One of our affiliates, Terrawin is in need, and I thought that an announcement here would be a good way to do my part in helping.

Terrawin is not hosted for free like we are, the admin Tamris pays about $160 every 2 years to host the site. But on May 1st, her previous 2 years expire and she doesn't currently have the funds to renew her webspace. Which may mean the end of Terrawin. :o

She has set it up so that people may donate via PayPal to help fund the site and keep it running. I think it would be a shame to see such a good site go down for this reason, so I have already made a small donation of $20. I am posting this announcement to try and lend more aid to Terrawin, because I believe that you should help people if you can.

So, even if you only have a few dollars to spare, I think every little donation can do a lot of good. You can donate to Terrawin by going here and clicking the link on the bottom left, the "PayPal" button.

I'm on a pretty tight budget, but I'll scrounge up anything I can. I used to be very active on TW, until it started taking away from time here at Arda. I'd love to help out. ^_^

Oh, and yes, your enigmatic Sky(Charlotte/'Kenza/Sky/others) is a coadmin. So please help! And for the record, TW is too large to be moved to a free host, so we desperately need this.

I'd just like to update and say that Terrawin only needs 11 more dollars to pay for their hosting. Thanks to everyone from Arda that lent a hand, I believe we've accomplished something. :)
