Another night, another time to train! There standing in the Training Grounds within the Grasslands of Arda was a young male elf, although unlike most elven people this male had a special ability known to very little of his people. As a Destrayan Elf, and the only one of his kind left of his knowledge, this young man was able to connect to the spirit world of Arda. This young man went by the name of Tas Oberon; his hair went down to cover up the elf ears, as well as the right eye of Tas. The shade of purple in his hair seemed to somewhat shimmer in the light of the moon above him as he stood there. Most people, upon passing on this night and seeing Tas, had asked themselves what was he doing just standing there? In truth even Tas did not know exactly why, he had been informed that there was someone within Arda that wanted to battle Tas. The reason this person wanted to battle with the elf? Tas did not know exactly, but for some reason he felt it had something to do with his skills with a sword, or rather two swords.
Tas had no idea if the man in question would show up, but it would be worth the wait if he did. Lowering his hands down by his sides Tas placed his hands onto the hilts of his two blades, both blades were made of Mithril but one blade has the power of air within it while the second had the power of ice! These were the weapons most used by Tas and he was a master at using both of them and also at using both blades at the same time in battle. It had taken Tas some time to master how to Dual Wield but all of his training had been worth it, now with his weapons skills almost at their peak Tas felt like he could defend himself against a great deal of foes in the world of Arda.
Still he stood there, silent as the night that wrapped its way around him, just waiting on someone to arrive to challenge him. The need to test his skills in battle were growing within the body of Tas, he needed to see if his training had been worth it. The elf began to open his eyes in order to look around the Training Grounds, his eyes were a strange shade of yellow and like his hair seemed to glow somewhat in the moons light above his form. Letting out a small sigh Tas then looked to his left side and said, “Well Takara, if he does not show up within the next few minutes I guess we can call it a night old friend!” It was right after saying this that a figure appeared to the right side of Tas. A large white tiger, but something was odd about the beast, its body seemed to be made of spiritual energy. Yes the tiger that now stood right next to the body of Tas Oberon was a tiger’s spirit.
This beast had infact been killed by a band of merchants in the Grasslands a few months back and Tas had managed to help the Tiger get its revenge upon those that had killed him, from that day forth the pair had been side by side aiding each other in battle as well as being there as a friend for each other to travel with. Turing its large white head up towards Tas the tiger known as Takara said, “Very well. Although I do hope he shows up soon enough. I really want to be able to test out our new level of Spirit Control!” Tas seemed to nod in reply to Takara as he said this, but not even one more word had left the lips of Tas.
Only then did the wind start to pick up around Tas, the night was drawing darker by the second but Tas was not going to let it get the better of him. If this being was to arrive and choose to battle with the Elven Shaman then Tas was going to be one hundred percent ready for it. His hands seemed to curl around the hilts of his blades fully as he continued to wait. With luck there would be a battle on this night!
