Title: The great library robbery

Saeborn - July 2, 2007 08:39 PM (GMT)
Young Saeborn was still learning how to read and so he decided to go to the library and try and read a book. When he arrived at the library he picked a random book of of the shelf and started to read on a floor mat in the library. About ten minuets after he sat down four masked men walked into the library demanding a book. Saeborn snuck closer to the masked men to see what was happening. When he was close enough to hear what they were saying he over heard three words "sacred", "spell" and "book". he immeadietly knew what they were talking about. Then when he walked closer to hear more in detail he stepped on a lose board in the librarys wooden floor. This caused a stir in the librarys dead silence. The leader of the masked men told one of his minions to look for what had happened while the other three interrogated the librarian for the information they wanted. Then when the masked man sent to look what happened turned to see Saeborns face Saeborn immeadiatly cast fear on the man. causeing him to turn arround and run Saeborn quickly took his staff and delivered a fatal blow to the mans head. Then the man fell limply to the wooden floor of the library floor before the other men could see what happened. Then...

Morgo Domanu - July 3, 2007 12:13 AM (GMT)
Morgo browsed the selection of books, looking for one that caught his eye. The smell of dusty tomes filled the air, irratating his nose and eyes. He found one that caught his eye, The properties of the Raa Chaos Golem. He had the spell Summon Raa Chaos Golem, and to learn more about it would be great.

Morgo was peacefully reading in the library, studying at a desk near the main check out desk.He had no intention of taking the book out of the library, he would never have the time to return it. The normally chaotic orc, he took a great enjoyment to libraries, and respected them greatly. He wasn't paying any attention, focusing entirely upon his book. He heard a few people talking to a librarian at a desk. They were masked, increasing Morgo's suspicion.

Morgo noticed at the corner of his eye, one of the robbers leaving. He followed him, doing his best not to arouse any of the burglurs. But to his surprise, one of them began to run in fear, only to be smashed in the skull by a familiar face. Morgo faced the elf, recently met in the Lake Aelin.

He outstretched his hand, "Morgo Domanu," he whispered, "I don't bielieve we introduced ourselves last time we met," he told him. "Do you have anything planned to stop these robbers, ummmm whats your name sir?" he asked, ignoring their previous encounter, hoping that the both of them would align in forces to stop the crooks.

Saeborn - July 3, 2007 12:56 AM (GMT)
Saeborn went and introduced himself properly to the feriocious Morgo. Then he told him how he was thinking of a way to kill them with out hurting anyone that was innocent. Then Saeborn thought of an idea. It would need the Use of Morgos mace and his lightining strike. The plan was that Saeborn would cast "Fear" on the innocents in the building so they would rune away while Morgo would go and zap the crooks so that they would be stunned and that Saeborn and Morgo could kill them all quickly and get out of there. But it was all up to Morgo if he would be in a temporary allence to help defeat the robbers.

Morgo Domanu - July 3, 2007 02:24 AM (GMT)
Morgo listened carefully to the mages plan. He nodded his head in agreement. "I would go in alliance with the goddess of Life herself to protect the library! So much knowledge, so much power! I will protect this library, and its contents, with my life!" he whispered vailiantly, taking caution not to alert the robbers.

This was a good plan, but Morgo disapproved of some parts. 'Why do the innocents have to be safe?' he thought to himself with a smirk. He geared up, preparing for the oncoming attack.

He brought up Denger's Talon from his side, hoping the battle would be swift and bloody. The tip of Denger's Talon shone malicously, its curve gleaming in the light of the sun.

The robbery had progressed to the point were the librarian was sobbing. Morgo laughed at her misery, and turned to face Saeborn. "Saeborn, we need to act now! Do your thing, master of Fear!" he whispered. He had accidently spoken to loud, and now the burglers turned and faced them. "NOW!" he roared, aiming Denger's Talon on each one, shooting lightning.

They all were hit, and fell to the ground in pain, shaking convulsivly with electricity flowing through their body. Morgo sat down, he was drained. "Hurry and kill them!" he said, "I'm out of energy!" he told him.

Saeborn - July 3, 2007 02:43 AM (GMT)
When the men were down on the ground paralized from Morgos lightining. Saeborn quickly cast a spell on the innocent woman so she would ran away. Then in a swift motion Saeborn quickly smashed all of the masked mens faces in so they would die but when he reached the last man he cast a lightining spell which quickly knocked me to the other side. Then Saeborn gut up after being slammed into a wall and swiftly ran and unmasked the man. When saeborn unmasked him he saw it was a great wizzard who was very powerful...

Morgo Domanu - July 3, 2007 03:00 AM (GMT)
Morgo attempted to gather his strength after seeing one of the bandits was a wizard. Saeborn was slammed into the wall with a blast of lightning. "Saeborn, I'll help you!" he told him, pulling himself up off the ground.

Focusing his mana, he cast Thunder Hammer. His weapon began to crackle in lightning, shimmering with energy. Morgo was almost at his peak. He charged with a roar towards the man, his mace at his side. The man cast a spell, fire arrow. Morgo ducked, and continued to charge. The fire arrow flew and hit the wall, schorching the brown paint.

He swung his mace at the Mage Bandit, but he ducked. Next, Morgo followed through with his attack, swinging backward. When the mage came up from his duck, he was met with the backside of Morgo's mace. He fell to the ground, along with Morgo. The orc had no energy, and he couldn't go on.

The bandit fell, too. He landed with a grunt, struggling to get up. "Saeborn, get him, I have no strength!" he yelled, hoping the young elf could kill the bandit before he could get up.

Saeborn - July 3, 2007 07:10 PM (GMT)
When Morgo and the now unmasked wizzard were on the ground Saeborn was put on the spot and had to think fast. With instinct he ran throught the maze of bookshelves and picked up a book. The book he found had happened to be a spell book. Saeborn quickly looked through the pages and found a self destroying spell. Then Saeborn quickly marked the page and threw the book at the masked wizzard. Then the wizzard picked up the book and opened to the page that Saeborn had marked less than a minuet ago. Then the wizzard read the self destroying spell because he thought it was a teleporting spell. Then at the very moment after the evil wizzard read the spell he turned into a pile of ash and the book fell onto the floor.

Morgo Domanu - July 3, 2007 07:30 PM (GMT)
Morgo chuckled as the wizard turned into ash, due to the trickery of the young elf, Saeborn. He turned and faced Saeborn, and began to speak to him. "Young elf Saeborn, thank you for your aid," he told him, bowing lightly. He smiled, glad that the library was safe.

"This library is my santuary, I love reading!" He smiled, and outstretched his arms, as if embracing the sky. "Knowledge is power, and with power I can destroy!" he said, then caught himself, trying not to attract attention to the pair.

Morgo was a wanted crimanal, and to be discovered would be fatal. "So, what brings you to the library," he asked.

Saeborn - July 4, 2007 08:51 PM (GMT)
For the moment Morgo walked into the library Saeborn felt a little uneasy seeing how they had been in a battle just days before. But after the mishap at the library Saeborn had no fear for the oversized orc. So without hesitation Saeborn answered the orcs question. Saeborn went on and on about how he was learning how to read because when he was in the middle of being taught how to read by Saeborns father. Then how he was taken from his home and never returned. By the time Saeborn finished his story he could tell that Morgo was getting tired of hearing the story...

Morgo Domanu - July 4, 2007 09:03 PM (GMT)
Morgo had actually sat down, not really listening to the story of the elf. When he finally finished, he decided to ask a.......simpler question. He faced the young elf, and evaluated him. Based on his garbs, and their previous encounter, he was a mage.

"Soooooo, Saeborn. I'm just going to take a wild guess here but...... are you a mage perhaps?" he asked, facing the young elf. "I was wondering, would you like to demonstrate your magics to me?" he said, opening his hands.

"Outside the Squaldor Grasslands is an outdoor training area. We can both show our spells and magic, and perhaps learn a thing or two about magic. But let me warn you, I'm a pretty experianced magician myself," he said, pointing his finger in a humorous manner. "So, what do you say?"

Saeborn - July 4, 2007 09:10 PM (GMT)
With out any hesitation he said yes to Morgos offer. Then Saeborn said to Morgo wait a minute i dont know any attack spells, i just know some defenceive ones but i am trying to afford a new one at the moment. But if you dont mind i would like to see your spells.

Morgo Domanu - July 4, 2007 10:21 PM (GMT)
Morgo faced him and nodded, "Maybe you can learn a thing or two about magic," he said. "I'm quite a veteraned sorcerer myself, and know a great many of spells," Morgo said, but then quickly shook his head, "Sorry, I don't mean to brag!" he apologized, and ran out of the library, saying goodbye before he went.
