Title: Why does it have to RAIN
Description: open to all
Chrono - December 11, 2005 09:55 AM (GMT)
It was raining...Again. chrono was taking cover in a near by cave like thing. his original plan was to go through the mountains but noo. he had to take the rain forest. of all the places a RAIN FOREST. "grrr stupid." he slames his hand onto his head.
"god all it ever does is rain. arghhh. this is dumb. he takes a nap while waiting for the rain to let up. He wakes up an hour later and the rain seemed to get harder. and whats more, he was not alone. Someone or someting was with him. he drew his sword slightly waiting to find out who or what it was

Morglum had been tracking some party of elves some time back but they had fallen pray to some creature of the jungle so disapointed morglum had continued through the rainforest looking for a fight or somthing to engage his interests. And as luck would have it he stumbled across the sleaping body of a human.
He stood near by waiting for the human to wake up even though it would have been simple for him to simply slit his throught by now, but wear was the fun in that? Sure enough the human awoke and finaly relised that morglum was near by, it wasnt hard to spot him he was 6ft somthing all though he was green.....
"Hur hur hur da hummie is awake at last, you ready for a fight hummie?" He asked, drawing out his crude orc cleaver as if to make sure there was no alternative.
Chrono - December 21, 2005 12:34 AM (GMT)
"Oh god!" he said I'm in another fight. *sigh* "I guess fightings hard to drop." He unshethed his sword and cast Strenghten. he really didn't want to fight. he wanted peace for now. but somethings just can't stay. "alright you want to go then lets go." He went in for a quick sword thrust. if worst comes to worst I'll just use an underhanded tactic. I'll have no choice. he would prefer to change if it comes to it but there was so little room he woulden't fit if he did.
Loriauna Blazenoak - December 21, 2005 06:29 PM (GMT)
In silence, a woman watched from the trees. An orc and...Chrono. Oh hell...was Chrono still angry with her? She wasn't sure...he had snapped when practicing with her...she really didn't want to have to fight with the damned half-dragon again. And then, there was the orc.
Ugh, the stench was terrible. Rotting and blood and...she would take the lvoely guess that the orc had not bathed in well over seven years. Scratch that though...seventy years. She twitched slightly as her sensitive nose was filled with the revolting stench.
Oh, they were going to fight, eh? She watched mroe carefully, calculating strengths. Chrono would win, no doubts. The orc was rather weak and dumb, from her calculations. A dim-wit...then again, from what Lori had seen, Chrono was a bit of a dim-wit too. Lovely...the battle of the idiots. Testosterone-pumped, blade-swinging idiots.
It could be amusing though.

he was tired. tired of all this. he would soon do what his heart would tell him. if it will stop me from having to fight...I will do it without a second thought. His thoughts turned to Sarah. I hope she will be fine. he ran out into the rain, sheathing his sword. he waited, waited for death to take him away. he nolonger wanted to live. fighting was all he knew and he was tired of it. and so he stood there. he noticed that Loriauna was standing there.
"I'm not mad at you." his thoughts stayed on Sarah. and from some unknown pool a tear was shead.
Loriauna Blazenoak - December 22, 2005 08:02 PM (GMT)
Lori raised an eyebrow at him. "You're going to throw your life away? Damn, Chrono, for a half-dragon you certainly don't have the wit of one. I know you're upset...you probably had something terrible happen to you. Such is expected for our kind...but you do not see me throw myself in front of damned orcs because of it." She rushed forward, unsheathing her blade in case the orc attacked.

(note I will eventualy kill this character off. but if I feel like it I'll have my sis bring me back.*evil laugh* *cough* right)
"you don't understand. I'ts not that I'm stupid. I just need an answer." he shook his head. memories replaying over and over in his mind. he was trying to find out what he did that made him this way. "I just need some time." in his mind he was thinking time? time for what? you know that it is inevetable." another voice arose yes but if he can find out the cause he might be able to stop it from happening. behind his eyes they continued. he wanted them to leave but he didn't know which one he was. if he kicked both of them out, who would be left.
Loriauna Blazenoak - December 22, 2005 08:29 PM (GMT)
Lori rolled her eyes. "Then look for the answers rather than kill yourself. Ask for answers rather than die for them. I doubt whatever you're searching for is worth dying over."
((Pweh...short.))
Chrono - December 22, 2005 08:34 PM (GMT)
"Then you have never known. never known the inevetability that I do. and I hope you never do." in his mind the two continue their spat what is he waiting for he can't stop fate. he should just do it now. like he planned.
well he did plan this but fate can shove it. We are in control of our lives. nobody can tell us otherwise. he sighs and stays there.
Loriauna Blazenoak - December 22, 2005 09:39 PM (GMT)
"Um, hello? Are you blind, deaf, or dim-witted? Every faces inevitability...face it. We...will all...die. And yet, you want to cut your life so short for what reason?" Oh, she was pissed...so very, very pissed. She hated people like him, who would throw their lives away. She wanted to hear him just try and explain his thoughts...his reasonings for why he was being so damned stupid.
Chrono - December 28, 2005 06:19 AM (GMT)
*sigh* "you just don't get it." he put his hand up to his head and stayed in deep thought. "I'm not going to get myself killed. you always worrie too much. thats ok at least someone cares." he raised his sword. ready to fight once again. "you just gave me the answer I was looking for." reinvigorated he charged in once again. smile on his face.
(I'VE GOT A NEW COMPUTER)
Loriauna Blazenoak - December 28, 2005 07:38 PM (GMT)
((Niice. Oh, permission to scan Chrono's mind with telepathy?))
Loriauna looked at him unemotionally, though her eyes seemed to have a harsher, more calculative look to them. What was he talking about? Smiling and...ergh, she HATED not knowing what was going on. Maybe she should just scan his mind and get it over with...or maybe she could somehow Scry into it...she doubted the Scrying idea rather seriosuly, but maybe the Telepathy one wasn't such a bad thought...
Chrono - December 28, 2005 07:56 PM (GMT)
(........sure I guess its ok)
he ran into the cave. when he got their the orc was gone."where did he go?whats that?" he noticed strange looking creatures. they were hostile, just his luck, and their were a lot of them. not too many, but enough. when he was blocking the first one striked. it missed him by a hair. "That was close." the others started to move closer.
"great just what I needed. Israfel lets get this done." he summons forth an angelic creature to aid him. "ok we should be able to do this. ready to die monsters." he moved in with devestating force slaying all that came in his path. him and Israfel quickly dealt with the monsters. when the fighting ended he came out with some cuts and bruses. he was bleeding from his left leg. "that was fun wasn't it Israfel." the creature noded.
Loriauna Blazenoak - December 28, 2005 08:00 PM (GMT)
((Um...you may want to change your post...I don't think the orc is active anymore. ^^' I'll post once you fix it.))

Loriauna Blazenoak - December 28, 2005 08:37 PM (GMT)
Loriauna looked at the two of them. "Chrono...I fail to understand you." she shook her head, gritting her teeth. What was he? Sadistic? Bloodthirtsy? Just plain physco?
Oh yeah...the comment he had made earlier...she scanned his mind while asking him the question. "Chrono...what did you mean by saying that I had 'given you the answer you were looking for?'"
Chrono - December 28, 2005 08:57 PM (GMT)
he didn't answer for a while. he simply looked at the surroundings.
it had stoped raining. he walked out into the sun and basked in its warmth.
"life is full of riddles." he looked back at Loriauna. "you should see for your self. I'm not the ones who." he personaly didn't know the answer himself.
this day was strange.
