stance and slowly approached beign ever wary of his surroundings not wanting to go in heads first. He then struck with his blade in the form of Heron Flys Over Lake and followed it by Eagles Dives In Water. He then aimed for the mans thigh hoping to strik and weaken him for the battle.

"Pretty good!" he said. He returned it by leaping into the air and providing a swing of the sword hitting his back, then turning and rushing by in a stab. He then turned and yelled, "Keep up!" He held his bow close and fired a barbed arrow, then shouted, "Winged Warrior!" Yoro was now winged, and flew into the air.

"And it's not a dance with death! We'll live!" Yoro put his index finger and middle finger of his left hand together with the middle and index fingers of his right in a + symbol, then closed his eyes. He felt healed. He opened his eyes and danced around in the air.
"Steel!" he shouted, creating a chain that rose from the ground and headed towards Arthur Pendragon with the purpose of capturing him.

Arthur blocked the stab and said," Its what I say in every fight, for I always dance with death for that is one of my true desires to dance blades with death itself". He turned with saw the man using magic again and steel chains came at him and Arthur rolled out of the way as they went past. He said," THough not bad yourself". HE summoned his own magic and looked at him in the sky and he smiled and said," Summmon Lightning" and a bolt of lightning went hurtling toward the airborn man.

Yoro was hit by the lightning, and he took a good hit. Feathers danced through the air. "Where'd you learn to dodge like that? Even I'm not that good! You dodged all three of the attacks!" Yoro decided to fire another barbed arrow, then retreat to the side and fire a shadow arrow.

"Cool summoning!" He crossed his fingers like before and took away some own mana. "I'm kinda low on mana. I'm never learning magicks..."

Yoro had a tough time distributing mana in his magic.

Arthur smiled though a bit worried he had only counted two of the attacks and he looked and saw where the arrow had hit that dodge had been purely accidental he forgotten to pay attention to it. He counted himself lucky because that thign would have been a pain to move. He said," I am an experinced warrior when you fight evil dragons for six years you learn how to evade attacks".

The man shot an barbed arrow and Arthur managed to pull his sheidl to catch the arrow just in time and the na strange dark arrow came screaming toward him and hit Arthur on the shoulder and Arthur let out a cry of pain. He said," Nice shooting but it takes more than shadow to hurt me". He grabbed the arrow and pulled it out emersing himself in the void where he did not feel the pain as the shadow gribbed him harder but he pulled it out anyway and put it on the ground. He then looekd up and smield at the man and let his own wings come out, though they were not feather they were dragon wings and he flew toward where the man was and said," No more games". He flew forward and turned his swrd toward the mans right side tryign again for a weaknign wound.

Arthur came into the air and swung at Yoro from the side. Time seemed to stop around him. Himself too. "Dodge under it!" shouted Aurox inside his head. Yoro began moving back to dodge the swing as time just seemed to continue. "I have skills of my own," he said, taking this as a chance to jab him with the dagger then retreat to the ground. He fired another barbed arrow straight up, but instead of hitting Arthur, it flipped, not able to move high enough, then come down for him.

Yoro moved and grabbed it, then moved up and fired it again.

Arthru saw tyhe man escape his blades touch once more and he was about to go forward when the man shot an arrow that fell back and then he sot it again and Arthur moved a little to late as the arrow hit his wing going through it. Arthur let out a gasp of pain amd flew down to the ground and pulled his wing close to him. Lucky for him the wing was not thick because the arrow was barbed but it had passed through. He pulled the arrow out and looekd at the man and said," I have more than one trick as well, if you think one of me is hard try three". He put his wings back in his body and pulled his maigc into him and said," Summon Master Warrior". A perfect replica of Arthur appeared beside him sword and all. Then Arthur summoned his magic again and said," Clone Warrior" and another warrior appeared to Arthurs right and so the three Arthurs drew their blades to a mid guard and one Arthur went on the left side the other on the right and the thrid in the middle. They all three said," Lets dance human". Then they went in their blades flashing in the sun.
