Title: Lets Go Back In Time For A little History Lesson
Description: Private, only Mara
Anthony - March 2, 2007 01:29 AM (GMT)
The First Four Post are Godmoding bigtime and we both agreed on it so for the first four posts you'll see us both Godmoding eachother and powerplaying as much as we can to make the start of this perfect.
He was walking down the street as he usually did, looking at the floor thinking of how his day went. He was headed home since he had nothing else to do, the basic teen life. His whole existance was around the basic Wake up, wash teeth, get dressed and off to school. One out it was kill some time, go home, go to sleep, Repeat. Anthony did not really mind his every day life, he waited all day for the part in which he likked some time. He would almost always go hang around with his friends, he was both the leader of his group and the smartest guy in his group. He would be the smartest in his school two, but there was always one person to match his every move, sometimes better almost never worse but they were always matched up while trying to out do eachother. Anthony hated her more than anything else, she was extreamly popular in the school and Anthony although smart was always "That Thug" in the corner to anyone that saw him. Everyone though of him as the school criminal. Not that he had a problem with the control he had by using fear, it was he little specialty. The teachers hated him for always correcting them, the students feared him. Outside of the school, basically the same thing, the parents hated him for being a "bad guy/influence" and the kid outside feared him.
Anthony kept walking on the side walk on his was home, the sun was going to set soon but with all the houses blocking the sun it only looked as if little light with shadow, more or less it looked like night already. His steps were quiet and in a line. He was intertaining himself by walking in a straght line on the way home which is why he was looking down to start with. Out of no where his whole body got pushed to the side. "Hey, watch where you're walking you jerk!" He said raising his voice fallowed by his head to see who it was that had bumped into him while walking. He moved the little hair he had falling infront of his eye back to have a clear look at who it was. And just to fix the fact that someone bumped into him, the person bumping into him was the worst thought that could ever cross his mind. "Oh, if it isn't little miss no it all yet still falling short to me. What happened, forgot to bring you mommy with you to keep you away from the strangers you can bump into? Or did you just become dumber?" He said his voice gaining more attitude towards the person he bumped into. He looked at her with a look of hate a fury, if he had a reason to he would just take her out there, but no matter how bad he thought he was and everyone else thought he would still keep his hands off of her unless she crossed the line. Anthony has a line to cross and anyone over it gets the same treatment od meeting the ground. "Don't forget to put one word after the next and using the logic known as the english language. It makes a sentence, maybe you can use that to say something back." He told her giving more attitude every time.
Anthony couldn't stand this girl, it was the same one from school. The same girl that every time he sees outside he unsults and tries to put down infront of her frined, tries to make angry, and hates so very much. "You shoul watch next time, you don't want to end up hurt now do you." He kept throwing words at her as if she was mentally challenged or so to speak. Anthony said every word either in a sarcastic way or in an angry laud tone. He kept unsulting her with all he had. He was already angry. Just the site of her made him angry. Everyone knew them both, only difference is most people liked the girl but had it out for Anthony. Every car passing would look and the people inside would just hope that the girl hit Anthony for the things he was saying as laud as he could. The street light coming on now one turning on right ont top of them, though it wasn't Dark enough the lights would still start turning on. Some people yeleld in their cars telling her to hit him yelling things out at him. Every few cars Anthony would yell something back at them. The dump they lived in was big yet new passed fast and everyone had the same idea of Anthony other than the people he hanged around with. People looking out their windows out of what the girl said back to half the things, all the people that could not mind their own business were looking at the whole problem, they all thought the problem was Anthony. "Take him out, Shut the boy up, Give him something to talk about." They all yelled either in their cars or from the safty of their houses. The girl seemed to be getting ready since her words didn't seem to work.

(((Confirm on GMing and PPing))
A blonde haired girl walked through town. Her books were in her leather backpack. She looked around, people on the streets glared at her, she heard people whisper this and that. Most likely on how her looks were or her family or something. She was almost sorry that school was over. Inside the school building she was safe. She was the smart popular girl, the ideal student in teachers eyes. But few people knew why she was so good. Most thought it only as a thing where she was good at. Someone who would excell. But she knew she could not excell at all. Her home was not that, it was a prison. She hated the way her parents looked at her. The fact that she came home to a junkyard called a living room, and a warden and prison guard called parents. No one knew what went on behind closed doors. But people knew enough, a little about her mothers alcoholism and her fathers business dealings. Oh yes, there was enough to go around to wonder what this "angel" was hiding under her halo. School was good, it would be heaven except for one thing. Anthony. A boy who could be described as a thug. He was the one who was blamed for everything. Deep down she pitied him for the fact he was always blamed but she counteracted it with the fact that if he started being good in the first place he would not be blamed for much.
The sun was setting, she had to hurry home. She looked up at the sky watching the rainbow of colors on the sky. Another day gone, another day comming. She looked to the side and suddenly felt her body thrust into someone. She dropped her books and looked up. Her eyes widdened in horror and anger. "Hey, watch where you're walking you jerk!" he said. It was Anthony. She growled, "Hey I am not the one who looking on the ground." she spat back. This guy was really asking for it. "Oh, if it isn't little miss no it all yet still falling short to me. What happened, forgot to bring you mommy with you to keep you away from the strangers you can bump into? Or did you just become dumber?" he said. She gritted her teeth, ignoring the fact that her books were dropped in mud. "I don't need my mommy to keep me away from strangers, but if you want little boy I'll double knot your shoes so they won't come untied and you won't have to look down all the time to make sure they are still tied." she said.
Her temper was flailing, this really was not a good thing for her. Normaly he did not get this far, most of the time she walked away but right now she was angry as ever. "Don't forget to put one word after the next and using the logic known as the english language. It makes a sentence, maybe you can use that to say something back." he said giving her more attitude. Oh she was mad at that. "Last time I checked I aced the English final. I think you might wanna hit the books more often and maybe you will ace the next test." she said angrily. People were already starting to surround them. She knew at any moment someone would call the police. "You shoul watch next time, you don't want to end up hurt now do you." he said angrily. At that moment she snapped, she pushed her backpack off her shoulders and threw it in the mud. She would not let this guy, this immature boy put her down any longer. She had enough of it from her parents, she did not need it from him. She balled up her fists, "Thats IT! I am tired of your immature gags. We end this now!" she said taking a stance. The outcome of the battle would prove who was the best. She balled her fist tight, and letting her rage blind her took a chance swing at him.
Anthony - March 2, 2007 02:41 AM (GMT)
"No, no, no, no, no! Your doing it all wrong, you wern't suposed to drop your books or bag, your books go in the bag. Lets me make it a little more stupid for you. Book go in back, bag goes on back you try to carry it around all by your weak little self." Anthony said still trying to get to her, so far it seemed to be working. She was angry, ready to fight and that alone made Anthony happy enough to lower his voice and insult Mara with all the kindness in the world. He couldn't help but smile at the fact that the poor girl wanted to fight him. He thought to himself, Not like she's really ganna hurt me in any way. Too much of a simple girl. He walked around her and then moved infront of her books. "Oh please don't hurt me" He said while raising his hands and backing up into Mara's books pushing them deeper into the mud and screwing up the books spine. "Oh my, what is this. Oh no, it's your books that you seem to have missplaced. I seem to have walked all over them, sorry." He said with a smile of cheap sorry on his face. He was going to take it easy and since she was angry that mae him calm, he could do everything with control over what he did insted of his anger doing so. Well this is going better than... He thought to himself and before he could finish his thoughts a punch came straght at his face.
Anthony's head moved to the side and his nose started to bleed. He looked back at Mara no longer laughing. Nice punch" He put his hand up and as fast a he could he wraped his right hand around Mara's neck. He squized and squezed but not enough to kill her, just leave her without breath every time he squezed. He got in close and then put his mouth really close to Mara's ear. "Do it again and i'll make sure that you never get another chance to do it. You will regret ever doing this and if you ever do again you won't be around any longer to have a regret. Don't you ever do that again you little girl." He told her when he was in real close. He was not kidding anymore, he was not serious and ready for anything. He was holding her in place to keep squezing the life out of her slowly and painfully but not compleatly. He was going to drain her as she was and then just leave her there for when an ambulance came. Everyone already thought he did these kind of things, he was just going to have a few people that have actually seen it happen. "The story of how Anthony, the bad kid from the corner killed the little girl that wanted to be tough. Doesn't is have a nice ring to it?" He asked her trying to cause her fear. "Oh sorry, you seem to not be able to talk. I'd let you go but, I just don't feel like it at the moment. Wait a minute or two, as soon as you stop moving i'll let you go." He told her still trying his shot at fear.
While he was choking her a great pain came to his stomach. He let go of Mara's neck and moved back holding on to his stomach. He was hurting alot and he was angry again now. He was moving in once more to hit Mara, he made a fist and pulled it back to hit with more pressure. He let the pouch go."AHHH" He yelled pushing his fist forward at Mara, It was getting close and.....
Mara - March 2, 2007 03:13 AM (GMT)
Anthony was definately angry right now, but he was pleased with her being angry. He continued insulting and ranting at her, "No, no, no, no, no! Your doing it all wrong, you wern't suposed to drop your books or bag, your books go in the bag. Lets me make it a little more stupid for you. Book go in back, bag goes on back you try to carry it around all by your weak little self." he said. Then suddenly he moved in front of her books, "Oh please don't hurt me" he said, trying to act all weak when the two of them knew he was not. She was really angry now. He stepped back and pushed the books into the mud, "Oh my, what is this. Oh no, it's your books that you seem to have missplaced. I seem to have walked all over them, sorry." he said. At that moment her fist made contact with his face.
He stumbled back and she went wide eyed as she realized what she had done. And apparently he realized it to. Suddenly without a warning she found his hand wrapped around her neck. He held a smile, "To it again and i'll make sure that you never get another chance to do it. You will regret ever doing this and if you ever do again you won't be around any longer to have a regret. he said getting really close to her ear. She was choaking, barely able to breathe. She grabbed his hand her anger raging as much as her longing to breathe. "The story of how Anthony, the bad kid from the corner killed the little girl that wanted to be tough. Doesn't is have a nice ring to it? Oh sorry, you seem to not be able to talk. I'd let you go but, I just don't feel like it at the moment. Wait a minute or two, as soon as you stop moving i'll let you go." he said. She froze solid as he buckled letting her go. She coughed as he stepped back and got ready to hit her. Suddenly he gripped his stomach. "Anthony!" she screamed running to him as he struggled to stand. "ANTHONY!" she screamed as she helped him to lay down. "SOMEONE HELP!" she cried feeling his pulse, it was speeding up at a dangerous rate. Suddenly she found her vision going hazy, she blinked to clear it as she tried to lay him down to preform CPR on him. He was definately in trouble, she could not believe it. The she was about to save the man she hated the most she thought. Suddenly she got light headded and fell face forward onto Anthony.
Anthony - March 2, 2007 03:44 AM (GMT)
The sun coming through the window woke him up. It was morning judging by the color of the sunlight and his waking up. Anthony sat up on the bed he was in and looked around the room. There was junk he had never even seen before in the room. There were a few swords, bows, arrows, knifes and much more. There was so much stuff in the room it was unbelievable. Anthony had a love for swords like no other. He got one on his 17 birthday and throught that year he started developing an interest in them that was great. He kept looking, now moving away from the sword with the thought of how awesome it was that the swords were there. The place he was in looked like a regular room just designed in an old fashion type of way. It reminded him of something he read in a book a long time ago, actually it was word for word to what he had read. Everything in the room was old style and perfectly crafted into what it was. No maching work or anything, the whole place was old and basically falling apart but still had a nice look to it. The room looked perfect with the old messed up look it had. Anthony could not help but be exited about the cool room, he thought that maybe he was in the hospital or something, the most awesome hospital he had ever seen. He woke up with his shirt folded on a table next to him like he would do every night. With no shirt on and it was still not cold, usually in the dump he lived in the wind would increas passing by building and by cars making it anywhere very cold. He was fine without a shirt.
A hand, touched him on the back and then moved away. Anthony felt the cold hand and touch him and since he was warm the cold hand mad him jump a little to catch him off guard like that. He looked behind him on the other side of the bed to see where it came from. "Ahh, NO! No, no! man, no." He looked back and freaken out, not only were they in the same room but waking up from the same bad as her. The same bad as Mara. He kept walking back in shock till he hit a wall and knocked down and old vase on the ground making a laud crashing noise. He could here that there were people outside the heard the noise from the vase. He could here them talking about it, he was too scared to go outside because maybe someone might no him and if they did than they would surely know Mara and seeing him come out of a room fallowed by Mara was nothing for him to be proud of. He got shaky and Mara was now moving on the bed, maybe she had heard his knocking down the vase or maybe she just moves when sleep. What the hell did I do this time man?He asked himself while putting his hands over his fave and leaning against the wall. Whatever I did I know I screwed up big time, this isn't ganna go well with the guys so I should just keep this to myself He thought. Then people started knocking on the door to see what was wrong.
Mara - March 2, 2007 07:41 PM (GMT)
Mara's head hammered as sunlight drifted through a window. She felt covers under her, the room had a strange smell. Could she be in the hospital? She knew by the fabric that it was not her room, she had flanal covers these were made of some sort of cotton, big difference in the feel. She groaned and put her hand to her head. A small lump was on her left side, nothing to worry about but a knot none the less. She probably passed out for some reason and hit the sidewalk trying to save Anthony. She opened her eyes and winced at the light. This was no hospital. The pain slowly decreesed but she shook her head. She looked around and seen bows and swords on the wall across from her. She shivered, for some reason she was freezing. She wondered who brought her here since she was trying to help Anthony, Speaking of Anthony where is he? Is he okay? she wondered then heard a crash.
Still in the bed she saw him back against a wall, a broken vase on the ground. He was covereing his face with his hands obviously stressed over something. She got up out of the bed, and looked around. The room was shabby, broken down. She wondered what exactly happened in this place and how old it was. Suddenly she froze as someone knocked on the door, people were asking if everything was alright. She looked at Anthony, he still had his hands over his face. She looked around, there was a window. She could see a ledge in front of it that lead to an alley, she figured it would be the best way to sneak out. But if Anthony had knocked down the vase it would mean trouble. Against her better judgement she walked over to the door. "Yes everything is alright. Just dropped a few things, nothing serious." she said. The person called back saying okay. She looked at him and crossed her arms then grabbed a pillow off the bed and using it shoved the broken peices under the bed where the covers prevented them from being seen. She wondered why the heck she was looking out for him, but they had been friends once. But that was a long time ago.
She looked at him. "Well, now that was handled nicely." she said making fun of his reactions. "But being in the same room isn't exactly a good thing. Tell you what. I'll go out the door and you go out the window. It will be easier for you to get back home from there because no one will see you. I'll walk out the door and we both pretend and completely forget we ever were here. Deal?" she said. She knew he knew he was in serious trouble, by the look of it that vase was valuable, him attacking her already put him on a danger list. If someone found that vase he could be definately be arrested. Shelooked at him and walked up near him but out of arms reach. "Did you hear me or are you too deep in whatever it is you are in to hear anything? I am trying to get you out of trouble ya know. I did not have to say that everything was okay, I could have spilled the beans but I didn't." she said.
Anthony - March 2, 2007 08:50 PM (GMT)
Anthony took his hands down from his face and looked at her in a strange way as if she did not just see what happened. He looked around the room once and then looked back at Mara. "The vase is not my problem at the moment, I WOKE UP RIGHT NEXT TO YOU!" He yelled at her trying to make her see how wrong that was and without him knowing what happened it could have been anything. "That alone is bad enough, I have no problem with the vase." He told her. "Get out of my way" He said while pushing her to the side to get his shirt and when he lifted it his Jacket was right under it. He put them on and looked around the room at all the swords that were there thinking that if he was going to leave he could take some with him. Anthony kept looking around the room to see if there was anything else that might interest him so that he could take it with im before he left. He was going to go against what Mara said and just go out the door like any other person would do but first he needed to keep Mara from going out the same way. His first thought was to throw her out the window but if she put up a fight that would be a little hard. He then moved on to the idea of just tying her up but there was nothing to tie her with. His only option was to knock her out which he had no problem at all with doing and after a while of his coming down people would for get so when she wakes up no one would suspect anything.
Anthony walked over to some of the swords and looked at the touching them all over seeing how they all felt to pick out his favorite. There were alot of didfferent sword and they were all awesome. Some better than other, some sharper, some with nicer designs. Anthongy chose to take the best of everything, the nicest Design and he sharpest, the longest and the shortest. He was just going to take those, keep Mara down for a whle and leave. Another knock on the door came. "Hey, we bring food for you. We didn't see when you came in but we bring you food being that it seems you have been here for atleast a day." Anthongy froze for a second without a reaction to give the moment. "Say something to them, tell them that your not hungry or something"He told Mara to say. He didn't want anyone else to know that he was there. Mara alone was bad, anyone else would just be adding on to it. He had no clue how to react to anything other than that. Anthony quickly grabed one of the swords and was going to make a run for the window and leave. He moved to it and opend the old style window. He looked outside to see how far they were and saw...
...Something he couldn't believe, they were not in an old designed hospital or anything. It was a compleat village that looked like the rooms were the same in the houses. He looked out the window all around. He came into shock, he couldn't believe the things he was seeing. He was compleatly unable to move himself away from what he w seeing. There were no cars, no buildings, and no streets. He saw flying down what looked like an Angel, he thought to himself while still in shock that maybe he some how died. The angel came down slowly and carefully, he had a bag with him. Then out of the bag took a letter whle still going down and his eyes fallowing the angel when the angel hit the ground it gave a man the letter. The man looked like any other, the angel took off right after. Anthony watched the angel fly away and looked at the man, he looked around from the man and there were mad people, but only not. He saw angels walking around, Elves making magic, ghosts also walking around. He saw a man change his form from human looking to Dragon and take off into the sky. Anthony could not believe his eyes but he couldn't look away to prove to himself that he was only seeing things. He kept looking and he saw a man holding a fireball and another turn it off with some water coming from his hand as it looked. Everything was out of place, nothing was as it was suposed to be. I'm dreaming, that's it. Why would I ever wake up to Mara and then see something like this. It's no more than just a dream. He thought to himself trying to make sense out of everything that was happening infront of his eyes. And everything he saw was just like normal people, some standing infront of stores selling things and other just passing by, some in their houses and others not. It had to be a dream he thought.
Mara - March 2, 2007 09:21 PM (GMT)
Mara watched Anthony remove his hands from his face and give her a look, he gave the room a look over and then went back to her. "The vase is not my problem at the moment, I WOKE UP RIGHT NEXT TO YOU!"he said yelling. She prayed that no one outside heard. At least she knew that nothing happened while she was sleeping save for what brought them there and him breaking the vase. "That alone is bad enough, I have no problem with the vase." he said then moved and shoved her aside. "Get out of my way" he said and put on his shirt and jacket. She did not need to be a mind reader when she saw him eyeing the swords. She knew he loved blades of all kinds, as he eyed one in particular she figured she better get a weapon as well, knowing him he would try and kill her with it as soon as they got out of there. She figured the dagger was her best bet, it was not exatly her best suited weapon but it would work till she had something better.
Suddenly they both turned as a knock was heard, a different voice this time. "Hey, we bring food for you. We didn't see when you came in but we bring you food being that it seems you have been here for atleast a day." Anthony turned to her and hissed, "Say something to them, tell them that your not hungry or something" She nodded and walked up to the door opening it a crack so she could look out but whoever was there could not see in and find Anthony. She almost froze as she saw who was standing there, a tall female with pointed ears and long hair. She held out a plate of food. Mara shook her head, "No thank you...I am not hungry right now. I'll get myself something when I am ready to eat." The elf looked at her strangely but shrugged and nodded walking back down the stairs. She saw that they were on the second floor of something...suddenly it struck her. She slammed the door in time to see Anthony stare out the window at an Angel.
She put her back against the door as if barring it. She saw him freeze and seen the reflection of his face in the window. "Anthony...If you saw an Angel...Then that means one of two things. One: We are both going crazy and this is some weird nuthouse...Or two. And I know this is weird comming from me...But I do not think we are home anymore...From what I saw out there, and what I see outside. We are in some sort of Medival World. Like what we were learning in school a few weeks ago. And I know you know what I am talking about. You only got one point shy of a perfect hundred." she said slowly shaking. She took a few steps from the door and sat down on the bed, "Man...We are sooo....We are...Some how we..." she said trying to say the words. "We time travled back about six hundred years...Maybe even more." she said forcing the words out. She looked at the bow and arrow and grabbed them. She was scared now...Adn she knew he would probably say she was as well but it was the truth this time. And she was not afraid to admit it.
Anthony - March 2, 2007 10:50 PM (GMT)
Anthony stared dead out the wondow, not hearing Mara talk to the elf and not blinking. He was in too much shock. Mara didn't seem to be effected by it the way that he was but she still haden't looked out the window. All she could see is anything flying by. But anthony had a whole world he ws looking at and it was a world that he couldn't even amagin. It was like something straght out of a dream. He thought he was sleeping and this was no more than that. Anthony still without droping his dead aim stare at the outside saw more and more strange things coming out. It was morning and all the people were headed out of their houses to either go to work or just walk around and Anthony was seeing every minute of it. He couldn't pull himself away from looking at all the strange things outisde. A smile came up on his face as he saw little people walking next to compleat giants. Animals talking to people and some people talking back. One or two dragons here and there and all in a small town looking thing. A small Village better said. It was a whole world, a whole new world to him yet older than time itself. He would have said a world but he had no clue on what to say or ever how to make a word at this point. His speach was killed by thesite that took over.
Anthony started remembering the classes he took about the old ages. In 2017 the discovery that magic and all kinds of monsters and strage creaturs were no more than a lie. They read a book on the subject. The book was called The Realm Of Arda and it was about a whole word of strange creaturs. The story was based on a war that was faught and everything that happened in the war. It was said to be just a story and magic was proven to be nothing more than none existant as well as all the creatures that were around. Only animans that were not too special and human life. At the end of the book it said that the only way to save the people of the world was for the Gods to give up their powers, combine into one and take away all the power they have given to the people of arda. They had to make all equel. Anthony thought that to just be a way for people to shove religion into others by simple books and beliefs but after they descovered anything of the sort to be a lie it was not important any more. No more magic, no more tricks of power on tv. No nothing. Only shows of fantasy involved magic and all those things. Anthony although still believing in a dream seem to now think differently about the whole situation. If they were truly in another time that meant the book was not a lie and they seem to have gone into the books time. But the book went so far not even Anthony could remember exactly how far into the past the book was based. The God he never thought to exist all of a suden made sence as to why he was if he was at all and although he didn't believe in the thought of a God yet and probably never would he was still with a reason to explain the existance of one.
He would have mantioned something but although his thoughts were lining up his mouth was still not working with the rest of him and his eyes were still off order to anything other than the outside. More and more Mosters, people, animans, and mystical beasts were coming out and Anthony didn't want to miss a second of anything. But then logic came to him, it would make no real sense for any of that to be real. The impossibility was everythng and the odds were none, there was nothing to explain what was happening and most likely wouldn't be. "This is pathetic."He said while losing the smile he had on his face and now getting angry at the whole situation. It was no more than plain stupid, kidish thoughts were what this all seemed like to him. It's no more than a dream He kept thinking to himself over and over trying to get back to the world he hated but knew well as home.
Mara - March 21, 2007 05:36 PM (GMT)
Mara thought back to the moments before they got to this time. It seemed almost like it was a dream, all of it did. Both the world they were in and the moments and life before it. She was not sure what to think, but one thing was for sure; they were definitely in it together. At least for now.
Mara sighed as she looked over into the mirror; her hair was tangled and unkempt. She could hear her mother's voice play in her mind. Mara, you need to take better care of your hair. Make it perfect! NOW! Perfection is what her parents required of her. Sometimes she wished she could just runaway from it all. She got up and took the dagger from the hilt and grabbed her hair in a bunch. Placing the blade just above her shoulder she cut her hair in one swipe. She didn't care that now her hair was all over the floor, her mother would freak but her mother was not here. She realized in that moment how she really felt. She was scared, angry and uncertain all at the same time. There was no logical sense in what she had just done but she did it. There was no explanation for what happened but it did.
She seen what was outside, those dragons, angels, shape shifters, all those creatures were real. She looked at Anthony. "This is pathetic." he said. She looked at him. "Well I have to say this is probably the first time I have ever agreed with you. But we are not going to do anything if we just stay here and sit around. People will come and wonder what’s going on. Not to mention our parents will go crazy. At least mine will." she said then under her breath muttered. "Like I really care." Suddenly she realized what she was saying as she grabbed the dagger and put it on her belt. She pulled on her backpack, now strangely empty and sat on the bed once again. "So smart guy. What’s the plan?" she asked angrily. She knew there had to be something they had to do. But the thing was why they were here together, and why was it now like this where they were talking to each other?
Today could not get any weirder. Could it?

Anthony still confused looked at Mara and though to himself her words were true. The would not be able to accomplish anything, none the less get home without leaving and going into the odd child like word that was outside of the small home they were in. He noticed that mara was missing bits of hair. Has she lost it? He thought to himself saying nothing to her about her hair. At the time, keeping her from getting angry was the best thing to do. With the rest of what was happening, it would only be his luck if making her angry turned her into a seven hundred foot dragon that'll kill him with one shot. He wasn't taking any chance for anything at all at the moment. Outside is as far as the risks were gonna go. So smart guy. What’s the plan? Mara asked Anthony in a tone that he took as sarcastic but thought nothing of it. After all, he was still surperior to her in his eyes.
"I don't know but getting the hell out of here i'm sure would be the best first step." Anthony said as he walked over to the door but didn't open it. He walked back to where Mara was and looked down on her as she sat on the bed they both woke up on. "Are you going to come along with me or are you going to stay here?" He asked awaiting an answer.
The day was turning out to be a childs nightmare, Anthony did not know how to react any longer. He went outside of the room and walked down the stairs to see a gathering of what seem to be some form of tall elf. He payed no mind and started to walkon outside. When he made it outside exactly what he saw through the window and more was in front of his face. A whole other world. He was cought in amazement and could not do anything but stare out into the world ahead of him.
"What it this place!" He questioned himself watching the creatures, monsters, people and animals walk by and fly above.
"Sir, can you help me find a good place to stay?" I lizard that walked up to Anthony asked him. Anthony did no more than look at the thing and not answer for a brief moment. "Uhh.. umm... umm no? sorry?" He said in complete confusion.
The lizard man nodded in respect and walked away with a thanking feeling being given from him. Anthony felt that it was odd to be asked for a good place to stay by a lizard but felt some kind of comfort in that place that he didn't feel when he was at home. That lizard was nicer to him than most of the people he knew. After the lizard left things started to seem happier and better. He felt like maybe he should walk around and find out a little more about the place before he thought it was simply some stupid book he read. A smiled crawled onto his face as he started walking forward into the crowd of strange creatures and humans. He didn't fear them anymore, with thanks to the lizard. He felt that most of them had to be the same and with that, he gladly decided to go to explore.
With a glance he noticed a line of stores. "Mara! There is a store over there. Lets go see what's in it!" He told Mara with joy.

Anthony seemed to be a bit odd right now; he probably noticed the weirdness as well. " I don't know but getting the hell out of here I’m sure would be the best first step” He said as he walked towards the door. Turning he walked up to her and looked down at her, "Are you going to come along with me or are you going to stay here?" He asked. She looked up at him and blinked. “Sure.” She said amazed at this, they were now becoming more and more tolerant of each other. Yea, that was weird, she was afraid to find out which was weirder, this world or them actually sitting in the same room without killing each other. That was a miracle in itself; she shook her head as he walked out. If there was one thing Mara hated and didn’t believe in it was a Miracle. She followed a few steps behind Anthony, ‘When did he become the leader? Oh yea, when I asked him what to do. I got to stop that.’ She thought to herself, she had to take things one step at a time. “Miss!” the innkeeper said as he walked up to her. “I almost forgot. When you checked in you gave a bit more gold then needed.” He said handing her a bag of gold coins, “One hundred over to be exact. But you said you and your friend were not feeling well so...mistakes are easy to make.” He said. She looked puzzled as she watched him move away, ‘who was the person who checked us in? Was it really me?’ she wondered. She took in a slow deep breath as she walked outside. She had to get her thoughts together.
‘Okay.’ She thought. ‘What do I know? Fact: About two hours ago I was walking home from school. Bumped into Anthony. Fact: Got into fight with Anthony. Fact: Anthony fell unconscious, fell unconscious shortly afterwards. Fact: Woke up shortly after Anthony who was lying by me. Fact: I really have no clue what happened within those two hours we were unconscious. Idea 1: I am unconscious still and am currently in a coma dreaming this up. Idea 2: Maybe we were kidnapped by someone and put into a virtual world thing they are going to use to test so that machines can be run by human power and they are clearing all the stops by using us as guinea pigs.’ She shook her head. ‘Okay, Idea 2, completely and totally out there. Memo: Don’t watch Matrix anymore. Idea 3: We really are in a new world and I am really standing here.’ She thought. She did not even try to think about whom it was that really checked them in.
Anthony’s voice broke her thoughts. "Mara! There is a store over there. Let’s go see what's in it!" He exclaimed. She looked up as he ran into it. She hurried to follow as she passed a few horses and guards. She paused and waved one of the men in armor down; they reminded her of King Arthur and his knights. “I have just entered the city; can you tell me what the name of this city is?” she asked. “Estolad Village ma’am.” He said giving her a queer look; she knew she stuck out like a sore thumb right now. Her clothes were not exactly…the style at the moment. She nodded and walked into the store, quickly finding Anthony she stood behind him. “Okay, here is what I got. We are in the Village of Estolad, we just came out of the Kamia Inn, and it is 3:30 pm by the look on the clock over there. And we stick out like a bad case of chicken pox. We need to find some new clothes while we are in this village. We have to figure out what we are doing and we need to fit in to do it.” She said as she moved to a shelf, it had a bunch of shirts on it, some of them seemed way out of date even for this area but she picked up a red one that appeared to be Anthony’s size. “Here, what do you think?” she said tossing it to him. She reached for the bag of gold she was given, it held about a hundred coins in it; she hoped that would be enough for at least a set of clothes for the both of them. Her backpack would be good for storing other items when needed. She turned to Anthony and opened her mouth about to tell him about the mysterious ‘Mara’ who checked them in. But instead she walked over and looked at the clothes for women. Putting down her backpack by her leg she glanced at them wondering which would be best for right now.

Mara started speaking to Anthony explaining the information she had gotten thus far. “Okay, here is what I got. We are in the Village of Estolad, we just came out of the Kamia Inn, and it is 3:30 pm by the look on the clock over there. And we stick out like a bad case of chicken pox. We need to find some new clothes while we are in this village. We have to figure out what we are doing and we need to fit in to do it.”
Anthony listened to her words not wanting to, but left with no other choice. "Estolad..." He said continueing with thoughts. It sounded familiar. He just thought it as another part of the book. We need a library... He thought putting mental pieces together as to what else could help them. If they could find a library and find the book that he thought could be the place they were in, maybe it would get them closer to getting out. No time for that now... we need to fit in. His thoughts were coming to an end as he looked around and Mara introduced him to a red shirt. He took it in his hands and gave it a quick glance. But red was not his color. The shirt quickly met the store floor.
Anthony looked around the store and taking small, close together steps to not miss anything. He grabbed a green trench coat, old black boots, a green shirt with short sleeves, something that looked like jeans made out of some old material and then he went to see at the counter how much it would be worth.
"Excuse me. How much will all this be worth?" he asked placing everything he picked up on the front counter. The lady looked at Anthony with a smile on her face. "That'll be fifty two gold coins." Anthony's eyes opened in surprise. he had never even seen a gold coin and these people were using it like if it was nothing. Fifty two of them for some cheap clothes was something new to Anthony. He had seen houses that live without people in them, and computers capable of thought but he had never seen one single golden coin.
He checked his pockets and found nothing. "Screw that!" He said turning away and tossing everything he picked up to a corner. "Sir! you can not do that in here!" The lady working at the front counter exclaimed as Anthony walked away not caring.
As he walked away he saw Mara's backpack on the floor. The idea crossed his mind. He walked back to the pile of junk he threw on the ground and walked over to where Mara was. "Keep this in here.." He put the coat, the shirt and the pants in the backpack. He threw the boots on the floor and walked away from Mara. As he continued through the small store he saw a man. Dressed unlike everyone else. No rags or cloaks, robes or capes. This guy was wearing a leather jacket, unique to even Anthony. He had a white t shirt that looked like it was bought in a store like the one they were in and jeans. He wore boots that looked like sneakers and had two rings on one hand and a glove on the other.
"That's the guy I should be talking to!" He said as he walked over to the guy. "Hey, you. Where did you get your clothes? I could use something like that. You seem to not be an outcast but not exactly be like everyone else."
The man looked at Anthony a little confused. "I'd ask you the same thing. But never mind that. I made the clothes myself. For enough gold, I'll make you some!" The man stared and Anthony with a goofy smile and placed both his hands behind his head. He looked right past Anthony at Mara. "Who's the girl you walked in with? She's quite pretty. Actually, beautiful is more like it." The man looked a Mara a little longer then turned his sight back at Anthony. "If she's with you sorry for the comments." Anthony nodded to the statement and the guy walked over to Mara. Anthony only watched as the man said some words to her he couldn't hear. Some people ran into the store and the man said some final words to Mara and ran out of the store. What caught Anthony's attention is that in the outside the man randomly removed his leather jacket, spread wings, and flew off. Anthony tired of the store and more interested in seeing what happened walked by Mara signaling that he'd go outside and went to stand outside. Anthony looked inside the store watching Mara inside the store. He was in a bit of a daze staring at her. He hadn't realized that he was looking at her and so he continued to do so.
