Title: Searching for answers
Description: OTA

Shalura - July 29, 2007 10:29 PM (GMT)
Shalura looked about her, disliking what she saw. She couldn't remember the last time she'd set foot her, but this time it was for a good reason. She moved along through the mist that seemed to hang around the dying Earth, making the place seem even more lifeless and eary than before. It was already pretty late at night, a cloudless sky revealed a full moon over Shalura's head, and the way the dead trees seemed to suck light out of the air made her surrounding become even darker than they were. However Shalura didn't look out of place. despite her aligment she may as well have been a witch or a black sorcoress, her eyes had become pitch black so that the iris was barely distinguishable from her pupil and her hair dropped longer than it had ever done before.

Shalura's sword hung from her back, rather than at her hip and was belted firmly into its scabbard, she held her staff in one hand just in case events took a turn. Hearing something behind her Shalura stopped and looked around, sunken eyes scanned the environment behind her but found nothing. She turned back around and made to carry on the way she was going, however almost as soon as she did so she whipped around, ramming the tip of her staff into the chin of the stranger behind her. She leaped backwards, raising her weapon defensivly and glaring at the stranger. The man was wrapped in a dark cloak, making it hard to make out any visible features, however she could see his chin had a stubble since he was rubbing it with one hand.

"I didn't think you'd notice me," the man said in a gruff voice.
"Only person in a deserted plain, you'd think I'd notice if I heard somebody else in this forsaken place," Shalura asked, her tone having recently descended into a more serious level rather than a cheery tone "what are you doing, following me?"
The man gave a chuckle and lowered his hand.
"I'm only here to give you a friendly warning," he said "and you looked kinda cute in the moonlight, I didn't want to spoil the moment."
"Spare me," Shalura cut across "what did you want to tell me?"
"Simple," the man said "it's just that you're on the end of several searches."
"Go on,"
"Leaving the less important one's aside," the man said "the most recent one is by your sister."

Shalura's eyes widened at this scrap of imformation.
"I-I have a sister?" She replied.
"You didn't know?" The man said "oh yes, you were seperated from your parents at birth weren't you."
At this Shalura's eyes narrowed again and she raised her staff.
"What do you know about my parents?" She damanded.
The stranger raised his hands defensivly, chuckling slighty.
"Friend of the family," he said lightly "and what a family they are."
Shalura's expresion darkened and she raised her staff higher, till it was inches from the man's face.
"What do you know?" She repeated.
A howl sounded in the distance, Shalura looked round, suddenly realizing that there must be a werewolf somewhere nearby. She looked back round to the stranger but he'd vanished, she cast about for him but saw no signs of him whatsoever. She cursed him silently and went on walking the way she'd been before she was so rudely interupted.
